Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

@bt_uk unreliable Wi-Fi for months, sent engineers 3 times, still unreliable, promised compensation, never given. Called today, been told Wi-Fi is “good” on their end, when it’s clearly not, and got told I need to pay £300 to end contract. Appalling customer service! NEVER AGAIN
