Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet.
