@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

Disappointed with @bt_uk and their lack of “loyalty” as an existing customer wishing to upgrade my package. Advertised package is £29.99, as an existing customer willing to pay to terminate existing deal the “best they can do” is £43pm.

@btsport I rang this morning to cancel my SUBSCRIPTION. After waiting 13 minutes I got through to a nice guy, very pleasant & professional. When I confirmed my cancellation he informed me that I would be charged 60p for my one day early 30 days notice! WTF? Cost of Living Crisis?

@bt_uk Can’t believe, my elderly mother- in her 80’s- and myself both got bills today by post. Dated 15th April. To be payed by tomorrow. So they took , almost 10 days to arrive ,less than 24 hours to pay. Bad enough for me, but her phone is her life line. No test either yesterda
