    @bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

    @bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

    @bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

    @bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

    @bt_uk To go & help with their Cyber team,I end up in beside the IL where base I was in got destroyed by missiles,that have allowed a dumb kid to get my details,so it should be made public that certain ones have had access to privileged data on contract I signed,could be more. Monday/2
