Johnathan Massey (@jl_massey) reported from Wilmslow, England@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.
-
Michael (@miguelinho2910) reported from Oldham, England@NGFC83 @btsport Now I know it's the 3pm blackout, I'm usually at a game at Saturday so not home for the 5pm Saturday games. Thought nothing of it because I've see so many on Sundays!

-
Paul Holmes (@DidymusBrush) reported from Manchester, England@Darth_Vivid @virginmedia @bt_uk @TalkTalk @SkyUK It still doesn't excuse the slowness, the constant drop outs, and the near impossible chance of getting through to customer service.
-
Dr Amanda Lee (@amandaleehull) reported from Barton upon Irwell, England@bt_uk three different bills to get out the contract - lots of phone calls and your bills get higher every time… hope these calls are all recorded as thanks for opening the complaint - looking forwards to a formal response . #CustomerService #poorservice
-
Ian Rohde-Bell (@ianrohdebell) reported from Manchester, England@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.
-
Simon Hand (@simon_hand) reported from Sale, England@brownhill76 @btsport He wasn’t doing to bad before the goal as it seemed he was just enjoying a very open game, but that changed after Walton claimed the goal should have been ruled out
-
Jo Thomas (@thomasjowendy) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.
-
Wes (@bluwes) reported from Oldham, England@DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport Keown was calling the ref all night.both of em were saying how PSG were defending with 6 at the back, at home. If Norwich had defended like that against us and won 2-0 they would praise them. Chill. We never really threatened and when we did Donarumma was a match.
-

keely (@keely490544) reported@bt_uk disabled discrimination. made complaint. respond to complaint by CALL BACK ONLY what about millions who can't use phone, deaf, stroke, speak issues etc etc etc. disgusting
-
Chris McGregor (@CmucG) reported@bt_uk is this one of your numbers 01438382072. Since deciding to cancel my services with you today this number has called me 5 times. It is harassment. You had your chance to keep me when I called to say I had a better offer elsewhere. Your offer was rubbish and refused.
-
ralphaverbuch (@ralphaverbuch) reported@bt_uk login to account but can't see any details on anything anymore? Something is broken. Who do we talk to to sort this?
-
George Somerville (@geosomerville) reportedWiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT? No I can’t……
-
Mark Dunlop (@JMarkDunlop) reported@Benleo @BTBusiness @bt_uk are very similarly disrespectful. Raised a formal complaint and they fumbled like inept foreigners who did not intend to care, and then suddenly dropped off a call but never picked my case back up. And that was 17 days ago ...!
-
Faye Carter (@FayeLcarter) reported@bt_uk I have been passed around for 2 hours between different teams to get a new hub. I get a different answer every time. I have a message from the first one saying a new hub will be sent he just needs to put me through to the tech team. Please can someone HELP
-
Darren Lewis (@Darren_Lewis1) reported@bt_uk typical BT broadband neglecting loyal customers - renewal prices for a customer of 6 years - charging WAY MORE than the market rate and WAY MORE than if I was a new BT customer. Shame on you, I thought those days of not caring about your long standing customers was over.
-
Jessica (@Jessica67669786) reported@ArmchairAdml @bt_uk this elderly gentleman has been a loyal customer for many years. He is now out of contract paying an extortionate price. Surely you can assist him in obtaining a reasonable priced package for his needs, and perhaps issue a refund for out of contract price hike?
-
Trevor Chenery (@Krisp06) reported@countrymousie @btbusinesscare I wouldn't have thought so. You can keep your landline but you would need to move it -eventually - to a 'digital supplier' when the line service finally ends. However, I checked with Dr Google & his Elves & they made the following points which sound like very good news. "Starlink does not directly provide a traditional copper landline service, but it can fully replace one as part of the UK PSTN switch-off by supporting Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. You can keep your existing phone number and handset by using a VoIP adapter connected to the Starlink router, suitable for replacing old copper lines. How it Works: Starlink provides high-speed internet, allowing you to use third-party VoIP providers (e.g., Plexatalk, Premitel) to make calls via your internet connection. Requirements: You will need a VoIP Analogue Telephone Adapter (ATA) to plug your existing telephone handset into the Starlink Wi-Fi router. Suitability: VoIP over Starlink is ideal for rural areas where copper is being removed, offering sufficient speed and reliability.Alternatives: If you do not wish to use VoIP, you may look at mobile phone-based solutions, which are also often used when replacing old copper lines. As the UK moves towards a digital-only network by 2027, switching to a VoIP service via a broadband connection like Starlink is a common solution." You need to find & check it al lout with a good IT man to help you through the key steps & stages. You may also need to invest in new telephone hand sets around your house to replace your old BT ones. You won't need wires to connect them, it all works digitally through the air.

Glo 🏴 🇬🇧🏴🇬🇧 (@Glo_Thienel) reported@bt_uk Hi. I have done that, cleared. Called the number which button to press, as it's all about products, not help with online account?
