    @BTCare Your bt engineer because of the quality of his expertise he was able to instruct me on how he was going to solve problem. I have now got 64mp. My point is getting to the point solving .I don't think there is enough investment in the infrastructure.

    If there is a large scale company less able than @bt_uk to provide the service they purport, with customer service equally so poor as @BTCare I will be very surprised.

    @BTCare Yeah I know its just poor when you see open reach guys (lots) hanging around open reach vans less than a mile away - might go round with a brew and hobnobs. All this technology and it takes so long

    @BTCare Yes originally told on day or order thatnktnwould@be today then within 10 minutes changed to 5th that’s 2 without access in a house preciously serviced by BT. Open reach guys based just down the road they only have to flick a switch

    @BTCare existing complaint reference 91320327045. I raised the order a month ago and since then it's been broken promises all the way. I am racking up mobile data charges as I work from home, have taken holiday from work for cancelled and aborted visits

    @BTCare Again Karl, this is stated in the information I have already been given. But when is it going to happen? It's a telephone line, not putting a man on Mars. A date would allow me to plan. Or do I just cancel the order and upgrade my mobile data allowance as I have excellent 4G?

    @BTCare @gavalar83 I don't think the problem is limited to the app. I can't access the enhanced player via the website either. The link to it is missing. There's no option to use it. I've had this problem since last night. It was there to begin with yesterday but then has disappeared ever since.

    @BTCare No I gave up considering I had to be up early for work. I think BT forget we all work for a living and cannot sit on the phone for over an hour to try and do what your customer care had told me to do. Waste of my time.
