@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk Right ok so if we turn our phones off that we pay a fair bit in bills then what would we get back in return. 10%20%30% off the bill for something that is out of our control as the hole will never close it will always be open even if pollution is reduced

Well done to @bt_uk getting us back online with a temporary fix, pity about the attitude of one of the engineers when I was asked if it was working I said yes but slower, was interrupted and told " to get over myself. " Was simply giving a accurate report.

@bt_uk Hi Claire, I tried rebooting last night, I reset my router and had the same issue. I tried different BT Sport Channels via app and all had the same problem and error code.

@btsport Any guidance on how to resolve VC019 error on PS5? Recently upgraded my internet speed from standard copper phone line (8mbps) to FTTP (150mbps). Never had issues until new connection. Plays for 10 seconds then freezes. Can’t watch any live sport 😢😢

@bt_uk I really hope you fix my Internet troubles today. My partner who handles the account had to go to her parents to WFH. I'm back at work on Friday. I need this fixed. And I need to primarily know if its just me or if others around the Durham area are affected.
