One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!

My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.

Where is the recompense? Where? Where is the thought in the process that stops this from being a long-winded problem for people again and again.
