@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

@btsport Can someone contact me please, trying to add a late payment charge on my biĺl this month even though I didnt recieve anything last month to say my bill was ready to be paid etc ..as your covid discount credit had run out .. Cant wait til cancel in November!!

@bt_uk I rang that number on there they are not interested. Even told me to sort it out. Cheek im.not even with bt the tree is not on my property . But its going to take down at least 4 telephone lines to private residents . I was just trying to warn you . But your not interested

@bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

My 94 year old Grandma with mobility issues has phone line cut early, switching to digital by @bt_uk. None of the equipment delivered blaming @RoyalMail. She's got a personal alarm that can't be used. Home phone can't be used @Ofcom how can vulnerable people be left like this??

@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk, since your technician escalated the problem to @WeAreOpenreach, perhaps you can look into why it takes 3 days for YOUR company to look at an escalated ticket and then refuse to answer when an issue will be fixed?

Nothing more frustrating than waiting all morning for @btbusinesscare to install broadband into the church for the engineer to fail to show up and to not even receive a courtesy call to say they aren’t coming or will be late.
