Mike cole (@mikecole111) reported from Avonmouth, England@btsport you have power and responsibility to apply pressure to premier league not to void season just so bottom teams stay up. If this happens I will cancel my subs and hopefully won’t be the only one. You pay them so sort them out. Disgraceful
-
Matt Crossman (@MattCrossmanUK) reported from Avonmouth, England@bt_uk so far been cut off twice after spending an hour with your complaints team. And now find out our replacement hub hasn’t been ordered. Please, please just cancel our contract. You don’t seem to want our business anyway!

Low Down Cheap Little Punk (@helloginnybatty) reported from Aylburton, England@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!
-

Daniel 🏴 BeaTz (@BeaTz780) reported from Avonmouth, England@bt_uk Just done this but no problems “apparently”. So I’m either making it up or there is a fault. Can this get fixed or my next call is to @TalkTalk

Emma Shepherd (@partyfairy) reported from Alveston, England@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

Mike (@VirusViperUK) reported@RealLifeWookie @BTCare It's right, Openreach run the network not BT, BT are merely resellers like all major ISP's and to send an engineer out will be chargeable if they find no fault. My tips are be super nice to them, offer them a drink, and give them space. Most are nice and you don't get charged 1/2
