@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

After a 6 hour engineer visit on Friday and explaining that I had an online exam today I thought my @bt_uk broadband was fixed. Nope, cut out halfway through my exam this afternoon! Wish I’d stayed with Sky.

@bt_uk NEVER use BT broadband. Ordered a new package and chose to swap from Sky to BT, so far we’ve been delayed 12 days and now they’re saying they don’t know when they can sort this. We are without any WiFi and my mum works from home and my brother is doing online A-levels. !!!

@bt_uk since joining from SKY on 15.1.21, your service has been AWFUL. Poor, unreliable connection has caused us so much stress & lost time with work. You were quick to take money and send wrong router twice but show no improvement. We will be leaving asap this terrible service.

@bt_uk Joined BT and my installation date isn’t until 6-8 March, SKY broadband is shocking at the minute and I’ve used all my damn data because of it...any way we can move this date forward? 🙏
