Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

@bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

@bt_uk last year a pylon was erected outside our property (new pole not replacing) for super fast. We queried it’s positioning on the pavement and even your teams said it was stupid. Anyway, we have now signed up for said super fast. Our bill has increased to £40. 1/2

@btsport FAO website team. The monthly pass sign-up fails on step 4 when loading the payment service. Page just says "Sorry, this service is unavailable." Under-the-hood there's a few errors including CORS and jQuery.
