    @OpenreachHelp Please stop this corporate line of "Ring your provider" @BTCare have tried there best and your company even lies to them! You must start owning your own company failures, YOU must contact customers that YOU have let down NOT the provider you have all the info 'OWN IT' #rubbish

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    I'm so glad Jordan has day centre today. @bt_uk WiFi is down. It was out at 6.15am when I woke up. He needs the WiFi not only to play his music for his anxiety but to communicate with us too. You have until 3pm to fix it or I let him phone you. Good luck xx #specialneedsweek

    Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

    @bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

    @bt_uk BB. Changing to red and back again to blue. On and off all day. I’ve had really problems with this over last couple years lots of visits and CS contact.

    @bt_uk Hi, have order broadband 7-dec-2021, my broadband still not live. Every time when I speak to customer service get another excuse. My WFH effected a lot. I can't trust anymore

    @bt_uk Just spoken to your customer services - increased my bill by 10%, been a customer for 30 years and you don’t reward loyalty at all. New customers get a much better deal. Will be changing provider as soon as possible.

    Don’t you just love it when @bt_uk decide to upgrade your service, which cuts off your internet and told it’d be back by 6pm, then midnight, but then the next day it’s still not fixed. Now taking bets on when I’ll have internet again (last time it took 4 months)

    @bt_uk BT are apparently responsible for the streets telegraph pole and phone lines. @AmberValleyBC are responsible for allowing your engineers to do the work. Can’t work out why this far down the line nothing has been done at all
