@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@btsport Didn't get a response to my question (either time I asked about it) and I have now tried it on a different browser - exactly the same problem. There are no issues with anything else on this machine, just BT Sport. The problem is at your end, so how/when will you resolve it?

@bt_uk It'd be even better if you stick to your contract and carry out repairs. 2 untrained engineers and issue still not resolved. I wouldn't recommend BT broadband to anyone. Shocking service.

@bt_uk Really don’t like doing this but my husband is trying. It’s taken him two hours of talking to your ‘help’ team so far and he is no further forward. Now I’m looking into how we end our contract and find a communication company who can communicate.
