@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk Without sounding rude I’ve done all this previously and have a engineer coming next week Not happy I was advised to upgrade to the full fibre guaranteed in every room package I just want decent download speed not constantly buffering

@bt_uk My mother has ended her contract and keeps getting bills for £56. She gets passed from pillar to post or put on hold. She has been passed through 4 people this morning. Utter shambles. Worst company to deal with.

@bt_uk We have no problem with Royal Mail, and we are on all non-BT databases as far as we know. Only BT refuse to list us. This may be because previous owners did not want to be forced to use outdated BT land line telephones. I can give you my address by DM.

@bt_uk Openreach is wholly owned by BT. You could like all the addresses if you wanted to. Unfortunately BT use this as a means of forcing sub-standard service on users. This is deplorable.
