    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk I have the Xbox ultimate add-on with BT which doesn't show as an active subscription on Xbox and they have no knowledge of it. It seems no-one has any idea how to fix the problem.

    @bt_uk There is nothing wrong with my Apple devices. The whole network goes down. The TV won’t even connect to the router so don’t blame Apple for this
