@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk ever since we have had broadband fitted with you we have had constant issues with the phone crackling and dropping out connection. Set up wires left everywhere then a price hike for the privilege. Can’t ever phone as line so bad! They are NEW phones so it’s not them.

@bt_uk My TV (BT YouView box) has had no reception (NW11) for over a week now - I cannot watch live tv and none of my shows get recorded (however the TV guide still works fine). There are no problems with the aerial either within my flat, or in my block of flats as a whole.
