    @BTCare your app is garbage! I've already tried once today to buy a monthly pass without success and it took me two hours on the phone to get a refund. My Mrs has just tried to buy it and the same thing has happened to her - doesn't recognise BT ID or Password. Why can't you make

    Had the worst customer experience with @bt_uk should of had our broadband contact on the 16th December still no broadband , now sat waiting for a phone all again from the order team #nothappy #wasteoftime

    @Jay_whitehead87 @bt_uk We had them at first at BD .. tons of problems until one engineer figured out that somebody else had literally piggybacked our line as such (their staff not some ***** or summat) .. maybe they've done the same again???

    @bt_uk can’t get on a live chat! We can’t get so Wi-fi signal to the back bedrooms of the house. We’ve had the smart hub for the last 4 years is there an upgrade?

    Very disappointed with @bt_uk Sold us a voice cloud option that has been nothing but trouble. 6 weeks to set up, no response on customer support, does not do what they said it would!

    @bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

    Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @bt_uk internet’s been dropping out for over 12 hrs. Done all the tests and resets and it’s all saying it’s ok (it isn’t). I’m not going to be able to work without internet access, can someone help please.

    @bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

    When I signed up for a new broadband service with BT, it said I would receive a £110 reward card. Never heard anything since and when I go to claim on my account, it’s not listed, any ideas @BTCare ?

    @bt_uk I can log-in ok, but there are 3 accounts linked & I can’t see products/services for my main account (it doesn’t appear on the drop-down accs list) & to get the billing for this account, I have to go into another account, then billing, then select this acc from the billing menu.

    @BoxingKingdom14 @btsport @jakepaul I think just an unfortunate situation where it is both. Not hurt at all, and to have a round result in a 10-8 for a punch that didn't actually phase you, well, sucks.

    @btbusinesscare 6 + hours repeating the same questions on 3 different occasions this past week. Faults closed without resolution. Promised phone calls never received. My questions should be simple but will not be answered. Stop trying to upsell and provide decent service!

    @ninabake2 @bt_uk @Synchronoss I had exactly that problem with mail dot com. Spent months getting frustrated, fixing it, problem recurring. In the end, I just gave up completely, cancelled my service and got a new email account, with a new company. And so far, Zoho have been great !
