Person calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. They’d have to be good as we don’t have BT B/Band at this location. 😂😂 He wanted to show me if I signed onto s/thing. Phone put down once I called him out. 🤣

@bt_uk It's funny you should mention this after you mistakenly cut off my friend @RoMac_Art's Phone, TV and Internet off and say you can't reconnect her until the 7th. She is reliant on an emergency alarm in case of a fall and is monitored by her hospital via phone 4 times a day...

@bt_uk No I advised the BT landline I pay for each month is not working. Aware @OpenreachHelp do the work but it doesn't really help me resolve the issue.
