@bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

A car insurance renewal of £1140 was reduced by £200 when I called to query on behalf of my 82 aunt & reduced by £100 when I called to cancel 🙄 : £420 with another company for better cover. After a catalogue of errors over months the day after closing complaint @bt_uk have cut off my 83 year old parents land line for the second time in error. No phone for 10 days & now can't guarantee they can keep their number which they've had for over 45 years! @Ofcom pls help

@bt_uk They are who I've been dealing with. The day after the complaint was resolved the landline was cut off again amd I am being told that there's no guarantee they can keep the number they've had since 1974! After a week it was reconnected with a different number - it is beyond bad
