    @bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.

    @bt_uk Dear BT , it’s been 7 days … no response of your request to call me ASAP …???? Can you listen the call as one of your advisor first refused me to open complaint and tried to misguide me and another advisor open the complaint and closed without my consent …..

    @bt_uk Broadband has been either intermittent or down since February📍Had a long list of engineer visits & today’s couldn’t fix the broadband, not only that our line is also down now. No call back from your operators as promised so as you can imagine, we’re very annoyed😠 #fail

    @DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. If Norwich had defended like that against us and won 2-0 they would praise them. Chill. We never really threatened and when we did Donarumma was a match.

    If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

    So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

If they think the issue is network related rather than within their home or exchange equipment, they request that Openreach investigate (from exchange to your home).

    @bt_uk Well just called BT now been given a 6th date, told openreach need to activate it on Monday even tho we were told they had already done this.. nobody knows what they are talking about there is no point other than making people aware how awful BT and especially openreach are

    @bt_uk Thank you Elaine. I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint
