Upgraded to BT ultrafast fibre on Wednesday and have had super slow speeds ever since! Spent 30mins trying to get through yesterday and have been in a queue for 18mins so far now 🤬🤬 #BT #epicfail @bt_uk

@itvanglia Am wondering if @RoyalMail is going to compensate @bt_uk so BT customers in the area can be refunded for a service that cannot currently be provided by BT through no fault of theirs. Has no broadband today, like many others. BT have said there are days of disruption ahead.

@bt_uk elderly mother changed 2 BT last month hoping 4 better customer service. Unasked u changed her number. Has called numerous times - always spks to kind sympathetic ppl who tell her it can be resolved but then never call back or sort out the problem. V distressed now
