@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

Question for @bt_uk - if I’m trying to leave and can’t get through, I’m ok to reduce the number of minimum days I have to pay for? Or is there an email address I can have to cancel my services? @Ofcom or @BBCWatchdog should look at this as it’s grossly unfair.

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to get through to BT for almost 3 weeks to cancel my contract, it rings out for about 1hr30 and then cuts me off!!! How am I supposed to give notice to leave when I can’t get through ??

Please @bt_uk help! Reported Mum's (86yrs disabled)phone fault 3/10. Helpline booked engineer visit. No visit. Contacted Helpline again 18/10 lovely guy apologised said been 'cancelled' remotely, rebooked engineer. Still no engineer and no working phone. Today no Helpline. URGENT

How can technical support desk @bt_uk be closed? I can't get through on phone and online chat says no availability. I've had dreadful service since moving house! Landline no finally moved across 4 weeks late but doesn't work 😡 Been waiting for callback from BT since yesterday.
