@bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@btsport @ChelseaFC This isn't "Potter's team". So why did the owners throw nearly £300m at the squad when Tuchel was manager, then ask "their man" Potter to work with a team he did not build? Real mismanagement and will no doubt throw money to fix what they have done this summer

@EE @bt_uk making a big song and dance about uninterrupted Wi-Fi using EE, yesterday I experienced a power cut and when I tried to get emergency help via my EE mobile, it wouldn't connect to internet, who's fault is it, BT say it's you guys?

@bt_uk Hi, we are getting at best 3mbps but are paying for an upgraded service. Engineer called multiple times and doesn't look like we will get any better until we get fill fibre. Can we get a refund?

Hi @bt_uk, got red LOS light on openreach modem and solid orange light on BT hub. Have tried online advised fixes, nothing working. Been waiting 45mins on the phone! HELP PLEASE
