Worth checking your parents utility bills, just checked my MILs and absolutely disgusted that @bt_uk have started charging her £20+ more a month for nothing extra! 😡 and would cost her £622 to cancel her contract #beware #disgusting

@bt_uk Never ever ever allow EE to persuade you to let BT buyout your perfectly working Sky Broadband package!! 2 weeks now without any broadband, BT escalation team can’t seem to communicate with Openreach & with no end in sight, in their wisdom they cut off the Mini hub they sent!

Yet again, more @bt_uk problems with fibre broadband. Download speeds down by 80-85% to unusable levels and well below my guaranteed minimum speed. Even their online speed tests note this Is below my guarantee! 🤬 #sortthisshitout

@bt_uk Thanks for the info about signal, but this doesn’t really help with reporting a temporary issue with signal. Normally 5 bar.. or checking status for the local area.. unfortunately you can’t report it via EE as not got a EE mobile number.. so the fault remains in reported..
