    @bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    Very disappointed with @bt_uk Sold us a voice cloud option that has been nothing but trouble. 6 weeks to set up, no response on customer support, does not do what they said it would!

    Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

    Great to hear about Poirier! Would have been nice for @btsport in the UK to not be doing website maintance hours before the fight to allow new customers to sign up and buy the fight. Especially after taking my sub money after the fact. Please fix this next time. @btsportufc @ufc
