@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

@bt_uk @commuter_girl Why do we have to pay for these? I don't understand why you're allowed to sell inferior service for higher prices.
-
MattH (@matthornby) reported from Blackburn, England
@bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday
-
Ian Rohde-Bell (@ianrohdebell) reported from Manchester, England
@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

Marc (@Marc_505) reported from Bolton, England
@HillyTheFish @btsport Finished reading The Card for a second time a few weeks ago, even better than the first time. Is the Driver trawling around Ligue 2 now? What a life. Anyway, you've inspired me to complete my own card. The Papa Johns is ****, ta.

That massive Urn graphic they have to interchange with replays is tragically bad. Like some horrid clip art thing. It’s irritating me miles more than England’s tribulations. #ashes #AusvsEng @btsport

@davidakime @btsportmotogp @btsport Does that have all the sessions on Live and then on demand and is there a way to get it on your TV? Can you airplay it via an AppleTV for example and is it 4K or HD? Ha ha sorry for all the questions, genuinely interested as I have never had it 👍 #MotoGP

So, I ordered my home move with @bt_uk for BB and TV on December 27th 2022. Today, they have advised me that my installation date will be 1st June 2023!!!!! I live in SW LONDON! YOU ARE A DISGRACE. We cannot control our heating and my wife can't work. Seven years a customer!

Una Ramsay #FBPE (@URamsay) reported
@bt_uk What I was asking for via chat was to receive the terms and conditions via email instead of via chat. I respectfully suggest that this is a safer way for customers to receive the information and to feel less pressured to sign up immediately (albeit they can cancel later).
