Unbearable for the foreseeable π (@AntSweeney) reported from St Helens, England@ArsenalStaffs22 @btsportfootball @btsport Yes I know that, doesn't change the fact Premier league sides are still spending big to the point where it doesn't matter if you're elite, you can still spend fortunes. As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them, sokw bad decisions at that club recently

-
Barbara Starkey (@brassbubs) reported@bt_uk when are you going to fix the BT app? For over a month now we have been unable to log on and access our account. Neither can we do it online. It's beyond a disgrace
-
Darren Smith (@Smicer999) reported@bt_uk I must have had 10 complaints raised and closed according to your SMS messages. I want an email address where I can document in detail the atrocious customer service Iβve experienced. Are you saying you provide no electronic communication mailbox at all for complaint procedures?
-
@sharpy74 (@sharpy741) reported@martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? Iβm baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BTβs monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
-
Aaron Law (@AaronLaw92) reported@bt_uk hello my account is completely broken, still cannot login - says access denied!

Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device wonβt alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we canβt act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
-
π§ Me Might be Animal! π§ (@me_not_animal) reported@bt_uk It was escalated to a complaint yesterday, but due to your systems been down nothing happened. -
Gavin 277 (@gavin277) reported@bt_uk Is there a fault on your network in the LE17 area as there is no broadband
-
Steve George (@Baggieboy1888) reported@bt_uk paying refunds with a cheque. In 2026. Obviously their hope / expectation is that with ever fewer bank branches the recipient will deem it too much of a hassle to pay it in. Even for those that do they are earning interest until the cheque is cleared. Poor show.
-
Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@bt_uk As yet again the email service is faulty and not available for some time isn't it about time a rebate was given to your customers for not being provided with the service they pay for?
