@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

I've never been soo disappointed in @bt_uk as much as i am today, you came and installed our wifi on Wednesday yet it disconnects every five seconds & doesn't want to work. I have my college course & both my job i need wifi for yet i can't even study when the wifi won't work 🙄

Why is changing Broadband/TV providers such a bleedin’ hassle?! Between @skytv who don’t want to keep you as a customer, @virginmedia not being clear when it comes to the offers available and @bt_uk being ridiculously expensive, it’s an absolute minefield out there!
