Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. I recently recontracted and I swear my speeds are slower now than before!
