So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

@bt_uk Thanks Scott, a bit late now as the wife is on the case with another call handler (Jenny). I’ve checked the “outage map” and there appears to be a problem. Jenny says that there is a major outage in our area which may take up to 48 hours to rectify! How can we WFH!? #shambles

I was hoodwinked into getting the BT halo 3 package… It’s ain’t worth it plus it’s down again, they’d been and replaced the modem and router couple month back, @bt_uk nothing but trouble with it and you lot have put the rent up, now we wait 1 week for an engineer to come out.

@bt_uk It’s happened another two times since we last spoke I can’t even get on bt app for help and support. It’s only started happening the last few weeks it was a perfect service before this but since digital voice and new ee box was added it’s an awful service and I want to go!
