    @btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

    @bt_uk I can honestly say BT is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of being associated with. Having more issues with incorrect billing. Poor service. Staff avoidance. Not opening complaints. Lying being told the issue is resolved -And then when you do finally get

    @bt_uk has got to be the worst internet provider in the UK. I ordered in October and now I am being told I won’t have broadband until February. Constantly getting excuses and pointing fingers at OpenReach - how is this okay? 4 months!?
