@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

@bt_uk we still don’t know what’s the issue or which all areas are impacted. We are just sitting in the darkness waiting for update from BT. Can you tell us what’s the issue and which all areas are affected? Or will admitting the fault require BT to compensate ppl for loss of service?

@bt_uk The way to avoid the costs is to a) keep your network running properly, b) communicate with customers accurately about when things go down (or in advance if planned) and not lie about it being fixed when it isn’t
