@bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk Call number 6 was made today and I've been promised a call back tomorrow (Friday) at 4.45pm to sort it out. Hopefully this time the promise won't be broken and I can finally get the issue resolved.

@ManUnitedZone_ @btsport Bruno and Erikkson. Erikkson set pieces were dreadful tonight he and Bruno are playing every game all game….Both need a rest at some point should have been tonight. Feel like shaw deserves a game too malacia been playing every game and he’s had 2 poor games in a row now rest him
