@ljo_87 @hunter_mufc @ManUtdWomenFans @btsport @FAWSL @F1 @FAWC_ Oh yeah I agee about the @FAWC_, it was bad enough trying to find non MUTV highlights of games when we were in it, but now we are not, it seems as if that league has sadly been forgotten about somewhat. I would love to see matches in that league shown, even Justin highlight form.

We waited as booked @btbusinesscare from 12noon until 6pm Tuesday and your engineer didn’t arrive! GBT22844K8. Spent 30mins on customer ‘care’ chat yesterday to be told another visit couldn’t be arranged at this time!!!!

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@BTCare what are you doing to trace and shut down scammers who call me repeatedly using a recorded script threatening to cut off my internet. I know they're a bunch of lying criminal scumbags and I just hang up, but vulnerable customers are genuinely scared and easily fooled.

@bt_uk I think it’s shameful and abusing the customer relationship to tie tech support on a product I am paying for to signing up for a new contact. That’s mafia style racketeering. Is this BT standard operating procedure? I shall be referring the tactic to @Ofcom

@bt_uk I never would have left my previous provider who was half the cost of yourself for the same 4mbs, but your company lied to me, telling me it wouldn't be long until fibre was installed. It's been nothing but a battle with you all since then. 2016 to 2021 been waiting for fibre.

@BT @btcare When even the support manager rings up to apologise that he has no idea and that he can't help after 3 weeks and whilst very frustrating losing the will to live - it is hilarious - only @bt_global could devize such a way to piss off customers even more.

@bt_uk This should be corrected to say “provide the best service in the industry- as long as you pay more” Customer service, during a call to log a fault with your network, that has us offline for over a week said that if we paid more for our service, they will help and send us a dongle
