@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@btsport poor that you’re still charging customers or won’t freeze payments while there’s no live sport on. Take a leaf out of @SkySports book.

So @bt_uk disconnected our broadband & 4G by mistake & dispute phone calls and promises to call back they haven't. Our small independent business @canottopizza is now paralysed. Unbelievable how they can treat customers with such disdain. It could finish us quicker than you know.

@glasgowcathcart @BBCchrismclaug @btsport Anything rangers can do that causes you to lose your **** and come on here bleating about big bad rangers is mission accomplished in my opinion. Quality grown up entertainment from our elected representatives, keep it up James! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

@BBCchrismclaug @btsport Terrible state of affairs when the club can't guarantee safety of pundits or control their fans. With their trouble on rampant sectarianism and now this measures surely have to be taken by the authorities.

@SoProudScottish @BBCchrismclaug @btsport That is such a ridiculous tweet that I’m surprised at you. If you were being honest you’d be on here agreeing that this is a shameful moment for your club. Ally McCoist caused us more trouble than anyone yet he’s never been banned, although I wish we had when he was still playing

Wow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

@glasgowcathcart @BBCchrismclaug @btsport You really do tweet a lot about something that means nothing to you. Rangers ban them, you complain. Rangers don’t ban them, there is trouble, you complain. Tell me James, would you rather there was trouble or there wasn’t?

@btsport You get bias commentators but ******* Hartson is something else.
