Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

Hi @btsport. The app on my PS5 continually crashes after about 15-20 seconds. I have tried reinstalling the app but the problem persists. Sometimes it will give me code VC019. Any ideas? It's just that I wouldn't mind watching the football, I kind of like it.
