@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

These #VAR decisions are ridiculous. If they stopped watching replays in slow motion Kyle Walker would have been sent off on Sunday and Danny Rose would not have been deemed to have handballed. @btsport

@SketchLisa @bt_uk That is shocking considering all the problems you have had. There must be some way you can cancel your contract without incurring charges due to their failure to provide you with the service they promised. Their reply is just a standard "don't care" letter.

@bt_uk But it's not unbreakable is it. Even your advert says so. It's broken for the 175 seconds it takes to #Failover to the 4G modem. Therefore it's broken. @Ofcom needs to take a look

@andysc @jamclarkey @bt_uk “FVA” as in ‘voice over your Openreach FTTP circuit independent of your ISP’ was withdrawn for new orders some years ago. It’s basically VOIP via your ISPs service or mobile now for voice over an FTTP service. BT brand this ‘digital voice’. The ONT itself doesn’t do anything IP.
