    Never using @bt_uk Internet in my life again, robbing bastards, poor Internet over the last 2 years with drop outs non stop then being charged £400 after we've moved house looool, shocking.

    @btsport @madebygoogle is there a problem with the BT sport app on Android TV? I can install/uninstall the app but have no option to open the app on the TV, not even from the Play store. Help!!

    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @btsport Your TV service is utter dog **** 💩. Turned the BTTV box on to watch the @SpursOfficial to find I’ve got to reset up my entire system. Try and ring customer services 🤡 and can’t get through. I’ll be switching back to @SkyHelpTeam first thing in the morning. #PissPoor

    @bt_uk Hi Laura, I'll be honest it's been terrible with BT! In the end it didn't get resolved. I was owed compensation which meant in order to get it I had to sign up to a new policy. Customer service tried to sell more expensive products, they wouldn't allow me to continue...
