I have VIP package on 2 MyView boxes, both are showing status as connected to internet, however I cannot access any subscription channels (I.e. Now TV, BT Sports) on either box. Help?

Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

I don’t need updates on progress because when there is progress it will be reinstated. Another failed promise of this morning.

Sam Smith-Higgins (@SamSmithHiggins) reported@bt_uk Again, not good enough. Leaving a vulnerable elderly person (with a life line) without service for 2 weeks is not acceptable. A new BT account has been set up this evening and I know @OpenreachHelp ARE concerned and will act promptly. I shall be referring this to the ombudsman.
