@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@bt_uk My 91 year old grandparents are still without internet or phone since 11th February despite reassurances it would be resolved yesterday. This is disgusting service they are isolated, depressed and deserve better.

So turns out @bt_uk can take an extra £25 from you for a service they aren’t delivering for FOUR YEARS, and not have to pay it back. Having been a customer for 15yrs, circa £13k spent, this is now a moral call on CEO @MarcAllera - do we get a £1k refund to remain a BT customer?

@bt_uk can you please tell me how to cancel BT sport online. Your guide says to go to BT Sport Monthly Pass and 'Cancel Subscription'. No such cancellation option exists. It really shouldn't be this difficult.
