    @BTCare Over the last few months I’ve lost service to my company and when we ring up its “its Openreach not us” and they are like “it’s not our issue” or “we’ll get back to you” meanwhile business is disrupted and it’s no where near being fixed

    @BTCare I wanted the service but due to a discrepancy at your end (my address doesn’t appear on your system) it made the whole thing difficult and my neigbour got a phone call telling him his number was going to be changed as I was taking over his line.

    @BTCare Tried 3 times to enter broadband/tv contract and three times I had to cancel due to technical difficulties at BT’s end. Been sent numerous invoices and each time I’ve had to spend hours trying to resolve the issue. Last week I was assured the problem was sorted and received

    @BTCare They’ve confirmed receipt of it so that’s down to them. There’s not really much point asking have they/have I. The request had been made and BT have not adhered to the timeframes set by the ICO.

    @BTCare I renewed my broadband contract on 02.11 & was told smart hub was on its way. Called again on 12.11 to be told it hasn’t been sent & they would send that day...it still hasn’t arrived. Can you help! Disappointed that I am having to chase this up again! 😒
