@bt_uk The website just comes up with an error and I’ve been trying to call constantly but can’t hang around for that long. I feel for whoever it is, but if anybody from BT asks us about renewing our contract they will probably not enjoy our response

@bt_uk I’m stuck in bed at home sick, but I am overhearing a lovely OpenReach employee outside fitting fibre broadband in Kilmore, Oban - his customer service with my neighbours and on the phone to his customers is 💯 %. Top employee!

@BTCare due to a mains water leak, United utilities damaged the BT cables. The water leak was repaired quickly but the phone lines haven’t. Why haven’t the engineers fixed the problem and reinstated after 10 days on BL3 4QG? #btslowtofix
