@bt_uk internet’s been dropping out for over 12 hrs. Done all the tests and resets and it’s all saying it’s ok (it isn’t). I’m not going to be able to work without internet access, can someone help please.

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

Astonishingly bad customer service by @bt_uk. Booked home move 4 internet in advance for today. Engineer turns up and can’t do it, so says someone else will come back later. Then the appt cancelled. No option to reschedule online. On hold for 40 mins and still no answer. 🙄

Don’t you love it when the BT engineer who comes to fix your internet up to the speed we’re paying for actually makes it worse. Then the engineer booked today to make it workable doesn’t turn up. Grr. Lesson prep is going to be interesting. @bt_uk

@EveryCountry @bt_uk Text HELP + phone number to 61998. They'll do an auto check on your phone line and get openreach out if theres any problems. Help has to be in capital letters I think. Eg: HELP 0123456789
