@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

Hey @bt_uk. It would be useful to have advance warning of disruption to our internet service. Someone’s digging around our nearby telephone pole and we keep losing connection. Last week they dug and neighbours lost internet for a week.
