For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

@bt_uk my 86 mum has had no landline for a week now in Bexleyheath no help from BT disgusting how BT treat the elderly. My mum relies on her landline it’s causing her great stress, BT said fault would be fixed by Thursday but still no landline.
