Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

  • MrT222 Tony Kenny (@MrT222) reported from Birmingham, England

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

@bt_uk Hi, due to bad experience with @virginmedia i have quit within 14 days and ordered new package with BT. It is slightly more expensive and less speed but that VM's loss. My activation date is 10th March - can this be altered to be 8th so i can have continuous internet?

  • rickytick69 Richard Taylor (@rickytick69) reported

@domjoly @bt_uk When mine went they sent a guy with a brief to install BT TV. They then tried to upswell me a new package. Really poor, but the engineer was possibly the nicest person I’ve ever met so I consider it one of my best experiences of the past year!
