@bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

Nearly seven years with @bt_uk, broadband, TV, phone, mobile. Thousands of pounds paid. But when I call and ask if they could send a loyal customer a Pro TV box to replace my decrepit 2016 4k box, the answer was a firm no. You really don't understand customer retention do you?

@bt_uk Is there any issues with your services? I've tried to check the service status, asking for a phone number. I don't have one as I went with BT without getting a number. My Ping is very high, my download is okay and my upload is 0.5. I'm paying over £200 a month.
