    @bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

    @BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

    @bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

    Have you, like me, had #fttp fitted by @bt_uk in last 12 mths & then had an horrific experience leading to you cancelling? Only then to be told by numerous providers they cannot take over your service as #BT have rights to fttp for first 24mths after fitting? @Ofcom

    @btsport is useless the only reason I pay to have it is to watch @btsportmotogp but you never have any of the friday sessions to watch on catch up!! And today you don't even have qualifying on there! When are you going to sort it out?!

    @bt_uk Had a new contract starting with you on 13th September and have now services have been cut off and packaging arrived asking to send back equipment! No trace of order in BT account and cannot get through on the phone at all! Any help?

    @bt_uk Yes but waiting a week is ridiculous. Always had problems with your Internet and this is why we're considering going to virgin

    @virginmedia so my dad is with @bt_uk who are awful. If I was to take out Mt own broadband/TV package with you is that possible? Like having two suppliers in one house

    @bt_uk However it was BT who sold me the sim. Not very good customer service if your being told to from one department to another
