@bt_uk Hi, Clare. How are you? I assume my tone came across as rude - I apologise unreservedly. I was aiming for flippant, not accusatory. Your team have been nothing but lovely (Laura & Aisling especially). That said, doesn't 18 days after our agreed moving date seem unreasonable?

@systemforce @bt_uk It certainly will be and time they stopped the mandatory phone line to have Broadband, as this has been a big issue for many customers for many many years. Many younger generations use their mobiles rather than pick up the landline to call someone, I know I do

@SinclairDayAcct @bt_uk I do too, but for example - I know a family member who isn't keen on technology and never uses their phone, so they rely on a landline to make calls to doctors etc. However, technology has advanced that much, that there is no need for landlines, and Voice over IP is just better!

.@bt_uk it’s 1:30AM and I’m still up trying to get my work done. Why? Because the internet has been awful all evening. I’ve been trying to upload a 45 second video for the last two hours with no success. And I can’t go to sleep unless I meet my deadlines. This happens too often!
