@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@PShifter45 @btsport Tbf I may be being a bit harsh, he's not too bad when he's describing the game. It's when he tries to add 'colour' that it all exits stage left.

Terrible customer service from @BT @btbusinesscare billing. When you tell them something they find annoying they put you on hold forever. Just a shoddy outfit - a disorganised monopoly that should never have been privatised

BT Broadband @bt_uk I remain without internet since Saturday 15th. You now speculate that it maybe the 20th. You have given £10 compensation- got to be a joke given the great inconvenience and cost I’m experiencing. Unbelievable Please deal with my complaint meaningfully

@andysc @alister_ware @bt_uk Indeed. IIRC, they were saying that the problem was the data pathways (loads of things go through just 1 USB link?) - not the computation.

@bt_uk Do you mean some lines are able to support 900 but not 500? That seems strange. When I look as an existing customer it's not showing me any other options than the one I already have, but as a new customer I can see the 500 is available. Which suggests it's not about the line.

@andysc @JamesBulpin @bt_uk It just shows, nobody cares about saving energy as a first class problem. But everyone cares if they suddenly can't afford it. A good way to force innovation and behaviour change, is to constrain resources.
