    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    @Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

    Hey @bt_uk my broadband is down and you tell me the estimated fix date is Thursday. For someone that works at home and in the midst of a train strike that's really not great. I'll be looking at new providers in the New Year.

    @bt_uk how long is it supposed to take for the FAULT helpline to get back to you? Had the full day with zero internet, hub won’t stop flashing purple and I’ve had zero response or help back? Can’t reach guaranteed speeds and now can’t get any internet at all
