  @btbusinesscare I never resort to Twitter to make a complaint but I am now at the end of the road through all your normal methods. I spend 30 years in telecommunications and have never had such bad service. After 2 months of ping pong you’ve cut our lines completely. HELP!

  @bt_uk It also means there's some services, like the one in question here, where because of my learning difficulties I forgot to update the email address... and since you discontinued the service, I have no way to access them any more. This is a 9 year old game account that I've lost.

  Very disappointed with @virginmedia We picked broadband & tv with plenty of channels and btsport. After some installation issues we got it all sorted but NOT THE DEAL WE REQUESTED. A number of WhatsApp messages and have gotten no where #annoyed #disgustingcustomerservice

  @bt_uk The service is really bad, I can see from the complaints on here that I’m not the only one. I doubt the CEO or those in management can be bothered to actually improve the customer experience. I’ll be instructing my Mum to go with someone else. 30 minutes on the phone, no answer
