When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

@bt_uk can’t get on a live chat! We can’t get so Wi-fi signal to the back bedrooms of the house. We’ve had the smart hub for the last 4 years is there an upgrade?

@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

@bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

@btsport good morning, today a reoccurring payment of £25 came out for my BT sports pass. I thought I had cancelled it but clearly not. It will not be used at all this month as was a complete mistake. Is there absolutely any chance of a refund if you cancel it today?

@bt_uk why leaving experience so frustrating? The only mode to cancel is by calling you & there's indefinite wait. Why no webchat/email option made available to the customer? Somehow got connected & the agent disconnected the call. Please help, my contract expires Feb 18,2022.

@bt_uk Why is my loyalty not rewarded when moving house? Been a broadband customer for years always had top package available, then I move to higher band area and told no you have to pay full price which is nearly 40% more than new customers or pay up contract length.. poor effort.

@bt_uk just had an awful customer experience with BT. I was disconnected on Day 1 after the Christmas break! Direct didn’t go through over Christmas and given no time to sort it out when banks opened. No notice given of cut off- no text,emails. No empathy at all here from BT.0/10

@bt_uk why on earth does it take until Saturday this week to reinstate our broadband service? We moved to sky for exactly reasons like this....always issues with BT broadband since living here (RG8), working from home, elderly relative who needs connection also.....unreal!
