    @BTCare I appreciate that is what should be happening Claire...but sorry it is not actually what is happening...10 days..closing the fault cases without checking fault fixed, blaming Open Reach, failing to call when promised...I have just read the BT customer service code of practice 🤯

  • CFOESFRS
    Dawn Whittaker (@CFOESFRS) reported from Birmingham, England

    @BTCare You closed... our original complaint VOL013-337703979566 without even checking it was fixed ...so angry...now had to open a second case and yet still no phone, broadband or Wi-fi TV for 10 day’s now

    @BTCare VOLO55 5191590800232 is the complaint reference. There must have been 5+ call backs that either don’t happen or happen at a different time to when promised

  • lee_cutler1986
    Lee (@lee_cutler1986) reported from Birmingham, England

    @BTCare is it impossible to receive a call back when promised? Even a call back would be nice at times! I’ve had an outstanding complaint that has been going on for weeks. Don’t you have a responsibility to resolve it in a specific timeframe?

    @BTCare I understand all that's been done but it's a 24 hour journey,going back and forth. It's not a quick fix solution,to many obstacles.

  • HyndaBohdan
    Bohdan Hynda (@HyndaBohdan) reported from Redditch, England

    @BTCare Your bt engineer because of the quality of his expertise he was able to instruct me on how he was going to solve problem. I have now got 64mp. My point is getting to the point solving .I don't think there is enough investment in the infrastructure.

  • BigBreakers

  • RPATS2

    @BTCare All blue. And the issue isn’t speed it’s just intermittent availability. It can work perfectly for an hour or so, and then not at all for another hour.

  • Leemparker
    Lee Parker (@Leemparker) reported from Fernhill Heath, England
