It's been 5 weeks without broadband and @BTGroup has been appalling. I am sitting at home again today waiting for an engineer @bt_uk has cancelled all previous 5 appnts without notice. Horrendous service, multiple failed promises and lack of any ounce of customer care 😡

@bt_uk My parent are having problems with their BT internet email. They are not receiving emails from a number of contacts. They have followed the guidance with regards to ‘settings’ but the screen shot shown on the help does not mirror what they are seeing

@bt_uk Consumer-resolutionteam Suzanne Perry tells me she has done a referral to BT Openreach response time 7 days. No copy of referral, no contact details, no idea when the 7 days run from. No confidence it was done and she closes my 'complaint'. Abandoned without resolution.
