Upgraded to BT ultrafast fibre on Wednesday and have had super slow speeds ever since! Spent 30mins trying to get through yesterday and have been in a queue for 18mins so far now 🤬🤬 #BT #epicfail @bt_uk

@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

@bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡
