    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph be careful when ordering broadband from BT They stitched me up with a 4 screen Netflix account which I don’t need said I ordered it ” on set” on a day I was on holiday Official complaint acknowledged then ignored Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    @bt_uk shocking service by OpenReach. They came yesterday to fit a new broadband/tv after waiting 2 months for an appointment. Left after 40 mins saying there was a blockage and he would be back within 2 hours. Didn’t come back! Also lied and said a car was blocking!

    So it’s been a week now and @bt_uk “welfare” response to fix the phone line of a 96yr, vulnerable customer of 50 yrs has resulted in…no action being taken and update texts stopping days ago. They have no shame!

    @bt_uk Why is BT Customer service so unaware of the need for an engineer to change from Virgin Media to BT broadband connection? There must be others moving from Virgin. Spoke to 3 BT advisers & none of them knew-I had to persist. Tempted to stay with Virgin to avoid the hassle

    @bt_uk No I can’t believe it…a week since I reported a fault on my 96yr old neighbours phone line. Still not working properly and even you own update texts have stopped. Obsolete disgrace…50 odd years a customer too soon to be EX customer.

    @bt_uk can you explain why my in-laws who are both in their late 80’s have had no phone or internet for the past two weeks? BT have been contacted several times with ‘promises’ it will be dealt with, but to date they have no phone service. It’s winter, they need the phone
