    Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

    So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

    @bt_uk With respect Brian that's nonsense. Yesterday the two without fix times had them, it started working over night and has failed again. If Openreach don't know what the problem is over 24 hours after it started they should. Its knocking out half of Bath!
