    @bt_uk Oh we're just accustomed to the buffering now, usually as our team takes a penalty. We pay over £40pm for it so this Halo must be the best (or are we being naive) but the signal doesn't reach every room even in our 1-bedroom flat.

    @bt_uk ..please explain why fingerprint login expires 🙄 and then "link" to recover password that I've not used for months and cannot remember doesn't work

    So despite @virginmedia staff dishonesty telling me I would not be able to get @bt_uk installed before April because “we are in a national lockdown” - the @WeAreOpenreach engineer attended yesterday - professional, polite and helpful and we are all up and running. Great service.

    @bt_uk They only agreed to drop charges that should never have been applied in the first place - I had already sent them a copy of your letter saying tv could be cancelled for free, & the bill was for the period 19/01-18/02 after I'd stopped being a customer on the 16th. No favour done

    @bt_uk been without Wi-fi or phone line since yesterday (Sunday) morning...but despite paying through the nose on a monthly basis, apparently we don’t have the ‘right account’ to qualify for a mini hub to help. Appalling service!

    @bt_uk Hey Laura, sadly that isn’t an option due to the hub having to be placed in the hallway. Hence why we received the booster to mitigate this problem.

    @bt_uk No was just online! Seeing if moving from @SkyUK would be better as the deal they offer is £20 more expensive than a new customer! How do I contact them?

    @bt_uk Help! Internet gone down, 0800 000 151 is saying it's an incorrect number, and I'm working from home. Need to find out what's happened.

    @Grahamaccounts1 @max_gentleman @LUFCDATA Exactly! Now I’m in this weird shorty codependency with Amazon, Sky and BTSport and juggling when to cancel one or restart.. what with constantly checking the table for ‘when are we safe’ and the calendar for ‘payperview optimisation’.. 🥴
