@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

Hi @bt_uk Do you have a local Zoom problem at the moment? Absolutely everything is working fine with my WiFi, except I cannot get Zoom on laptop app or web browser, but can if I disconnect WiFi and use data hotspot. Tried rebooting router etc.

Can’t play online games with my PS5, keep getting a NAT Type Failed error. I believe it’s a @bt_uk issue. Please fix this.

Greg Wallace (@greg9rovers) reported
@bt_uk is there an issue with showing people onto the PSN? There's lots of complaints of a failed NAT type and that seems like more of a @bt_uk issue than a @AskPlayStation problem? Thanks in advance for your reply. #BT #PSN

Gibec (@GeorgeNaylor18) reported
@bt_uk I'm seeing hundreds of people having the same issue as me for over 2 hours where NAT type on PlayStation is failing. How can we fix this
-
Will (@Willtheman15) reported
@bt_uk @ionCube This is becoming beyond a joke now. you have your own customers searching for the fault for your engineers to fix and are now telling people to go to the forums.

Andy Bonnar (@dylan_leggatt) reported
@bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ if I jump on a vpn on my pc or phone all my services work fine which points to a bad route somewhere on your network, without a vpn I can't reach zoom , google play...most of my alexas are down apart from an old one that must be going to a different amazon server

Kate (@katemcassidy) reported
@bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ Hi Trevor, there are dozens of people reporting the same issues currently, from a quick twitter search! I can't use two websites I need for work.
