Had the worst customer experience with @bt_uk should of had our broadband contact on the 16th December still no broadband , now sat waiting for a phone all again from the order team #nothappy #wasteoftime

When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

@bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

@bt_uk The contract appears to be 2 years which seems a very long term. A loyal long term BT customer with a £170 monthly bill needs a better service to meet these unprecedented times and I am expected to pay almost £900 because you cant give me better.

@bt_uk hello, what’s been going on in SE16? WiFi keeps disconnecting every 10m or so, and when we have connection it’s terribly slow. Is the service down in the area ? It’s a huge inconvenience when working from home and in lockdown!

@bt_uk The problem is not the service that you have provided, I would happily keep mobiles etc with you but you simply cant increase my speed as I need. You try running 6 zoom calls simultaneously as well as all the normal wifi devices on 45mb download speed.
