    The picture quality on BT is proper dog **** init? When watching straight through the telly. The app is fine. Through the telly is not good at all. Sort it out @btsport - like watching it through a potato. #LFC #CommunityShield

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk eventually get through and you guys tell me I'm wrong about my Internet intermittent issues your agents are rude and then hung up on me. 50 mins on the phone to be hung up on.

    @bt_uk Shambles of a process. Initially contacted BT to cancel my services, then went ahead & booked new supplier only to be told BT had put a ‘lock’ on the account and I needed to stop the cancellation & should of just let the new supplier do this. Now I’m paying twice for 3 weeks!

    @bt_uk And to tell me to get rid of over 500 pounds worth or equipment should not be allowed. You should make your hubs compatible with ANY 3rd party additional equipment I want. I pay my bill. So who are you to limit what I can put on the network?

    @bt_uk so 2 of your "engineers" blamed our equipment. Made us take it all out and put in your hub and halo system. Still doesn't work. DNS issues, constant drop outs...

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking service from yourselves. Leaving my elderly mum without a phoneline and Internet and no way of contacting people then trying to say an engineer resolved the issue today when no one has been out 😡
