  • andrewball01 Andrew Ball (@andrewball01) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

  • DebsRWalton Deborah Walton (@DebsRWalton) reported from Prees, England

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

  • AdamMJones_ Adam Jones (@AdamMJones_) reported from Shrewsbury, England

Seems like broadband is down across Shrewsbury, heard from BT and Sky on opposite sides of town 🙄 @bt_uk

  • okwuk Dave OKW (@okwuk) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@bt_uk Think u have missed the point Dee. Long wait, followed by being cut off, no one calling me back, followed by your excuses (and no apology) = poor customer service! And u think this is the time to discuss a new deal... 😂😂😂

Absolutely DISGUSTED with @BTCare service. 3 appointments made, 2 cancelled by them, a line that was NEVER set up when 1 appt did happen…. and all the time waiting around for these appointments AND spent on hold trying to arrange them!!! STILL NO WIFI!!!!

  • EightBitTony tony (@EightBitTony) reported

@bt_uk I don't need help with a workaround, I've switched to using Google's DNS, as described in the first tweet. You may want to raise an internal ticket though because whoever runs your DNS servers has a problem to fix.

  • ChoZanWan Opinion ≠ Truth (@ChoZanWan) reported

@Ofcom @bt_uk closed my complaint without actually getting in touch? Still haven't fixed the problem with my landline after 3 weeks. No engineer available until 20/9. £60+ for what equates to dial up internet and no calls.

  • Bathpcrepairs mark chivers (@Bathpcrepairs) reported

@bt_uk been waiting since 3rd september for line install, now you've cancelled our order for no reason and without telling us.Half a job and no shows. Shocking service for a new customer. Sort it out.

@bt_uk No sound on my BT telly. Works fine on DVDs / PlayStation so it isn’t e television, it’s the BT Box. Picture fine, but absolute silence. Can you help?

  • GlitterMermaid3 GlitterMermaid (@GlitterMermaid3) reported

@bt_uk The action was taken? But it was not explained how there would be 2 connections? The person just said they would make a change to the signal. It was also not explained that devices would be logged out? And the remote only stopped working the other day but in the mean time i now

  • WatlinEFC1992 watlinEFC1878 (@WatlinEFC1992) reported

@btsport once again the audio on your app is out of sync. Tried to reload many times with no luck. This happens way to often. At this point something needs sorting or let me cancel.

  • EightBitTony tony (@EightBitTony) reported

@bt_uk My first tweet shows the Google DNS servers resolving it and the two BT DNS servers I'm presented with not resolving it, it's been like this for at least two weeks. So it's a problem with BT's DNS Servers. I don't mind if you fix it, but it is a problem at your end.

  • transferdicky Transfer Wire (@transferdicky) reported

@bt_uk @dexter1dog warning if you are going to sign up to btbroadband - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract! in my case £650!
