I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

@btsport Can someone contact me please, trying to add a late payment charge on my biĺl this month even though I didnt recieve anything last month to say my bill was ready to be paid etc ..as your covid discount credit had run out .. Cant wait til cancel in November!!

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

Worth checking your parents utility bills, just checked my MILs and absolutely disgusted that @bt_uk have started charging her £20+ more a month for nothing extra! 😡 and would cost her £622 to cancel her contract #beware #disgusting

@btsport @jonnos32 so only people on the "Flexible" contract can pause it .. so thats actually doing nothing cos that can do that anyway !! cancelling my contract in July when its up !! Very bad customer service from @btsport #btsport

@bt_uk a tree branch has fallen onto the line outside and now our wifi is not working. your troubleshooter is absolutely useless and keeps sending me back to previous pages. we get no 3/4/5G here despite being close to a big town. we need help fixing this asap.

Congrats @bt_uk who, despite promising to fix on Friday, have left my 86 dad with Alzheimer’s and reliant on Lifeline linked to WiFi, without any phone service.
