@bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

Fuming! In feb we switched to Sky broadband from @bt_uk and have had no issues with the Sky service since then and have been paying them for their services. BUT BT are still trying to bill us as well! Sort it out @BTCare
