    @bt_uk Hi, until recently now shortly after the SSID was changed to BTWifi the option to login with a Fon account was removed as per my screenshot above.

    These #VAR decisions are ridiculous. If they stopped watching replays in slow motion Kyle Walker would have been sent off on Sunday and Danny Rose would not have been deemed to have handballed. @btsport

    We were then promised temporary copper but of course that has not been delivered and we don’t have anything still! I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the help we have been given and we are all so annoyed we still have no broadband @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

    @bt_uk A router was never sent before fibre was installed straight to the house. Sent next day delivery apparently on Tuesday after we complained but still no sign! It’s been nothing but problems since we placed the order. Very frustrating

    @bt_uk That is what was offered yes! So refunding last payment ... obvious I would have thought! shouldnt have to pay for no service! £20 for mobile data ... ditto obvious. £30 for all the distress & aggravation seems a bit underwhelming!!!

    @bt_uk forced to make the switch to digital voice and guess what - nuisance calls gone up dramatically! Seems you reset our long-curated call protect blacklist so now all the scammers can get through again!! Useless 'customer service'😠😠
