@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk Hello there service checker says all fine but since Saturday my broadband has been dropping out a couple of times a day. I’ve done everything you’re supposed to and the problem still seems to be happening

@MartinSLewis we’ve had problems with our @bt_uk broadband since 16th April as in slow broadband speed and dropping connection. After at least 8 engineer visits (inc 2 no shows) we’re still in the same position. They won’t terminate our contract without fees!

@bt_uk Doesn’t really matter what colour the hub lights are have a look at the amount of times it loses signal. On Sunday I was told it was a fault on the line a 803 or something like that, I constantly lose signal and at £90 a month I expect better service.
