Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

Hi @bt_uk. Your website is a shambles. Logged in at your home page to pay for a monthly sport sub, only to be bounced to registration (I am clearly registered or I wouldn't be able to log in) and then the "pay now" button in the step 4 screen is broken.

@btbusinesscare So ... an hour's 'chat' and then after agreeing that I've been overcharged I get, "Our complaint team will contact you with the resolution after doing complete investigation". And this will be in about 3 days. FGS !

@bt_uk We have Call Protect, but that is clearly useless. Will have to manually block every spoof 07xxx number that calls now. We never use the landline to make calls, of course, as it's too expensive, so I might just unplug the thing.

@bt_uk Are absolutely the worst company in the world. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY USE THEM FOR BUSINESS USE...AS THEY SEEM TO BELIEVE IT IS OK TO JUST CUT OFF MY SERVICES FOR MY BUSINESS FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER WITH NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS DESPITE ADMITTING IT IS A BT ERROR!
