@DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. If Norwich had defended like that against us and won 2-0 they would praise them. Chill. We never really threatened and when we did Donarumma was a match.

My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

It's today's episode of "Is this AI feasible?", I've just registered a complaint with @bt_uk. An alarming email told me service will be cancelled in 48hrs. Turns out their robotic process automation is sending incorrect warnings. Feasible AI?: Nope. Waste of time.

@Kirjamo @bt_uk My business broadband has been down for over a week now, and BT keeps giving me a different answer every day, spent over hours each time on call, there is no one to give you a proper explanation why? Asked for the manager, but they will respond in 4 days. I'm switching.

@bt_uk I appreciate the difference in definition. In my case the issue is clearly a failure of internal systems @bt_uk rather than a physical fault. At some point I will be going very public about the extra risks to a cancer patient unable to access online consultations

@bt_uk your website My BT section doesn't work on Mac with Safari or Chrome, you can't see bills or usage, it throws javascript errors in the console. It only works with Firefox on Mac. #wewbsitefail

@bt_uk It went off again and came back on a few mins later. Just received the 4G minihub thing. It’s pointless because it doesn’t have Ethernet. I’m not going to reconfigure my whole home network. If it had Ethernet I could just plug it into my router. No wonder people don’t use them
