@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk so here I am on the phone for 2 hours as I’ve discovered I’m paying for a cloud phone service that I told you I didn’t want and haven’t used once. Requests to have it removed and pay for broadband only are being stonewalled. Please contact me urgently

@bt_uk I'm allegedly switching to VOIP tomorrow (not my choice). To add insult to injury just had a text implying my existing btoadlband will be affected for the day. This is the 1st time that this has been mentioned, also no phone service when no power - a backwards step IMO
