    @bt_uk Not happy😩 Our line has been problematic since February with issues resolved in July but recently risen again. Didn’t appreciate this mornings engineer saying he couldn’t do anything & not returning or your customer services team hanging up this afternoon! #disappointed

    @bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

    @DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. If Norwich had defended like that against us and won 2-0 they would praise them. Chill. We never really threatened and when we did Donarumma was a match.

    Nearly 2 weeks since I subscribed to @btsport through @EE and still I can't access it. The gentlemen who has been dealing with it has been fantastic, but it this what you call service? Reckon I'd have heard from you yesterday if my bill hadn't been paid today

    @bt_uk Dont know BT and TV but I've been without internet for 10 days. Your Customer service is absolutely appalling. no updates, no call backs. If i need information i have to sit on the phone for 30 mins at a time to get through to somebody who knows nothing and cant help.

    @bt_uk Rob, thank you for your message, I have paid the money now and returned the router. My point was the failure to help pensioners when financial circumstances arise. Now left with a £342 debt to repay.

    @bt_uk don’t believe a word about BT helping those who are struggling with their broadband. I phoned and was told in no certain terms if you leave you will have to pay £342. No help whatsoever. Sent back router and now they pester me with emails for router.

    Just another reminder that @bt_uk CEO Philip 'Foodbank' Jansen has cut the wages of staff by 6% in real terms, while handing himself a 32% payrise, and giving 760 million to shareholders. 999 services and staff continue to strike to get a payrise that will help pay their bills.
