@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

Why is @BTCare customer service so so bad. Every single month I have to phone to report billing problems without fail. Then I get out on hold and no one comes back to me 😓

@leonagraham @virginmedia My sister was with virgin, used to drop out all the time. every time she complained, it would miraculously come back on. I've been with @bt_uk for years, never had a problem.

@bt_uk I’ve been given a 100 dates @OpenreachHelp are totally inept . Engineer 4 broke my decking , like Rumpelstiltskin! . Number 9 said it couldn’t be installed , at all ever , 7,8, 10, 13 never turned up… then cancelled my order! Still no broadband …
