@JuanAnderOnly @dazbob666 @Project88mph @RossoneriTim @btsportwwe @WWE @FightOwensFight @WWENetwork @btsport BT would have paid huge sum for the rights. Would get a lot, lot more from that than the network.

  • nickelliott Nick Elliott (@nickelliott) reported from Cheltenham, England

These #VAR decisions are ridiculous. If they stopped watching replays in slow motion Kyle Walker would have been sent off on Sunday and Danny Rose would not have been deemed to have handballed. @btsport

@btbusinesscare I was having trouble with my by business infinity over the weekend was/is there a problem. Things timing out when connecting to internet

Terrible customer service from @BT @btbusinesscare billing. When you tell them something they find annoying they put you on hold forever. Just a shoddy outfit - a disorganised monopoly that should never have been privatised

  • AILAHT0909 Algar Goredema-Braid (@AILAHT0909) reported

BT Broadband @bt_uk I remain without internet since Saturday 15th. You now speculate that it maybe the 20th. You have given £10 compensation- got to be a joke given the great inconvenience and cost I’m experiencing. Unbelievable Please deal with my complaint meaningfully

  • antronicsltd Antronics Ltd (@antronicsltd) reported

@andysc @alister_ware @bt_uk Indeed. IIRC, they were saying that the problem was the data pathways (loads of things go through just 1 USB link?) - not the computation.

  • Jimmycambs Jimmy (@Jimmycambs) reported

@btsportufc @btsport Can’t even order the damn thing , I’m a bt sport customer, not sky but still have the box , normally I could order the boxing on bt box office through that and it gets added to your bill , wtf isn’t available to orderon the bt sport app if your a customer like it has in the past

  • bhavyatyagi Bhavya Tyagi (@bhavyatyagi) reported

Hry @bt_uk raised a fault last week and still haven't got any update .. it's been 4 days without WiFi .. and the customer service call does not get connected for .. just keeps in queue.. Any updates would be useful.

  • ClassAc43020999 Class Act (@ClassAc43020999) reported

@bt_uk hi BT, still no answer to my 2 previous tweets or to our ongoing 14 day phone issue, we won't go away! Please respond

  • adamridesagain Adam Rides Again (@adamridesagain) reported

@bt_uk After I've skipped the "I'm going to cancel" options (because I'm not going to cancel), I'm back to the same menu I get on 150.

  • PcPhotography0 PaigeC.Photography (@PcPhotography0) reported

@bt_uk No Broadband in WA16 since last night. Help!

  • adamridesagain Adam Rides Again (@adamridesagain) reported

@bt_uk Do you mean some lines are able to support 900 but not 500? That seems strange. When I look as an existing customer it's not showing me any other options than the one I already have, but as a new customer I can see the 500 is available. Which suggests it's not about the line.

  • whaleygeek David Whale (micro:bit wizard) (@whaleygeek) reported

@andysc @JamesBulpin @bt_uk It just shows, nobody cares about saving energy as a first class problem. But everyone cares if they suddenly can't afford it. A good way to force innovation and behaviour change, is to constrain resources.
