@WGTA_FPL @FPL_Calamity @bt_uk Hopefully you’re phone’s good enough to give decent network access to your laptop and that they’ll quickly give you more data/fix the issue (although in my experience this sort of issue can take more than a week).

@Littlelissy87 @bt_uk The problem could be any number of things, walls, insulation, cabling, electrical appliances, interferences. Dont need a particularly big house for it to be an issue. 80% of houses will fail to get WiFi in at least one room when using a single point of WiFi transmission.

@bt_uk was due to switch to fibre yesterday, engineer called to say there was a problem, I asked him to leave well alone until Friday as I am a teacher and have to be online at home until Fri morning. Now I have no wifi, can’t teach and can’t find a phone number. This is URGENT

@bt_uk The forum isn’t very specific, and it dates back to august where one of your colleagues has said they are trying to fix the issue. If it is an internet issue we have just crossed over to BT in the last couple of weeks.
