    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

    @bt_uk I rang that number on there they are not interested. Even told me to sort it out. Cheek im.not even with bt the tree is not on my property . But its going to take down at least 4 telephone lines to private residents . I was just trying to warn you . But your not interested

    @btsport Can someone contact me please, trying to add a late payment charge on my biĺl this month even though I didnt recieve anything last month to say my bill was ready to be paid etc ..as your covid discount credit had run out .. Cant wait til cancel in November!!

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @Set_To_Fail @bt_uk I don’t know how any of it works but all I know is we were getting average download speeds of 3mb with BT and we now get around 68mb. Used to constantly drop out on BT but is fine now. Multiple devices never worked on BT but fine now. Much better.

    @Closey69 @bt_uk Sorry, I meant their fibre lines, not just like a normal phone line. Vodafone did an extension with BT sometime last year. Its essentially the same service but with a different end device.

    @chrismafc1 @bt_uk Is it a Wi-fi issue? If so, go in to the hub manager (192.168.1.254), ensure Smart Set Up is off, then go to Advanced Settings/Wireless, scroll to the bottom and change the wireless mode from “Mode1” to “Mode2” or 3, save the changes, then wait three minutes and restart the hub.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why are my @btsport channels so pixelated. All other channels work fine. Tried resetting the box and following the help instruction. Fine for 2 minutes after the reset then they’re f****ed again. Unwatchable and a waste of money

    @btsport Its a disgrace that I pay a monthly subscription to listen to Steve Mcmanaman RUIN the greatest European competition. Season after season same ****. Sort it out or handover the ucl rights to Itv or another channel that actually deserves it had it up to here. Utter Clown.
