    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    @btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

    Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

    @Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

    @bt_uk My 91 year old grandparents are still without internet or phone since 11th February despite reassurances it would be resolved yesterday. This is disgusting service they are isolated, depressed and deserve better.

    @bt_uk BB. Changing to red and back again to blue. On and off all day. I’ve had really problems with this over last couple years lots of visits and CS contact.

    @bt_uk Why do BT randomly change my appointment to have Broadband installed? 11th Oct then 13th then 26th then 20th am then 20th pm then 3rd November. Serious communications problem. 5 weeks and counting at this rate will take 6 months or more. App just random. Unbelievable!

    @bt_uk Hi Nicola the remote isn’t working again - any other help you can give us? Do we need a new remote? It’s so frustrating, we can’t watch TV at all now as we turn on the box, the picture comes on but can’t access the menu.

    @bt_uk reported my broadband being down on Friday afternoon, was told an engineer would be out before 23:59 Wednesday. Just wondering if you can provide an update on the issue and if I will be compensated for your lack of service, as having to hotspot?

    @bt_uk we were promised that the outage would be fixed by midnight. Now your website is claiming it can't provide an estimate on when it will be fixed. Do your executives think this is even remotely acceptable behaviour?
