@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

@bt_uk our internet has been down for a whole week now. Its half term and although we have had lots of family time, we still had times we wanted to watch or play something together and not been able to.I haven't been able to complete work and had to use all of my mobile data.
