Absolutely awful service trying to switch to @bt_uk! Began the process in Dec, Jan 7 we were meant to be all set up— their engineers have not shown up to 5 appointments now and we’ve wasted 7 hours on hold! My mother teaches from home and we’ve been without WiFi for over a week!
