@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

@bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

@bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

@bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

@btbusinesscare No you dont! I dont have a fibre internet connection for BT to 'help' with because 3 months on BT still havent activated the line. Case Reference: IMP-107511522, I'd like an update please, BT please post on here so everyone can see why a ANOTHER activation has failed to go live?

@bt_uk I did! Let you know but no reply!Just take accountability for the miscommunication. Also would be wise to let your customers who don’t have fibre that you won’t be fixing copper lines as apparently there’s A LOT of people with this issue and they’re being messed about.
