I know there’s not many games left on, but really hope those who feel safe enough are able to take in some non-league football today. They will really appreciate the support! Failing that, give @FCHTOnline against @EUFCofficial a go. Live on @btsport at 5.20pm 🙌

@btsport I’ve been trying to get through to cancel my BT Sport for literally three days now. I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

@Halcruttenden @btsport Ditto. Sky first. Then BT. Graze boxes next (nice idea but still eat crap too) then the woofers. Two is a luxury I’ve decided so they have a week to prove who is staying. Mind you if I tell the wife I think I’m gone

@bt_uk So both me and my partner are expected to just tell our bosses that? understand that there are complexities but paying for a service that isn't available through no fault of your own isn't acceptable. If we don't work we don't earn money. Times are hard. this needs to be resolved

@bt_uk Last night we lost power during a storm. People converted (with no option) to IP phones in this area were unable to make calls during the power cut. How will BT ensure their safety and ability to make emergency calls during power cuts as the traditional phone system does?
