@bt_uk gonna be suspended which would have given me enough time to pay the bill on Monday, I have never had a late payment charge infact every month they feel the need to ring me to tell me the bill is due, are they that desperate for money. I really dunno what I’m going to do

@bt_uk I can’t get a Virgin engineer until Saturday and suspect he won’t be able to fix it as im expecting it’s due to damage to the cable caused by the pavement being dug up
