    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk Hello my smarthub stopped working. Turned it off and on again. Just held on the green light. Turned off and on again. Same again. Waited 5 mins and tried factory reset button but nothing happened. Can you help?

    @bt_uk worth pointing they gained nothing by this 'upgrade'. Previous contract was 30mb, new contract states max speed 30mb. I also note new customer deals who are have passed there tie in period are paying 45 a month or there abouts after month 24. Not right to be fleecing pensioners.

    @KezmandTutu @bt_uk Middle of the jungle in a nuclear bunker apparently. Wasn’t bad until Briz had problems and all of a sudden to fix their issue ours had taken a hit. Will move to Virgin for Fibre mate BT don’t give a crap about sorting it.

    @bt_uk we are using your full fibre 500 broadband, is there anyway we can boost out wi fi cause outside the the room where the router is, cause the signal is rubbish can just about one device at a time, we were told that you use multiple devices. My missus has to use her hotspot.
