  Person calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. They’d have to be good as we don’t have BT B/Band at this location. 😂😂 He wanted to show me if I signed onto s/thing. Phone put down once I called him out. 🤣

  @bt_uk we've had no WiFi for nearly two weeks now! Cancelled last minute sending out an engineer last Wednesday. Then the engineer comes out yesterday, says the issue was diagnosed wrong and we need to wait 24-36 hours for Openreach... LIES! Now they say Saturday @BTCare

  At a loss @btbusinesscare at the abysmal service from BT when moving to a digital service that includes BT Business Cloud Voice. Six weeks without a telephone service as telephones still not set up & dispatched & no complaints department to contact!!
