My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

@bt_uk But i am left without service because this does not work and when it does it drops out after 5-10 minutes. So this is not working and i have no service and am unable to work. Hence why i want to leave, but each time i ring someone picks up then drops the call.

So speaking with @bt_uk and the woman said that I must be too close to a bus stop thats why my speed is poo, 1 the router is at the back of house and nearest bus stop is 10mins away never heard so much **** in my life
