@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk Broadband package upgraded 2 weeks ago, new kit received, no problems. Letters and emails rcvd from @bt_uk advising sorry we’re leaving and closing our account. Calls to @bt_uk made twice confirming not leaving just upgrading. Assured twice that letter and emails sent in

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@BrambleLulu @bt_uk You'll want @WeAreOpenreach for that - BT Retail don't actually maintain the physical network, that's done by the almost-separate-but-not-quite Openreach... who in fairness last time I reported a similar issue where I lived did come out and sort it a couple days later.

@bt_uk No Lizzie, it was clear from the conversation he didn't want to help. I asked him to connect me with a manager, so he put me on hold for 25 minutes until I hung up. When my line first went down, I had just lost my mother, it was her funeral last Tuesday. Imagine all this too.

@bt_uk Hi no theres no problem with the broadband connection to the house, its just bloody frustrating when your ads say 'why steam like this' when it's exactly how my yv box is streaming as they still don't connect by wifi and have to rely on tp links

@geekanoids @bt_uk I’ve used virgin this yeah but moved to an area where it does not have it. I have sky FTTP and it’s solid and consistent no drops period. See if you can get FTTP. I didn’t rate virgin to be honest Dave frequent drop outs on their network to
