    @bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

    @bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

    @bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

    @bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

    The latest on my phone/broadband issue. You'll never believe this. @bt_uk have just advised me that @PopTelecom have cancelled my order with them. Yes, you heard me. @PopTelecom cancelled my order 2 days b4 I'm due to go live, with NO authority from me. I'm fuming!!! 🤬🤬

    @bt_uk Thanks I’ve just done that and it said that the connection is fine which is true we can connect it’s just really slow. It’s not a problem with connection at home bc it only went slow today after openreach were working here

    @bt_uk 2 hours on the phone from 6pm-8pm for an operator to then say sorry our phone lines close at 8pm. 2hours in the phone!. And still not sort my issue! Outrageous

    @bt_uk Covid-related delays were never mentioned. If you take the time to read the complaint you will see that the delay is due to Kelly Services navel-gazing at the property, creating a domino effect of dither. Contract out to muppets and this is what happens.

    @luced42 @bt_uk Honestly, I was shocked when their engineer called me from outside my Mum's house within about half an hour. Being diplomatic, that's not the standard of service you tend to expect from major companies. Really impressed.

    @AntheaJ47 @bt_uk @PopTelecom My fella cancelled his Sky broadband & changed to BT. BT said SKY had put a block on his line to prevent any other service providers using it. The BT rep managed to work a way around & unblock it.

    @DamainWard @bt_uk @PopTelecom I can only take to dispute resolution once 8 weeks have passed with no agreement, or a 'deadlock' situation is established. They're refusing to waive the termination fees even though they failed to meet contractual obligations. Someone has actually just replied to me. Miracles!!

    @btbusinesscare oh wow - you reckon I'm tweeting this cos I haven't tried that? They certainly cannot help. Nor can customer services, nor does your complaints procedure. The infrastructure need repairs - it has done for 6 months
