    @bt_uk (1/2) absolute discrase! My elderly grandparents have been left without a phone since last Friday due to a fault outside on the line. Was assured it was a priority and someone would be out on Monday to fix. Monday no one came. Then got told tuesday. Guess what....(2/2)

    @bt_uk wouldn't give me their special offer open to new broadband customers. Loyalty counts for nothing. So am off to @VodafoneUK to take them up on their discounted offer. When will these companies ever learn to treat all customers the same?

    @bt_uk seen a few people say there connect isn't good so did the check thing, say there's no issues but my Internet keeps dropping out every 5 to 10 minutes at a time???

    @bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

    @bt_uk I see other people are having problems logging into BT email. The status is "We’ll be right back. Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?

    @btbusinesscare I need to pay our bill. Can't log in. You have added a new security requirement. A passcode. When I enter it I get an error message "Bad Request - your browser sent a request that this server could not understand" Tried chat - held on 30 minutes. 1/2

    @bt_uk I eventually got through , was on the phone for over an hour, repeating my issue to 3 different staff members, and still no resolution or definitive answer. I need someone to own the problem, report back to me on progress of a Welfare Issue.
