Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@bt_uk @simboman The BT Guides are telling me that this problem, logging into account, is a known issue and @BT_UK are working to resolve it. I note Allison Kirkby is going to retrieve the battered BT brand. Good luck Allison.

Simon Roxburgh (@SimonRoxburgh) reported@bt_uk @BTBusiness shocking service today. Over an hour being bounced between departments, kept on hold, more automated voices, chat bots, crappy apps and all I want to do is talk to someone who can sort things out, properly.
-
Brian McBride (@brian_mcbride1) reported@bt_uk @simboman Hey @bt_uk Spoke to BT 'Guide' this morning & said I wanted to log complaint about this account info being available. Rec'd email confirming that at 09:46 & at 09:48 another email to say complaint closed. Does this require escalating to Allison Kirkby's office to be resolved?
-
Sebastian Colt (@Red_Rescue) reported@bt_uk Speaking to support on the phone anecdotally this seems to be a significant problem. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)
-
Lesley Rubenstein-Pessok (@QuoSpera) reported@Somerset01 @BTGroup @bt_uk These structures should have something on them to determine ownership and wouldn’t it be great if there was some form of contact info to report vandalism or any damage easily, say, a QR code.
