    The @btsport app had @WWE #RAW ready to stream early this morning. Down to 2hrs with the advert breaks taken out. Hardly seems worth recording and hitting fast forward when the app has it all done for me!

    Hi @plusnethelp if there anything you can do with our @btsport the picture jumps (a lot) during live play & recording. It’s really frustrating & it’s not a problem we have with any other channels but we don’t know how to stop it happening.

    @bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

    @bt_uk Trying to chase up a fault on my elderly parents line which was reported on Monday. Was on live chat (as on Mon) but told to phone. Nobody is answering - shocking service when I was with an agent.

    Dear @BTCare you fail to turn up to install our new phone line and broadband and now there’s a fault with the existing equipment and you fail to turn up to a second appt now you claim the fault is with the equipment you didn’t check in the first place.

    @bt_uk We have unreliable BB - great to see Openreach putting down fibre wires in our road. Sadly apparently its only for houses on the south side of our road - so frustrating. When do you expect to have it available to houses on the North side of the road, ie the even numbers SO53 1JT
