@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

Complaint BT Broadband - Update. Ordered 4th Nov, Due 18th Dec - looks like 2nd Mar - 4th date given for installation - will also slip as exterior work due today DID NOT HAPPEN. Are @bt_uk about to let me down a 4th time.

@btsport though @EE is dreadful. Pay £15 a month so I can cast to the TV & tonight (not for the first time) it's about 2/3 seconds out of sync. Totally unwatchable. Don't have these issues with @NOW Sky Sports or YouTube or Twitch etc. Constantly a poor experience with BT.

@bt_uk our internet is always running at 18.1 Mbps!!!!! We are a small cul-de-sac and are being ignored regarding upgrade to fibre and not only that we have aluminium wiring not even copper. This is simply terrible service #internet #failure #Bromsgrove
