@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

@bt_uk I told you back in January existing broadband was unstable. No one came then but suddenly in March an engineer apears for a fault no one reported or knew existed! Absolute joke mickey mouse outfit

@bt_uk You seem to be missing the point. The engineer is not there for anything to do with the long running fibre installation. He is there for a mythical fault on the old line no one knew about or reported. Totally baffling just how bad BT can be

@bt_uk shocking. You get told you have 14 days on your products to change your mind then when you try and cancel something you get told you want £380 to do so! Robin Hood springs to mind

@CiderJaaarn @bt_uk Happens a lot CJ. My experience is that individuals try to help within a dysfunctional structure. Good at selling though.
