The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

Thomas (@Thomas37824342) reported@bt_uk I get that but the point is I reported the fault 29th November and was expecting to cancel my contract on the 29th December if nothing was fixed but because of an error by an advisor I now have to wait til the 16th jan which to be honest isn’t very good
