@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk very poor service BT, Elderly at Parkwood Woodside Telford, being left without Telephone Lines until Friday, should be classed as urgent, their only contact with family.

@bt_uk So even when the connection completely dies (obviously something related to the extremely high ping issues - surprise surprise) @bt_uk simply choose to just stop responding. The perfect ending, very fitting of the company.

@bt_uk Look at ping, 2000ms as soon as it’s under any load. So if you can, please tell me where I’M at fault through all of this, and not the service. Just because I provide you with one screenshot that says it’s between 1-3MB/s you’re now void of all responsibility for the connection?

@OST_R6 @bt_uk They are nothing but a posh billing service. All the infrastructure is run by Openreach so they have no control over anything other than billing. So essentially it doesn’t matter what ISP you use - just get the cheapest as it’s the same service!

@bt_uk Would be the 2nd engineer of this month and 3rd router. Don’t bother, we have a new provider coming to my area within the next few months called @gigaclear who will be installing fibre, at which point I’ll be rejoicing because I can finally leave your awful service.
