    Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

    @bt_uk why do your customer service managers not follow up complaints that have been passed over to them. Every time I call in I get told they will call on a certain date but it never happens. Called in several times now. No email address to send anything it’s phone calls only

    @btbusinesscare what an absolute joke service I’ve just had trying to sort out my emails, 1hr 30 mins with someone who didn’t have a clue, kept going quiet on me and saying he had to speak to the back office, my emails are now all over the place which is a nightmare

    @bt_uk absolutely disgraceful service, been waiting 5 months for you to install my fibre. Neither you or open reach know what you are doing and the robots on the phone saying I’ll take personal oversight of your case are just as ineffective. Another no show from you yesterday.

    @bt_uk It is the norm for me, all 4 orders I've placed with BT over 7 years have been a pain. 2 orders for TV I was quoted one price but charged more & the 2 broadband orders have needed reordering due to system issues. So frustrating.

    So @bt_uk have really surpassed themselves now. I’ve been without internet for 3 weeks, they tell me that they can’t connect me until AUGUST and provide a “mini hub” until I can get connected. However even this has now been switched off, after I made a formal complaint…
