@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk furious with your piss poor engineer waited 7 weeks for internet the appointment was at 1pm he comes 2 hours before while I am at work makes me drive all the way home. When he sees me in the rear view mirror he drives of WTF

@bt_uk No, we would phone to say it wasn't working. BT would talk us through it for them to say see if that works and it would be left at that. The upstairs box we had never worked for the 11 months we had it.
