He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@bt_uk continue with their shambolic broadband service and now communication. 23 days since installation + cannot still provide a decent broadband service. Also seems a rip off @bt_uk are on Hub 6 but I was provided with Home Hub 4 ....

@bt_uk your service is absolutely shocking avoid BT at all cost. Never should have gone back to them. No incoming calls for 5 weeks since change over to fibre. Absolutely crap service !!!

@MarcAllera @bt_uk @BTCare we already have the infinity package with the keep connected promise we moved and landline. It activated no Bt mini hub sent so without landline and internet -can’t get hold of anyone to help poor service

@bt_uk Nope because the text replied nobody there till 8am. However I did raise a similar issue days ago and my service was apparently tweaked (but it’s got worse)

@bt_uk Does having a WiFi extender attached slow it down ? Having buffering issues on a firestick which is in the room next to the router ? Should we have had a new router when we renewed contract ?

@bt_uk Said it looks like it could be my router and one will be sent out in the post, there is a chance that might not work and this is effecting my livelihood. Times are hard enough at the moment without being let down and left hanging like this from you guys
