@bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk Yes so she reported the failure on the 1st. 3 working days after that you had to try and fix it. So she’s had 13 days without any service = £104.78. Is that not correct. Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow and the fee won’t get bigger.

@bt_uk For a fault, it seems the internet and phone line has came back on overnight. No problem, it’s for a senior specialist faults engineer, I’ll let them know that the fault is fixed. Thank you
