@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk My broadband has been down for days. It is the same for the whole block of flats (ie not an issue with my router). Your team are sending an engineer to my flat but it’s clearly an external problem. When will it be fixed!!?! This is ridiculous now. N4 area.

@bt_uk Is there anyway to contact online to talk about changing our package? Live chat keeps saying I can only phone you but that's really difficult for me to do. Not happy that my offers in my account that say "lower than a new customer price " are not lower at all.

@btsport Gordon getting reputatiin as a diver, which is sad as decent player. Rules sb if a player goes down with head injury & #VAR can see no connection, then player stays off pitch for 10 mins. Will stop players cheating or feigning injury, as arm was clearly against chest!

@bt_uk Been through all this on Wednesday.. engineers have visited neighbours and identified a problem with the lines about 3 miles away yet still no fix… you should send me a dongle or something as it seems like a big issue that is going to be prolonged
