    Didn't turn up. The worse experience of my life. Wasted 40 hours holiday, that's time I would have spend with my children. @OpenreachHelp won't prioritise another appointment. Between @bt_uk and then the system, the process and the service is a disgrace. Never been this angry.

    @mikeberriman87 @prodnose @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL @btsport @TheAthleticUK Same here - after hanging on the phone for 45 mins was told the cancellation charge is over £200 for me @btsport ... they have given me 1 month free though - whoohoo! Sky sport I managed to cancel on line with no problem at all.

    Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box @bt_uk I’ve. It been able tousle my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either. #BTTV #IDontNeedThis

    @btsport @jonnos32 so only people on the "Flexible" contract can pause it .. so thats actually doing nothing cos that can do that anyway !! cancelling my contract in July when its up !! Very bad customer service from @btsport #btsport

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp So final update. @OpenreachHelp came and I have broadband. But he didn't need a roof team, basically the person who came on the 25th just didn't do it for no reason. So all this stress and wasted holidays was for... Nothing. And my @bt_uk doesn't work as the hub is in the kitchen

    @bt_uk By mini connectors. They don't work. The WiFi in the house isn't too bad, I could watch ufc on my phone but through the bt box it doesn't work.

    @bt_uk I've already booked off 3 days work for this. 4 including issues before the 25th. And it will be a 5th day on 10th. I work from home so it's causing me so many issues. Data on my phone almost up, both draughts data already gone. No TV, no ufc, having parents do school runs.

    @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom, how many times can I complaint. They have missed a 3rd appointment. They just re book them and not turn up. There is nothing I can do as its only @OpenreachHelp who can do it. @bt_uk are useless and the £25 compo doesn't come near the expense of using 35 hours holiday

    @bt_uk That's the 3rd missed appointment. @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp are the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The system is shocking and it's a complete joke that there is nothing I can do as they are the only company who can do it. Shouldn't be allowed.

    @KevOrf_5 @btsport Is never good having a monopoly on such things. Competition always improves things. Sky had every competition going. That is why other broadcasters came on board. Think sky showed about 3 live games a week before BT. So sky subscription go double to pay 6 live games a week

    @KevOrf_5 @btsport Never said anything is easy. I can't afford either. However again I try to explain. Both sky and bt pay lots of money to the prem league to help bring the best players and managers to this country. This is a service people choose to pay for. Its been like this for 30 years.

    @bt_uk Already tried remote diagnostics. Nothing was found. I've rebooted my modem and will be checking my router shortly as it's still down this morning.
