  Dear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it.   @bt_uk I did some asking around for others I know on BT and one showed me their laptop was allowing them into their mail with no request for the SMS at all and their desktop was experiencing the same issue as I do - always wants calls that never arrive to mobile or landline in time.
