@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk Just been told that I have 71mb to the house and BT Hub is delivering 16mb inside the house and it drops. Apparently even though it a BT hub, BT disc repeaters, BT Line - it not working is not a BT problem? They won't let me out of contact to go to another provider. #fail
