    @bt_uk I rang that number on there they are not interested. Even told me to sort it out. Cheek im.not even with bt the tree is not on my property . But its going to take down at least 4 telephone lines to private residents . I was just trying to warn you . But your not interested

    @btsport @jonnos32 so only people on the "Flexible" contract can pause it .. so thats actually doing nothing cos that can do that anyway !! cancelling my contract in July when its up !! Very bad customer service from @btsport #btsport

    @bt_uk its a disgrace. Brand new customer, agreed to pay 17,99 for the first 6 months and they now charge me 22,99 When I ask why, its because of the landline I NEVER REQUESTED/WANTED. And when ask to get the cost and that removed, now they say it cant be done. TOTAL BS!

    @bt_uk Should have said, I’m staying with my brother and it’s his wifi that’s bad. I pay £22 in Glasgow and my wifi is amazing. Maybe it’s about time you upgraded your old wiring here in Kintyre.

    @bt_uk What I was asking for via chat was to receive the terms and conditions via email instead of via chat. I respectfully suggest that this is a safer way for customers to receive the information and to feel less pressured to sign up immediately (albeit they can cancel later).

    @btsport do you know why the Apple TV app has been so poor this week? Terrible picture quality and buffering - usually really good too. No issue with other apps or wi-fi.

    @btsport your stream quality isn't HD and I can't switch devices because it tells me "too many live streams running" I closed my browser 5 minutes ago. And you want £30 a MONTH for this ****** service??
