Upgraded to BT ultrafast fibre on Wednesday and have had super slow speeds ever since! Spent 30mins trying to get through yesterday and have been in a queue for 18mins so far now 🤬🤬 #BT #epicfail @bt_uk

Worth checking your parents utility bills, just checked my MILs and absolutely disgusted that @bt_uk have started charging her £20+ more a month for nothing extra! 😡 and would cost her £622 to cancel her contract #beware #disgusting
