@bt_uk Hello I received a text message today regarding VOL055-2871298536199 saying you’ve detected that my speed isn’t what it should be. However when the engineer came out last week he essentially said to me that by maintaining my speed it was compromising the stability.....

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@btbusinesscare we switched to you on 16/12. The broadband didn’t work then & we raised a fault. Apparently fixed over Xmas (you closed the fault). Come in today & still dead. Been through a pointless hour of “diagnostics”. It’s dead. Not spending another hour on live chat. Help

@bt_uk It’s been ongoing for a year now. The most unstable connection I’ve ever experienced; it’s unusable. Thanks for the message but I don’t have time to troubleshoot over & over. I’ll just continue to use my phone hotspot and look for new service.
