@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk I have and I am unfortunately still awaiting a reply. This was ordered almost a week ago and confirmed. I have been a loyal BT customer for +10 years, the order was made within 2 minutes of going live. The presented message is really badly worded.

@bt_uk You were good for years without issues, I could watch a stream and game at the same time with no ping, lag or stutter, since last January, even with 65/15, I get frequent issues. Your customer service was lovely to upgrade my router but that hasn't solved the ping issues.
