    @bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

    @bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

    @BTCare made a complaint yesterday and was advised broadband would be back on today it has now been 36 hours with no broadband and still not working. Have tried ringing for the last hour and been in queue for half an hour trying to find answer to problem

    @bt_uk Hi Janet. Yes. Spent over two hours of my time on Wednesday night and filed a complaint about it. Staff very helpful but not heard anything since. I would have at least have expected a call or email regarding what was happening but nothing.

    @KieranMaguire They need an overhaul, service improvement and price reduction. It’s best part of £50 a month for @SkySports and @btsport It’s simply unaffordable for most of us. Copy Amazon and screen every game so fans have a choice. £10 a month each

    @bt_uk going by your dm, there is nothing you can do at this time to adequately compensate or fix the issue. In fact you can't even give us an estimate on when it will be fixed. The fault tracking still says that the issue will be fixed by 26th Oct.
