@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@SkyHelpTeam Why are my @btsport channels so pixelated. All other channels work fine. Tried resetting the box and following the help instruction. Fine for 2 minutes after the reset then they’re f****ed again. Unwatchable and a waste of money

@bt_uk So that guidance you just sent said they will visit to fit a socket as they won’t need to be there long, however BT complaints team said no they won’t come for that purpose. More contradictory information from the world’s worst communications company!

@bt_uk The speeds have never been an issue. The issue seems to be 'bloating' as I think it's called, even though that was never an issue previously. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, maybe old equipment/wires but as they've all been replaced, it still happens.
