@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

Only 3 attempts required to log in to the @btsport app tonight before it decided I had a subscription. Better than previous when it took 5 attempts. @btsport seem to be attempting to provide a premium service but their app is shoddy and coverage is cheap and nasty.

I know COVID is to blame but the @btsport coverage of this years Ashes has been the worst I’ve ever seen. Sky have set the bar so high but BT’s coverage is utter garbage. TMS and BT muted is the only way to go.
