@bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@btsport ashes coverage has been terrible since Day 1. Biased aussie commentators annoying 90% of your viewership, a ridiculous black bar for the scoreboard covering too much of the screen and now no pictures at a hugely important period of play. Not good enough

@ReedoMUFC @jinglesafc @btsport The entire bordcast compound at the gabba is affected due to the power issue. I’m sure Sky would use the same facilities for their “own feed”

@btsport should be ashamed with their coverage of the ashes the last few days! Multiple mistakes on the scorecards and the cameras going down 🙄

@btsport #TheAshes Mat Smith - please shut up. Utterly irrelevant waffle. We know there is an issue with pictures. We can see!!! It doesn’t mean you have to keep talking. Give it a bloody rest.
