Fuming! In feb we switched to Sky broadband from @bt_uk and have had no issues with the Sky service since then and have been paying them for their services. BUT BT are still trying to bill us as well! Sort it out @BTCare

@EE/@bt_uk/@BTCare-We moved my elderly parents to Digital Voice. Now we cannot switch the voicemail feature off. Why can you not add the ability to switch this feature off, especially for the elderly? They cannot work Voicemail in the upper 80’s. Help create the ability to action
