    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

    @bt_uk Cant use my tv i have to go up to the box and no wifi can be used to the box? Also the changing of the signal i had to google what this meant as it was not explained to me? Poor really! Im cancelling my services today because im fed up of the poor wifi and blaming my tv

    @bt_uk I learnt that by looking at the box you provide and a CS mentioning it too someone else? My tv upstairs obviously is no where near my hub? But this has never been an option mentioned too me to try and see if it would help? But ive got to a point of being fed up now!

    @bt_uk As a BT customer, I redeemed my PS5 offer code 6 weeks ago. It says so under “my offers” at bottom of the page. So should work for other customers. Thus using an MS Windows laptop

    @bt_uk Thank you and bless you for the efforts. The problem lies in the fact we got high speed fibre cabled to a remote village with GPO phone lines intended to carry fewer than twenty phone cals at a time, then new houses were added on and no one can replace the Aluminium connector.

    Went into the @EE store in Richmond on 7.09.2021 to order broadband, @bt_uk was recommended...order was placed yet I have heard nothing from you. Call today and told no order was placed... great, thank you for the excellent customer service #customerexperience

    @bt_uk Customer service - Technical help I have tried to get through to you to report a fault but your computer system will not put me through to a person just sends me a text to reply to which will not send!! I just want to speak to a person and get this broadband sorted.

    @bt_uk Under my contract there is a guaranteed speed can that be checked as the connection across my home is very poor despite having an additional disc etc.

    @bt_uk I've got it my basket but it's asking to sign in again and when I do it's saying there's an error signing in but I'm able to log in on the app and in another tab
