    So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

    Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

    @bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

    2/2 the My BT app or by calling 0800 032 5628 to speak with a support agent, although wait times may be high. Alternatively, please text ADVISOR again later today or tomorrow to try again. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Feeling so so let down by @bt_uk

    @bt_uk my internet went down but is now half working. Some of my devices will find the network but refuse to connect to the internet. Some devices are completely fine. I've restarted the router and every device but nothing has worked to get the affected devices online. Now what?
