@bt_uk It's happened again! Expedited call from @BTOpenreach1 engineer today. Same problem with exchange. Issue been known about since 26 October. 3rd eng visit, plus two no shows (=5) and we're still not connected - first promised on 24 Oct. PLEASE, HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN!!!

So they do is ask you to "pop your details for DPA" and your forgotten about. Lost my job because they can't send a trained engineer for the job
