So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

@btsport you have power and responsibility to apply pressure to premier league not to void season just so bottom teams stay up. If this happens I will cancel my subs and hopefully won’t be the only one. You pay them so sort them out. Disgraceful

Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

At the moment everything sticky again. Especially bad when it's wet outside ( which isn't the case today). Engineer said water ingress outside line, replaced a cover, but there are still frequent dropouts daily despite also getting new hub and booster and phone plug box @bt_uk

@bt_uk I do not have an issue with price increases, the only thing I have asked for is communicate it to me by post as apparently your email system has never worked. I never had issues with EE. So I have asked for April increase to be reversed and still waiting after over a month.

@bt_uk Fort the past 4 years no emails for price increases has EVER come to the account holder’s email address instead all your JUNK adverts comes through.The post option was offered by BT as a resolution the last time. If nobody wants to resolve the issue I will just cancel my DD.
