@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk thank god now Out of contract with BT. Customer of 25yrs. BT hopeless at sorting their business out! Numerous calls. Holding for literally hours at a time. Joke of a business! Want to charge me £30pm for 8mg. Yes other providers use the same equip, but they r cheaper!
