We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

SoddenGecko 🦎 (@SoddenGecko) reported@bt_uk The lights on the hub are orange, and rebooting it won't solve the issue as the fibre box is not receiving any light from the head-end (PON failure). The fault won't be cleared until the PON light goes green.
