@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@VodafoneUK I left @bt_uk a few months ago as you were 50% cheaper on the promise of same/ better speeds. The performance has been horrible. Giving me a never-ending 15% apology discount is no use when I can’t event watch a show without several instances of the spinning wheel!

@bt_uk OK ill let him know. Speed wise I think he's fine, might be more of a bandwidth issue. What's the best way for him to contact BT and resolve this?

@SteveLawrence_ @btbusinesscare It’s not necessarily in their gift. The European networks can impose roaming charges, whether or not your own network does.

@bt_uk been waiting since August for my phone to be fixed. Apart from being fobbed off by customer relations people I’ve had virtually no contact with the ‘team’ allegedly dealing with my issue. A pretty shabby way to deal with people. Disgusted quite frankly

@SkyHelpTeam @JamesBu21387819 Seriously - does it have to be 24 hours without? @BTCare is it the same as I NEVER had to claim with BT???

@bt_uk WiFi is just dog ****, it stays on but the connection itself is terrible. It’s essentially turning off however the router itself is still on and when it is good it never goes above 6mb/s on install speed so it’s also very slow

. @bt_uk spitefully exploit that, for many people, there's no alternative service provider. We're over a barrel and they can provide poor service, or none, as they please. No comeback.

@BTCare Seems that @btcare aren't interested in sorting this problem out... Xmas TV constantly cutting out, 3 engineers who "can't find a problem"...why not replace hardware in my house to eliminate the possibility, then discover it's actually your infrastructure, that's failing?
