@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk Last month I was told by Lesley R on this platform that she will put £10 credit to my account as I had several weeks of issues with internet- this credit is not applied and full monthly payment gone out of my bank account, this is really bad customer service! Why do you do this?

@bt_uk I don't believe I have a landline number. Its without phone Internet connection. How do I get in touch with the customer care. We work from home. Cannot do without Internet tomorrow. Pls need it fixed.
