@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

If you ever consider using @bt_uk for internet- just don’t. Worst service from any company I’ve ever experienced, they just don’t care and won’t solve any issues. Almost a week without Internet now and they will not help, paying for non existent service #worstcompanyinuk

@bt_uk @merseymale Your Smart Hub 2 routers with complete Wifi are totally unreliable for home working. Replaced with mesh Wifi and you have no solution for this.

@bt_uk I honestly feel like you’re just *************** out of us at this point. We just upgraded to a brand new package with faster internet. Ever since we’ve had nothing but issues. It’s like the second it hits 11pm you just decide to throttle the life out of our line.
