If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. If Norwich had defended like that against us and won 2-0 they would praise them. Chill. We never really threatened and when we did Donarumma was a match.

So annoying when your given a date for broadband installation sat in all morning and no one has been in touch to explain it’s been delayed for 3 weeks and then it will be reviewed still in confirmed date so now have no network as it has cancelled my current network 😡 @bt_uk

@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

@bt_uk Hi BT - our internet was turned off early through a home move error by your Homemove Team. A minihub has been promised twice but nothing has arrived. Been on hold for a few hours over the past few days and when I do get through no one can help. We need internet to WFH.
