@bt_uk Broadband package upgraded 2 weeks ago, new kit received, no problems. Letters and emails rcvd from @bt_uk advising sorry we’re leaving and closing our account. Calls to @bt_uk made twice confirming not leaving just upgrading. Assured twice that letter and emails sent in

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@btsport Hi, my Sonos app is only showing Stereo PCM as the sound output on the BT Sport App for both Apple TV 4K and the Chromecast with Google TV. Both devices can output Atmos audio as I’ve tested them with Netflix. It’s only with the BT Sport app it’s not working. Why?

@LawTop20 @btsport I can’t stand that I can only watch Champions League football on my phone (EE covers B.T). The coverage is pretty poor too. I hope streaming services like Amazon get more coverage as well as the BBC.
