@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk Yes VOL013-554 0214 96738 is complaint VOL the fault VOL is showing as closed on my account online - it was explained that this needs to be closed so a manual job with open reach could be opened as the computer system didn’t allow for this - can you see this VOL as a complaint?

@bt_uk I have BT, broadband speed is dire and service even worse. I can only use Microsoft Teams if I hot spot from my work phone using mobile data. Don’t fall for this ad - reality is shocking and every time I see this ad on tv I look for the small print.
