@bt_uk what is wrong with good old fashioned landline phones? I can see no improvement in service with Digital Voice, just additional layers of complication, and more things to go wrong & cost money. And absolutely no regard for people like my mum who do not have broadband.

@bt_uk I tried that years ago but told i would have to change number. I am named on bill & BT know i am authorised but when i ring with problems (often) i have to get husband to say you can speak to me! Its archaic! No other company behaves like this
