    @bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

    @bt_uk the wife works for BT and the home Wi-fi is poor. Been looking at the home discs but can’t order them. Can you help please. Wi-fi at home is a bit crap....

    @bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

    @bt_uk Done the complaint is in the system but they said it would be passed to someone higher and they would contact me. It is now close of play Monday and still no response.

    Appalling service from @bt_uk. Been without fibre broadband for 7 days now. Unbelievably, told by a service rep that the service we pay for can experience outages at any time for any duration and we are not protected due to Ts and Cs. 1/2

    @bt_uk Sooner is not the problem. The problem is I had the option of 2 slots on one day, a day which I happen to be working. Why cant we choose a slot from the week ahead that suites our schedules? This only applies if the engineer needs into the property of course.

    @bt_uk - I know you want to take these conversations off the timeline. But to clarify: your DM response is ‘pay more and we’ll fix it’ when you’re making no effort to provide me with the service I pay for. I’d be embarrassed if I was having to disregard and patronise customers.

    And now @bt_uk your free WiFi cloud's down too? Lol what a joke this is. So not can I only notbuse the broadband the back WiFi you hype about has also broken down. Forget fttp just gove us a reliable network to the exchange

    @bt_uk How are you going to resolve this unacceptable problem? I’m paying for internet and not receiving it. It needs resolving and it needs resolving now. A week is too long. So let down by all of your colleagues. So untrustworthy.

    Only way to have service resolved is to upgrade. No end date for resolution and no one actually seems interested in helping us. Just happy for us to sit and wait in isolation at great expense and stress. Embarrassing @bt_uk 2/2

    Absolute jokes.....42mins on hold on the phone to @SkyHelpTeam and they close? I was debating using my cooling off period and going back to @BTCare (as the Sky router is a complete locked down mess) and that has sealed it! Sorry for doubting you BT - you were great for 12yrs!

    @bt_uk I have called and made an agreement to pay several days ago, was promised no disruptions to service. Woke up this am and internet off. It's still off and I have no access to any help online unless here. My bill has been agreed to be paid friday as my pay cycle has changed
