@bt_uk absolute disgrace. Been on the phone over an hour 5 different departments and cut off. You have been charging me for 24 mnt for a plan that I never had due to your mistake but you only want to give me back 3 months money because I should have checked my bills more closely.

We waited as booked @btbusinesscare from 12noon until 6pm Tuesday and your engineer didn’t arrive! GBT22844K8. Spent 30mins on customer ‘care’ chat yesterday to be told another visit couldn’t be arranged at this time!!!!

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk Thank you - shame about the lies and broken promises along the way - it’s certainly a positive start to the working week.

@btsport once again the audio on your app is out of sync. Tried to reload many times with no luck. This happens way to often. At this point something needs sorting or let me cancel.

@bt_uk How can you justify not fixing my 90 year old mother's landline? Particularly when it is required for her emergency Call Care system! #frustratedcustomer

@bt_uk 25mins of being on hold x 3 departments and you still can’t sort out a home tech visit because your computer says “no”. Definitely not customer focused, too wrapped up in your own unfit processes

@bt_uk You are the ones make money from your helpline. EE will just say thats what the number costs. I'll probably get charged further by both of you. I would never again trust BT enough to call them.
