I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

Upgraded to a more reliable service in May - since then a nightmare !! 20+ calls to you , many promises of callbacks never received - account closed but broadband still working - customer service NIL 😡

We've been cut off, transferred then not been able to be given back to the original person who offered us a deal and now the new person can't offer us the same deal! 1.5hrs on the phone and you're going to ring us back in 5 days!
