@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

@bt_uk I’ve been with BT for over two years with fibre and it’s been great. Now the router keeps playing up I called for support and get told it’s fine after testing the line. It’s frustrating when you get treated like an idiot. Loyalty means nothing. Just replace the router 😡😡😡

@bt_uk Our wifi is appalling. I can actually see the router from my chair but the signal keeps dropping. I live in a 2 bed flat but half of it doesn’t get the signal
