The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office.   @bt_uk It says there is an issue in my local area. This should be a proactive service to my mobile to indicate there is an issue. Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.

  @bt_uk Cut off my phone and net 1 week ago, instead of an upgrade. Got net back this week. Now I don't have a phone no. I can get no response from BT now. Customer of 50 years. Treated like filth. B'band speed 1/2 what is promised. Really appalling treatment.

  @bt_uk People only resort to X when traditional methods of communication show themselves to be totally inadequate. All routes appear to lead to international call centers who do not understand the issues at hand.
