@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

The programme cut out with 15 minutes of the game remaining. Game was very tightly poised. Funny thing is that on the phone you talk about customer service. 35 minutes left on the recording the game stopped St Kilda v Brisbane. Poor AFL. @btsport Be better

@bt_uk Seems to be widespread outages in Bath area. I'm not with BT but think you supply the lines with Openreach. Any idea what the issue is?
