@bt_uk quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was supposed to be connected after moving nearly three weeks ago. Nearly 6 hours on hold, cut off three times, passed from pillar to post and still no service! Absolutely pathetic!

2) We had an engineer in May this year who fixed our problem and our speed went to over 40mb. In the last few weeks it reduced to 7. #britishtelecom #Broadband @btsport we pay over £40 for BT Sport too (and get sky included), which we already pay for through sky. shocking service

To sum up how stupid @bt_uk digital team are; their website for new customers directs people to a phone number that then asks you for your existing account number. Which as a new customer you wouldn’t have.
