@Ste_Whitfield @bt_uk No, it was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. But on @bt_uk service checker for our number, the fault is closed. So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

@BTCare made a complaint yesterday and was advised broadband would be back on today it has now been 36 hours with no broadband and still not working. Have tried ringing for the last hour and been in queue for half an hour trying to find answer to problem

@bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

@bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

@bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

@bt_uk The company of Broken Truths, that's obviously what their initials stand for! Lie after lie after lie. Cancelled appointments, estimated repair date being pushed back further and further, broken promises to call back and excuses why our line hasn't been fixed sooner.

When you have to book a day off for @bt_uk to fix your internet, phone them up on the day for them to confirm the appointment, wait an hour and a half over this appointment time, only to be told they forgot to book in the first place.

Update on the shambolic mess that is @bt_uk there is no update despite repeated assurances of a call on the mobile not a thing. They have 3 numbers to contact me on but have tried the one number I told them gets no service and when I did get service they didn’t call as promised🤬
