    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk Hello my smarthub stopped working. Turned it off and on again. Just held on the green light. Turned off and on again. Same again. Waited 5 mins and tried factory reset button but nothing happened. Can you help?

    @bt_uk haven’t had wifi for 12 days. Spoken to 22 different agents, 1 wrong engineer booked after 15 phone calls, hung up on 4 times, 2 correct engineers visits booked who never showed, and a daily text telling me my problem has been resolved. Where do I go from here?

    @bt_uk is there any reason why my WiFi keeps dropping? It has dropped two times in three days recently after never dropping in the two years I have had Internet.

    @bt_uk Never had such a bad experience dealing with a company, now 3 weeks later with no clear resolution to a recently widowed 83 year old man with no phone access. The bereavement team cancelled his number (after taking his money) and now been with out a phone for 3 weeks. Shambles

    @Charl_H79 @EE @bt_uk I believe you have a short period where you can cancel and switch without penalty when they increase prices. Worth checking out. I done it last year with virgin but then they gave me a better deal to stay

    @bt_uk £6 odd increase when you're already way out compared to competition is a joke. I'll be cancelling my contract as soon as I am able. You're welcome to email me with regards to this complaint.

    @bt_uk Sending a DM as we still have no internet. The worst thing is it’s half term for the children, my partner is working from home and on a grey, foggy cold day in February it’s not exactly park weather. All paid for service like Nintendo online, Disney+ & Netflix all all unusable.
