We waited as booked @btbusinesscare from 12noon until 6pm Tuesday and your engineer didn’t arrive! GBT22844K8. Spent 30mins on customer ‘care’ chat yesterday to be told another visit couldn’t be arranged at this time!!!!

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@btsportufc @btsport Can’t even order the damn thing , I’m a bt sport customer, not sky but still have the box , normally I could order the boxing on bt box office through that and it gets added to your bill , wtf isn’t available to orderon the bt sport app if your a customer like it has in the past

@bt_uk #btinternet customer service has been abysmal. Worse than TalkTalk. Spoken to at least 3 advisors who have said “we’ll put that order through for you” only to find out they haven’t. 3 times!!! We may have lost our phone number of 25+ years now. Furious beyond measure.

@bt_uk Good morning BT. What is going on, 2 weeks of our business network down, 5 engineers booked and not arrived, no courtesy calls only assurances that our case will be escalated! The only thing escalating is our blood pressure and poor customer service! Buyer beware.

@bt_uk Have had 2 engineers round my signal keeps dropping. Having third engineer tomorrow, very unlikely they will find the problem. Haven’t had internet for 4 weeks now . Let me cancel my account - this is getting ridiculous now .
