These #VAR decisions are ridiculous. If they stopped watching replays in slow motion Kyle Walker would have been sent off on Sunday and Danny Rose would not have been deemed to have handballed. @btsport

@bt_uk the light on my hub is purple and has been all afternoon. I’ve turned it on and off multiple times. Still no internet. Can someone help me please!

  • giggleminnow Emma (@giggleminnow) reported

Hey @bt_uk I booked a home move with you on Sunday via a phone call. I have since then had 12 text messages asking for confirmation or sending stupid videos that I don’t need to see. Surely verbal confirmation is enough. Stop spamming your customers!

  • BigDoggeTom Big Dogge (@BigDoggeTom) reported

@bt_uk lmao okay, you got me I guess. Irrelevant of what I agreed to in a contract, it's crazy that there's so much overselling and/or noise and/or degraded lines that you'd rather say "this is your minimum speed now" than do something about getting Openreach to fix it

  • sircoynie Sircoynie (@sircoynie) reported

@bt_uk @MoneySavingExp @resolvercouk we have started filling cases against BT for false advertisement. Please help!

  • EHChalus Prof Elaine Chalus (@EHChalus) reported

@bt_uk Hi Lisa. Thanks for the swift reply. The engineer has just left and that was what he told me. I'm glad that you have the engineers working on the problem. I hope that they can solve it swiftly. I look forward to an update on Monday.

@BTCare okay so we didn’t start off too well. However, very efficient customer service and the problem is all resolved #happycustomer #thankyou

  • sircoynie Sircoynie (@sircoynie) reported

@bt_uk As u are unable to do anything the community will now be actively seeking to contact #philipjansen to ask why his company has falsely advertised and sold a product. We have waited over 14months for u to fix this and you haven’t.We are now looking at how we can take this further.

  • unless978 unless978 (@unless978) reported

@bt_uk This is even worse. I had understood that in areas with no mobile phone reception these units would be supplied to households. I am absolutely appalled that this situation is being allowed to happen and will be investigating more formal complaint options.

  • EHChalus Prof Elaine Chalus (@EHChalus) reported

After the innumerable-ith visit from an engineer, the only conclusion he can reach is that the VLAN is overloaded & causing our problems with broadband connection and speed. This is a @bt_uk problem, and needs to be fixed by BT. When will this happen?
