I’m up to my 5th call, as we speak, I’ve been on hold for 32 minutes. I’d say it’s been nearly two hours across all of the calls.......shocking. I’ve used chat, and they are not helpful

We were promised that wouldn’t happen with you & were assured of a smooth switch of our broadband, TV & phone. It’s still not happened & we’re being fobbed off with excuses. I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.
