@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk for the last 3 weeks I have had no TV box as its broke and your customer service is the worst lied to 3 time so far on my delivery and then add more to my bill when I was told 2 times they would take money off. I'll be leaving if it isn't sorted

Biased BT Sport, there was no intent in that movement of the head from Fred just a bad reaction compared with an actual head butt with intent akin to something out of wrestling and also a childish reaction by the PSG player. @btsport @btsportfootball @Fred08oficial

@bt_uk well day 6 of no internet thanks bt you disconnect us from sky ok then fail to re connect costing us loads in a 2 hr trip to office each day from crawly to Brighton office and still not fixed #howcraprbt
