    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    @jellymalin @bt_uk Got none till mid June ! Installation issues . Had none 8 weeks . Not watched TV same . Finding things to do or learning to relax like never before . Life just not as I knew it 😁

    @bt_uk wow amazed with the shambles of customer service and lack of help this company has provided! Charging-no joke 15x more then actually price it should be/stated by them in the phone call! Wait for it! still not resolving the issue now since January @MoneyTelegraph #ombudsman

    I've asked both @bt_uk and @EE to solve some problems over the last couple of weeks. Both have failed, both seem to have forgotten after promising to get back to me. With so much competition this really shouldn't happen anymore.

    Had the worst customer experience with @bt_uk should of had our broadband contact on the 16th December still no broadband , now sat waiting for a phone all again from the order team #nothappy #wasteoftime

    Altbough i wish @SkyFootball or @btsport also push for this but they are part of the problem for bot putting pressure on them as journalists and just push billions of pounds to the #PremierLeague pockets #premierleagueiscorrupt #epliscorrupt

    @bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

    Worth checking your parents utility bills, just checked my MILs and absolutely disgusted that @bt_uk have started charging her £20+ more a month for nothing extra! 😡 and would cost her £622 to cancel her contract #beware #disgusting

    Upgraded to BT ultrafast fibre on Wednesday and have had super slow speeds ever since! Spent 30mins trying to get through yesterday and have been in a queue for 18mins so far now 🤬🤬 #BT #epicfail @bt_uk

    @bt_uk I rang that number on there they are not interested. Even told me to sort it out. Cheek im.not even with bt the tree is not on my property . But its going to take down at least 4 telephone lines to private residents . I was just trying to warn you . But your not interested

    @bt_uk Morning. Been trying to sort out my broadband package but was cut off 3 times while going through the automated system (as soon as I select broadband queries)! Info and offers obvs inadequate online. I have to do this every year. How do I get to customer service?! Thx.

    @btsportmotogp very sad it’s the last weekend but one thing I will NOT miss is the tediously awful repetitive advertising on @btsport it’s just dross
