After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

Hey @bt_uk there is a reason I hadn't activated web protect: you are really bad at these things. Proof: you decided to activate it overnight and I can't turn it off, not from app or web - because you are very bad at these things... Now how do I disable it?? Switching companies?

@bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove Same here. We are using the mini hub whilst waiting for fibre to the property to be installed (that’s a complaint for another tweet!) and every time we use iPlayer it stops working after a minute or so. Netflix, Amazon prime snd Disney+ all fine. Extremely frustrating!

@bt_uk having now moved into our new house and been informed by your Senior Customer Service rep, our broadband was not connected yesterday as promised, 3 weeks after informing BT of the move (cancelled my old b’band immediately)! Someone is having a laugh! Poorservice #openreach

@WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for an engineer for high fibre BT, 5 confirming msgs to make sure we are in, followed by a no show engineer! 1.5 hrs calling customer service and now informed it will take 5 weeks to get the right cable! Unacceptable.

@CameramanAlan Yeh update on 18th April broke connection between 5G and 2.5G devices on the network. Took me a while to figure out why printer and HomePod no longer worked - Bt hub update broke it. @bt_uk please roll back firmware ASAP
