@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

I've recently become very unhappy with @bt_uk . I have a very expensive broadband and TV contract with them, because I work from home and watch football. They promise good WiFi in every room, but I have been getting poor WiFi for over a month. I have reported it twice.

@bt_uk your service and customer care is the worst I have experienced by an company in years. Totally unprofessional. Is there anyone in authority or is it just all call centres and scripted replies?

@bt_uk I am@on the phone trying to make a complaint but keep being told that there is no point and I don’t meet the screening process. How do I contact your complaints team directly?

@bt_uk Hi, have full fibre which is generally superb, but the WiFi signal is classes as 'poor' via your checking device. I understand Ican have two more of the BT discs to boost the signal, but can't find out how to get them. Are you able to help please?

@bt_uk You just told me on the phone that the manager in complaints wasn't a manager. That the last agent could of resolved the issue but didn't and then you hung up on me. CB now.

@bt_uk I had 12 weeks of problems in my previous adress and was assured when I did a move it eould be easy you haven't cleared my bill as promised and I'm still unable to use my digital voice no calls aloud even after 12 phone calls and a promise it would work by midnight. Lie after lie
