@bt_uk took 20 minutes and being transferred around 4 different departments just to cancel SIM I’ve never used and get rid of BT sport - absolute pain in the bum!!

@btsport thanks guys. The sole reason I stick with BT TV is your European football coverage. When you can’t broadcast a signal for the EUCL quarters, it diminishes your appeal

@bt_uk Then why have a link in the order email saying I can cancel online and providing a link if I can’t? You are a comms company, how about some accurate comms and state that you need to phone and provide the number?!?

The amount of channels @btsport have and they can’t show @LFC vs @LUFC when the game was originally due to be shown on there network. There are only 2 Champions league games 3 channels plus online.

You’re about to lose me as a customer, after incorrectly disconnecting me in the first place the new account you’ve setup is 10mbs slower than before and is causing me unbelievable latency issues @bt_uk - supposed to be getting a call to discuss compensation next week also #Poor

@bt_uk If a customer can order online they should be able to cancel online. I have already spoken to someone, and faced more joys of BT’s internal chaos, despite selecting the correct menu options it put me through to the ‘moving home’ team!
