@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

@bt_uk Rita are you pulling my leg here. Don’t you think with all the problems I’ve had with your broadband I would have gone through all the scenarios put to me. Your broadband is unreliable & doesn’t work for a family with Wi-fi required in every room. Unless you have cardboard walls.

@bt_uk phone advisor said I would get a text and BT would make sure it was sorted before Monday. just checked my BT and it says I reported my fault as fixed. Have now been sat in phone queue for 20 mins trying to speak to someone about this! Really bad service!

@Jas0nV00rh3s @btsport Yeah or I've seen incidents where they will show a game on Freesports only, and it never gets shown because something else has run over. So you've got no way to watch it. Even though you pay for Premier Sports.

@bt_uk You really must roll out fibre to the premises NOW and everywhere. Our speed and reliability with you has gone down because you're not keeping up with modern demand. You've fallen far behind other countries.
