@bt_uk Just to get it in the record, broadband dropped off again at 11:25-30am. Sent “Fix” text at 11:39am, auto-response was that line check could take up to 15 mins. At 11:55am, broadband reconnected, though no report back from diagnostics.

@ScouseBirdBlogs @bt_uk We had the same problem with them, ended up going with virgin in the end because bt was so shite & they couldn’t deliver, don’t even get me started on their awful customer service 😱

@bt_uk please can I have the home phone numbers for "Peter" and "Andrew" who call my house atleast once every day, dispite me asking them to take us off their list, we are not BT customers& this is not persuading me to become one! Is there a complaint email for spam phone calls?!

@bt_uk I just want the Internet to work, I was kicked out of at least 4 #NHS meetings in the last week due to the connection dropping out and the box flashing purple. And this is the second time in 7 days that I have had to report the same issue.

@SebStJohn1 @bt_uk I know that Open Reach are doing various update works in the TW area, ie more than one van at locations. Has there been any road disrepair issue related to the freezing in ur area? Does changing the signal channel on your bt online dashboard improve things? fibre cable?
