@btbusinesscare @btbusinesscare Really really unhappy customer here. Placed my order for superfast fibre on 31-7-19 and system keeps rejecting my order. Date for install keeps getting put back and getting through to someone on phone is impossible. Order Ref: BT6V95ML.

@bt_uk In the meantime I have no broadband and am trying to work from home and depend on an internet connection. I have had issues for 5 weeks now and if you think a call handler can solve the issue when 7 engineers have been out then that just about sums BT up!!! Sorry doesn’t cut it

@RugbyInsideLine Only 1 of the 3 Premiership games that went down to the wire were shown on tv, why am I paying for @btsport ? Especially given I’m a Falcons fan it’s money down the drain, rugby is definitely going backwards unfortunately
