@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

@bt_uk I had everything cancelled& ready to leave u due to the service or lack of.This was after 1.5hrs of call yesterday&even a call back from 'a manager' re my complaint. I received a call this morning from Joe in the Enniskillen team. 12mins 38 secs and I'm happy to stay.

@matthutho @bt_uk I know 😩 and to top it all I think I managed to get the issue that’s been delaying things sorted myself in 20 mins!! They’re phoning back tomorrow and we’d better resolve things quickly or I’ll be leaving them.

@btsport Problem is, the broadband is crap, the BT app does function correctly, so you are paying to watch a frozen picture most of the time. I cancelled and buy sky sports, far better and better coverage

@bt_uk claim to have no record of the @SkyUK customer who wants to move their account to my address. I called @SkyUK and they have no record of customers at my address.

The only solution @bt_uk have is to call them every day and cancel the move until the other party gives up. But I'm welcome to contact @Ofcom !
