@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk On Sunday I told BT we were out of contact and had just moved house. We negotiated a new deal. The 1st available appointment for an engineer visit was 10th Jan, so a mini hub was going to be sent. Still no mini hub by Wednesday, phoned back up, turned out it was never ordered.

Started Christmas Eve with an aggressive text from @bt_uk about an issue I’ve already spoken to them about. Threatened to cancel my order if I didn’t call. So I did, guess what, it’s the same issue discussed last time. Added to very long list of these issues. I expect many more.

@bt_uk You dont connect for good. Have been waiting since Tue to reconnect our Internet. Apparently according to your Engineer it's a *Software Issue* in India of all places. Meanwhile, our Christmas connections via internet dont work, so a NOT so Merry F'in Christmas to You BT😡

@bt_uk Hi Rita, I've spoken to customer service this week more than I've spoken to my dad. It's a whole issue the router wifi but now the hotspot won't work as BT ID activation link isn't working.
