@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk Staff are working wonders! FINALLY have an order in place, original activation was 23rd Feb which I could just about tolerate but now 27th Feb? To give me the service that was terminated over a month ago by BT before my FTTP was ready? Yeah I’ll be requiring a expedite :)

@bt_uk My ps4 is connected by ethernet cable and when trying to watch twitch on mobile it buffers alot, I'm really confused as I have fibre to the home yet my experience with standard copper cable with sky is better neverbhad an issue with buffering when more than one device using it

@bt_uk no broadband since Saturday on the whole estate I live on. Closed cases, no fix, engineers booked en cancelled without letting me know. What am I paying £40 a month for? Awful to leave us hanging like this in a lockdown when I’m solely reliant on broadband for income
