@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk He works for a telecoms company and he can't make outgoing calls! Great customer services policy @bt_uk Maybe i will set up my direct debit so it can't make outgoing payments!

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

Not to mention @bt_uk the terrible customer service I received before the offer of the ‘not yet arrived’ compensation. A man who promised to call me back on 3 occasions with solutions and never did. Who also never had a superior for me to talk to either! So so frustrating.😫😫😫

@bt_uk business customers must be at the bottom of your list. 40 days since install. 22 days no business phone line. 3 escalations 2 complaints still no one can fix the issue. £100-£200 loss in takeaway orders and bookings per day

@BTCare @bt_uk after trying to get a new contract with 2 post sales advisors one cancelled the wrong thing the other sent is to sky as said we didn’t have the product with bt we eventually got sorted with someone that knew what he was doing , but he supposedly opens a complaint

Thanks @bt_uk for putting our router behind a CG-NAT because now we can't play D&D with our friends, I can't host any video games and our internet is noticeably slower 😡 If I didn't have to have your service, I would go elsewhere in a heartbeat.

@bt_uk We now have a temporary fix, thanks to Rita. So, thank you. We have to do better for our more vulnerable populations, leaving people with faulty landlines and broadband for weeks is not acceptable.
