Hey @btsport do us a favour and take all the NHL coverage or don’t take any! I pay for @NHL Gamecentre, @PremierSportsTV yet can’t watch @penguins tonight as I don’t have a BT subscription. You should not need 3 subscriptions to watch NHL in the UK. Shit for the fans again @NHL

@ryanteck @bt_uk It was actually BT (I did check carefully) and yes I can cancel in cooling off period. But it was the repeated misinformation confirmed 3x over as I kept asking to be sure the price was for everything. 1 item in the cost breakdown was an amount never mentioned at all on the call!

@bt_uk I don't appreciate the tone. It certainly did happen. I sent your colleague my postcode and she gave me an estimated time of 23.45 for the issue to be fixed. You can move this forward by finding out what is affecting hundreds of people in South Cumbria, and giving us an update.

Current estimated clear time for fault BT50461 is 18/05/2022 23:45 (its a fault with a Wholesale Broadband Connect). There were 9 other issues in the Furness region supposedly cleared overnight
