So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

@bt_uk mistakes can happen but *******, arranged a home move for 12th April and the BB at my current address gets cut off. Speak to BT, and I have to wait to tomorrow until the home move team are in 👍🏻 cheers, disconnecting someone when they have to work from home

@honestfan691 @England @bt_uk He never struggled one bit. He broke up play and did the easy pass as instructed to. He does the same week in week out but more aggressively as he needs to. I haven’t kicked a ball for 15years but could have done Kalvins job tonight, but that doesn’t reflect his performance.

@OpenreachHelp hi, can you tell me how zen can get you to install FTTP within a week (to a neighbour) but @bt_uk have earliest date as 2 months’ time? As a key worker WFH with faults lasting over a year you can’t fix I would hope BT could get you to move quicker than this.

@bt_uk I have now spoke with customer services and put in a massive complaint. They have labeled it as urgent, so hopefully, will hear something in the next 24-48 hours. But 77 days of BT lies and promises, I’m allowed to be a little skeptical.
