@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk No, nobody has let us know. Apparently they were meant to knock on the door but I've been in the house every day for the past year or so and nobody has been. I've had to cancel an online business meeting - not good.

@btsport I’m trying to watch BT Sport through my device but says that error L205. You cannot watch BT outside the country. I’m in London??? This has just started today? Sky is fine through the same device so it’s definitely a BT Sport problem
