  @kien1974 @BritishTelecom @bt_uk Thanks. I did ask (nicely!) for their customer services' email address, and have had no reply so far. The matter I want to check with them is too long to set out in a tweet! I'll try again - it may have disappeared somewhere in the ether, though that seems unlikely.

  @bt_uk finally a query and not a complaint. I can’t seem to split between 2.4GHz and 5GHz so I’ve got devices on 2.4 that I want on 5 and vice versa, can you help?

  @bt_uk I ran the phone line tests as suggested, got an engineer visit booked, he came yesterday and swapped the socket box for a new one. No issues since. Thanks

  @bt_uk Hi BT, the last 2 times I’ve called through your advisers have been useless and when I said that I’d like to raise a complaint with Liam from the billing team, he told me that he’s not the person that deals with complaints and put me back to the switchboard
