So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

@bt_uk Hi Jordan. Are you any good at digging up pavements and unblocking ducts? Another 2 week delay apparently for fibre which we never asked for. I fail to understand why you cannot reconnect the original copper fed broadband? I'm suspecting upselling is at the heart of this.
