    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    @bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    @bt_uk can’t get on a live chat! We can’t get so Wi-fi signal to the back bedrooms of the house. We’ve had the smart hub for the last 4 years is there an upgrade?

    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    @bt_uk hi. I moved home and had my services transferred. No problem. Today I have received an email saying I will be charged for ending the contract early and received another email about returning kit?

    @bt_uk this has to be the worst Internet provider that I have had. Logged no Internet, said it was a fault outside the house and they would send an engineer (how convenient I wouldn't even know of they have been or not) problem fixed !!Still cannot watch a show without buffering

    @bt_uk A child could see the flaws in Digital Voice. I now have 3 redundant phones & 3 cheap and nasty phones that I don't want. An engineer came but said he couldn't fix it & it was a job for Openreach. They never came. My wireless printer now doesn't work. All thanks to Digital Voice.

    @BTCare an absolute shambles your customer service Report line fault by text Should be fixed by 05/07 2 days later “you need to book appointment” is 06/07 ok? Call in, person doesn’t know what text system said Raise complaint You close without resolving & email from no reply
