So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

Cancelled appointments, estimated repair date being pushed back further and further, broken promises to call back and excuses why our line hasn't been fixed sooner.
