    I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

    @BenP_97 @TheFreddyCairns @bt_uk Mine was working fine then just went off said no service when logging into the hub, reset it twice checked cables and just staying orange mate saying no service

    @bt_uk Checked out that link but nothing helped. It’s internet is that bad I struggle with buffering when streaming while someone else is also using the Wi-fi. When contact is up I won’t be renewing

    My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

    As I can only watch BT Sport on my phone I decided to watch a film & just check in on goals, so just discovered the awful crowd noise @BTSport have put on our game, why have they made it sound like a kids assembly before the teacher shushes everyone?! #EVESHW

    @bt_uk Hi, we have BT Broadband and WholeHome WiFi. Having problems with connection speed to YouTube, often (but not always) below 1Mbps while around 60 everywhere else. Problem on all devices, not present when using mobile data, only on your WiFi. Can you help at all? Thanks.
