Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

@btbusinesscare It's sorted thanks. The contact details show how little BT cares about its customers. This letter was a threat to cut me off because I hadn't paid a bill that should never have been sent to me. That is after BT charged £70 to move my line from biz to residential. #Shysters

@bt_uk Hello, I was sent a broadband hub after I had canceled the order. I have never been sent the returns bag as promised. I called last week to state this as I keep getting reminders to return the box otherwise I will be charged, the customer service rep ordered another bag.

Leaving 2 x 70 year olds with no way of communicating with the outside world and promising it will be fixed today with no one in sight! Paying nearly £50 a month for no service. Now telling me it won’t be fixed till the 6th October!! That’s another week! @bt_uk

@bt_uk Was told someone would fix it today and put back their exposed socket! Feels like I was fobbed off! 4th Oct will be 2 weeks without a phone for elderly parents who are not tech savvy! The 4g thing I tried to connect them on doesn’t have a good signal for calls!
