  @bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

  @bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

  Every time I have to contact @bt_uk about our business phones, it says webchat is the best option. And every time, without fail, after a least a half hour webchat they tell me I'll need to ring such and such a number. Absolute joke of a company to deal with.

  @bt_uk I had a long conversation with @bt_uk the other day. I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. And why take payment before?
