    @bt_uk I rang that number on there they are not interested. Even told me to sort it out. Cheek im.not even with bt the tree is not on my property . But its going to take down at least 4 telephone lines to private residents . I was just trying to warn you . But your not interested

    @bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

    @bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    @openreach I have been with no broadband for 6 weeks now. @bt_uk just keep telling me I’m waiting on you. been told 10+ times ‘broadband will be on within 48hrs’. The line is established and I have a phone line. What the hell is going on? DISGRACEFUL service from both parties.

    @bt_uk Your first sentence makes no sense! It's not a policy issue, the details of my contract should be on the login page. THEY ARE NOT! How am I meant to check what I'm paying and when it expires? You just closed the complaint without even looking into it, how can that be right?

    Just been told by @bt_uk, @OpenreachHelp have said my broadband will be on this coming Tuesday at the latest. It was supposed to be on on the 14th January. Open reach not being customer facing is outrageous. BT just *************** out of me, taking 0 accountability.
