    @bt_uk do you actually help customers or just pay ‘lip service’ to them ? Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    @bt_uk hi, is there an issue accessing subscription internet channels on BT TV. I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

    When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

    Phone line is completely dead. Nada. No broadband/internet - obviously. Fault is at the exchange, apparently. And BT can't fix it until ******* WEDNESDAY!! And for this 5 star service they have just hiked my bill considerably. @bt_uk FAIL!!!!!!!

    @bt_uk No. I was thinking of upgrading my package. I can see what you offer new sign-up's, but I'm an existing customer and don't want to get into 'bartering' on the phone. Was hoping to be able to see options online.

    So today I'm supposed to have a visit from an @bt_uk engineer to fix our WiFi, which has only worked intermittently since 22/2. No sign of the engineer yet. But I hope they're working on it somewhere, because we have almost zero WiFi today.

    @bt_uk I thought BT was pausing the rollout of Digital Voice but have just had an email to say changing on 11th April. We have no mobile signal, what will we do in a power cut?
