    Thank You so Much Sian- BT_UK Team for helping me restore my internet connection i have been @bt_uk since 2013 never had an issue only sometimes but thats fixed within mins today i had the issue after so many years sian helped me fix it within 35 mins thank you again

    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

    @bt_uk your app is telling me my last bill was not paid on time? But it’s paid by direct debit and went through no problem.

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    @btbusinesscare Again after being advised my complaint was resolved, the problem has resurfaced and you are billing for an account which should be closed. I have emailed Stephanie Agolini twice and had no response about this. Customer service is as bad as ever BT!. Sort it out!!.

    @bt_uk Absolute con internet down Thursday . ‘We will send you a hub’. - no you didn’t. Internet down again today ‘we will you send a hub’. Probably haven’t. Why not just have better infrastructure? Engineer not here until Tuesday! Not very good promise! Misleading advertising!

    @bt_uk Thank you for the BT mini hub. It arrived yesterday. But it seems the 4G signal here isn't strong enough for it. If junction box is fixed on Tuesday that will have been 9 days with no internet service. Will there be some refund ?

    @pdbluec @SkyUK @btsport I’ve done that. Getting all the other channels, just the City game that’s not working which is typical. I’m using my laptop and mirroring using Apple TV on my TV

    @bt_uk So I'm with Sky for TV & BB, but on your channel. A friend is having the same issue. Hmm.
