@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

Disappointing boxing coverage on @btsport Box Office. No energy picked up on the mics & the commentary on the undercard has been too low key. Bad as Frank doing the press conference from his car! No way near as good as recent @DAZNBoxing & @MatchroomBoxing events #earnwithhearn

So having paid @btsport £25 to watch the boxing, I expected to be able to watch the boxing on the @btsport app on my PS4. How foolish of me!! Instead I had to dig out my old laptop and deal with some really **** buffering. Not what I paid £25 for 😡😡😡😡😡
