    @bt_uk Just got my new Smart Hub 2. The instructions are saying to connect the red Ethernet cable to the modem but you’ve not given me a new modem. The one I already have from BT is an ADSL modem that I can’t fit the red Ethernet cable into. HELP

    @bt_uk seems this is quite to common issue with the BT 6000 Video 5 Inch Baby Monitor. The USB charging port has gone! What's the point in spending all that money for it to only break a yeah and a bit down the line. Not very happy BT!

    @R_Lufc_c @TalkTalk @bt_uk hi richard. I had the same problem, in late 2020 with openreach customers eg talk-talk trying to take my line off me. Bt info'd me & I rang them and got them to stop my line being taken over. However it kept happening again & again, 4 times in all before 1/
