@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

That responsibility fell to Carrick and McKenna - and now Carrick is Interim while Ole gets the sacked. Carrick and McKenna are just as culpable but have been given a free pass. Ole got scapegoated.

@BTBusiness @btbusinesscare must have the most rubbish computer systems. I have been trying to end an account for since 11 August. Hours on a phone... and they can't seem to manage it though they keep promising it... and their poor staff have to put up with customer ire.

@bt_uk No I have to constantly chase ! Given false repair dates . Team member in the executive complaints is just RUDE ! Unhelpful waste 45 mins on hold getting through ! Been 6 months now .
