    @bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

    As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

    Getting utterly fed up with @bt_uk After an engineer came out and fitted a new socket our phone line is crackling and has gone down again and this is stopping the internet from working.

    @bt_uk Called again tonight, told problem is Openreach signal so a different tale to original. Best info is update tomorrow but no info as to if or when we will get a service! No calls, no service, no info 6 days of nothing

    @bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

    @bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

    Some absolutely outstanding customer service from @bt_uk - NOT. Left with no wifi since Thursday, no phone signal at home either, sent an engineer without sending a new hub so he couldn’t fix it. Paying £52 a month for this shoddy service. About time I move to a new provider!

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking service today, rang to set up broadband packages, advisor added on entertainment packages without my consent, totally (higher) different prices from P/call to email confirmation on the packages for both our houses. Not happy at all

    @bt_uk opened my account to print off invoice, there's another account on there, not anything to do with me, so i can see details which is pretty bad. I'm told by your live chat agent that i need to ring corporate? phone just ringing & ringing. seems like a you problem

    @bt_uk I have done that, wasted two hours this morning to BT! I have had to cancel them but just putting it out to any any new customers - check your BT package details for unauthorised add on’s - shocking customer service if this is how you need to conduct business

    @mand_brun Oh no not another @bt_uk have lost Wish they would change their name as they are an embarrassment to our country. Never in my days have I dealt with a worse company - so bad we just had a £500+ credit because of all the delays and grief they caused us. Zero truth!

    @bt_uk We're back. So how can a DSLAM reset, if that's what it was, be booked for four days? This all feels like Openreach are not in control of their network, or that you can't rely on their service level.

    @bt_uk WHAT A JOKE! You can't even notify my mother who is a vunerable customer that you are taking her landline down for maintenance....Then you cannot communicate to a real or helpful person anywhere to get support. Considering u r a Comms company YOUR COMMUNICATION IS A BLOODY JOKE
