    @bt_uk BB. Changing to red and back again to blue. On and off all day. I’ve had really problems with this over last couple years lots of visits and CS contact.

    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

    @Halcruttenden @btsport Feel ur pain Hal, same last wk but Sunday made a point of ringing after open at 9am eventually got through to a Liverpudlian called Michael. As you say don’t want to refund or cancel as Sky has but did come up with a very good deal - too long for this tweet so I’ll add it below

    @btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

    @bt_uk you cut my broadband of 2 days before you should have before upgrading to fibre 900, spent 3 hours on the phone, kept getting cut off by your staff, no help at all! No compensation at all or apology! Now I have 2 days of no BB or SMART TV with 3 kids!!!

    @bt_uk I’d love to, but that kinda requires me to have ******* INTERNET IN THE FIRST PLACE. I have to go for a minimum ten minute walk just to get enough phone signal to send angry messages to @bt_uk wombles who don’t think before they reply!

    @jamclarkey @btbusinesscare Thank you! We do have the box but it still doesn't work. The engineers that have come out twice now come out and just say they don't know why and just leave us again :( I will continue to try and seek help :(
