@bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

  • AskTheShire The Shire (@AskTheShire) reported from Salford, England

  • Stirling061 Ian Stirling (@Stirling061) reported from Salford, England

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

  • KirstyTonge Kirsty (@KirstyTonge) reported from Manchester, England

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

  • andyleg66 Andy Leggott (@andyleg66) reported from Lymm, England

  • DannyBuble Danny Bublé (@DannyBuble) reported from Wrightington, England

@bt_uk hi, once again our internet is down in WN6 and has been for more than 24 hours. Please advise and don't take 6 days like you did last time. Cheers 👍

  • AskTheShire The Shire (@AskTheShire) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

  • emstoth EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk Thanks - I’ve been sent two though. I need a particular one to work as another is packed away. It’s just constantly showing a red no signal light.

  • goodall007 simufc7 (@goodall007) reported from Manchester, England

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Neill_Peel NeillNeillOrangePeel (@Neill_Peel) reported

@bt_uk I never use Freeview. It's the connection via sky boxes. No error code, just constant "you cannot watch TV at the moment due to a connection error" ( or something like that)... It's happened about 50 times since 5:30 this morning, tablet loses connection too.

  • Neill_Peel NeillNeillOrangePeel (@Neill_Peel) reported

@Tonysmini @bt_uk @BTCare Thanks Tony, the most informative response for months!!!! It's just the mini boxes that have the issue, I've had to CAT5 the main box. (Luckily) I haven't got any neighbours, very rural, which is why the infrastructure gets neglected.

  • H_O_R_R_O_R Disturbed in Silence (@H_O_R_R_O_R) reported

@bt_uk Hi. Could you advise how long the battery lasts in the Mini Hub, from full charge to red (less than 20%). Secondly, we had full loss of service for 2 days. Could you please credit/amend our next bill w/ £10 for the £5 a day loss of service you agree to give customers. Thx

  • CP_Journalist Callum Perry (@CP_Journalist) reported

@bt_uk what’s the point in paying for fibre 2 when it buffers and lags and is incredibly slow across my devices, even turning everyone off the speeds are slow and takes a good 3 minutes for my phone to load, Netflix on my tv is incredibly slow and down scales the quality

  • JasperHeinrich Jasper Heinrich (@JasperHeinrich) reported

@bt_uk I remain astonished by the lack of respect and professionalism you have provided to a long term customer after you cut me off 8 days ago. We are no further forward and still have no phone or internet. When is someone going to contact me?

  • Evil_Antbro The Real Evil AntIchrist (@Evil_Antbro) reported

@btbusinesscare Isnt that ironic Trying to contact a phone company by phone! Nah, we are **** Use Whatsapp instead

  • alisonfinch Alison Finch (@alisonfinch) reported

Spending my Xmas sorting BT Issues and getting nowhere, left a care home with no broadband all over Xmas. Want to pay our bills and cant access accounts! #shamful @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare

  • Neill_Peel NeillNeillOrangePeel (@Neill_Peel) reported

@BTCare @bt_uk So it appears that despite long term issues, VT deny any problems...over and over again, the checks show no faults.... Hardly surprising... If they admitted how crap the service was, they'd be out of business. @Offcom

  • Tonysmini Tony (@Tonysmini) reported

@Neill_Peel @bt_uk @BTCare It’s not neglected, it’s just more prone to damage as it’s much longer runs than towns and cities, and usually more difficult to access.

  • mashupweb Hon Lee (@mashupweb) reported

@BT_UK you did this last time last year with no real reasoning. This is terrible
