@bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

@bt_uk Done all this. Earliest is Tuesday. But as no one seems to understand. There’s not a problem at my house. There are three villages entirely without broadband. I’ve texted. Phoned and emailed. All with the same result. No one is listening.

@bt_uk @halcyonsong It says no known issues in the area but I can assure you none of us are lying. We can’t wait until Wednesday for this to be resolved. We have people that work from home and also we have poor phone signal and rely on internet to contact people.
