@bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@btsport cancelled because my contract has run out and I've been charged for a month where I can't use it and also a penalty for cancelling "within the notice period." I'm out of contract and was told by the agent on the phone I could cancel immediately. What a TOTAL RIP OFF!!

Far from me to say @bt_uk’s broadband services are beyond a joke, however, we ordered our house move service on 27 July and they still can’t give us a date as to when it will be activated
