  @bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

  @btsport you have power and responsibility to apply pressure to premier league not to void season just so bottom teams stay up. If this happens I will cancel my subs and hopefully won’t be the only one. You pay them so sort them out. Disgraceful

  @bt_uk so far been cut off twice after spending an hour with your complaints team. And now find out our replacement hub hasn’t been ordered. Please, please just cancel our contract. You don’t seem to want our business anyway!

  @bt_uk I must have had 10 complaints raised and closed according to your SMS messages. I want an email address where I can document in detail the atrocious customer service I’ve experienced. Are you saying you provide no electronic communication mailbox at all for complaint procedures?

  Why do some companies make it really difficult to contact and notify of an issue that will help their employees avoid fines or worse points on their licence? Especially @bt_uk. Not going to post the pictures publicly as don't want the crap that comes with driving issues.

  @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

  @bt_uk can you help, my emails have stopped working since arriving in Nevada. Everything is set up correctly and I've tried numerous things to fix it, can't even log in via webpage
