My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
