He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Can’t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I can’t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.
