@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

@bt_uk Why the hell am I paying so much money a month for my phone and broadband to BT (a reputable company) when their workmen go to fix someone else’s line and leaves yours off! An engineer has been down the road all morning, and now our phone and internet won’t work.
