@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

These #VAR decisions are ridiculous. If they stopped watching replays in slow motion Kyle Walker would have been sent off on Sunday and Danny Rose would not have been deemed to have handballed. @btsport

If you are considering purchasing a cloud voice system for your business from this shower @bt_uk give them a wide berth. Rubbish delivery, no support, never get back to you, does not do what was promised. Go elsewhere 🤬🤬🤬 Told them to come and remove their system!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Scott. @bt_uk admitted they’ve screwed up. So we’ve got to enter another 30 day exit period, continue to pay bills for a service we now don’t use, then wait for the refunds to come through. Just another reason why we decided to leave BT and join Sky Broadband
