    @BTCare Tried 3 times to enter broadband/tv contract and three times I had to cancel due to technical difficulties at BT’s end. Been sent numerous invoices and each time I’ve had to spend hours trying to resolve the issue. Last week I was assured the problem was sorted and received

    @bt_uk Rang for "help" as our line crackling & woman tried to sell me faster fibre & I couldn't hear her. Put through to faults who want to us to accept £85 charge if not BT fault. How would we ever know where fault lies, we could be charged for sake of it. Very unhappy customer

    @bt_uk I have been trying to resolve a TV issue for almost 2 weeks with no satisfaction, I would not reccomend bt to anyone as a service as only joined in November and had nothing but problems, promises of things to happen and still nothing.

Customers pay ALOT of money for Sky/BT etc and many don't want BT's rubbish customer service or overpriced SLOW broadband product. But, if you have Virgin TV XL BT Sport is included. May be time to shop - Sky TV is a better service though.
