    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk Hello there service checker says all fine but since Saturday my broadband has been dropping out a couple of times a day. I’ve done everything you’re supposed to and the problem still seems to be happening

    @bt_uk Hello my smarthub stopped working. Turned it off and on again. Just held on the green light. Turned off and on again. Same again. Waited 5 mins and tried factory reset button but nothing happened. Can you help?

    @bt_uk Hello I received a text message today regarding VOL055-2871298536199 saying you’ve detected that my speed isn’t what it should be. However when the engineer came out last week he essentially said to me that by maintaining my speed it was compromising the stability.....

    @bt_uk Broadband package upgraded 2 weeks ago, new kit received, no problems. Letters and emails rcvd from @bt_uk advising sorry we’re leaving and closing our account. Calls to @bt_uk made twice confirming not leaving just upgrading. Assured twice that letter and emails sent in

    @bt_uk STOP messing around with the broadband in our area. Last weekend you messed it up and it was down all weekend, 6 hours ago you messed it up again. I work from home and this has cost me a lot of money, absolutely furious. I expect a resolution ASAP else I'll look elsewhere

    @bt_uk I was never asked whether I wanted my ability to make phone calls depend on whether the broadband was working. The broadband failed briefly this afternoon and I realised I hadn't been consulted at all on whether I wanted 2 important forms of communication to fail at once.

    @bt_uk So after one of your pathetic staff lies to me (on a record call) and for the second time from BT, your guy today was supposed to call me back to log the complaint and discuss another LIE your staff told me, I've got no callbacks. Absolute terrible customer service.

    After multiple texts from @bt_uk about when the fault would be fixed (also told it would be today), eventually told it would be Tues 19th, a week after first report. Sheesh. 'How do you rate our service'?
