@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

@virginmedia. No TV service for over a month now broadband keeps cutting out yet you are taking my direct debit each month. Was on WhatsApp, got cut off because I didn’t reply within 8mins despite waiting 1hr for a response. Shocking service. Will be looking to switch to @bt_uk
