    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    Wow @EE ! Good customer service you say? My father has called you twice to cancel his wife's contact after her sudden death. As it's in his name you are charging him £70 to cancel!? He has his own mobile with @bt_uk (your sister) so doesn't need another phone. An all time low!!!

    @bt_uk our internet has been down all day, any news on whether it is sorted or not yet. Seeing mixed messages as to it being back working,but we have reset the hub several times, but it is still down (location Aldwick, Bognor Regis)

    Nice @bt_uk, leaving a whole community of homes and businesses without internet at postcode TN12 6NS. Quoted no fix until April 4th. Engerneer turning up shrugging shoulders with not one telling us what the issues, some claiming no issues reported. This has to be a joke right?

    Message to @bt_uk When your sales people tell customers that by switching to BT from Virgin you'll guarantee to fix prices for 18 months, not such a good idea to up the price AFTER ONE MONTH.

    @btsport can you tell me why for the last 2 weeks neither WWE smackdown or RAW haven’t recorded? Getting annoying now and can’t work out what the issue is but at this rate there’s not much point me paying for BT Sport!

    @bt_uk hi, my mum wanted to cancel her broadband and keep her phone... She called to do this, then recieved an email telling her phone and broadband would be cancelled and now she can't make or receive calls.
