@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk is an awful company. Was told a technician would be here between 1-6pm. They’ve been sending 6 reminder texts per day for the past week. It’s now 19:30 and no sign of a technician. Absolute farce.

@bt_uk we currently have a major outage with no estimate resolve time and our internet was off previous to this as well but I need the internet for work is there anything you can do as I’m struggling without?
