The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

Mobile on Tesco(O2), so non-existent 4g/5g signal. Would need to drive 5 miles to make a call, AND we live in a town! I fear getting older, with no car, in emergency

Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Catherine (@teacherCate1) reported@bt_uk It’s not an issue of him not being on top of bills and it definitely needs looking into - he’s over £800 in credit yet he’s still having more money taken from him every month. There is no need for any phone provider to be charging such a huge amount for calls etc.

Seems unnecessary to me.
