@bt_uk my internet has been down since 9.08am and you’re giving a fix time of 14.08pm so 5 hours that I’m unable to work and I also won’t be paid as I cannot do my job without wifi and as an agency worker if I can’t work I don’t get paid

@bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.

@i_jayas @bt_uk Most smart stuff needs 2.4 GHz, at least in my house... Though I did have a BT router once (Smart Hub(?)) with known issues for some smart devices. I thought they'd phased that out but maybe not. A fix simply did not exist.

The irony of @bt_uk sending me a ‘Customer Satisfaction’ survey when they’ve consistently failed to provide me with adequate broadband.Their final response (despite never sending anyone to assess) was ‘Some properties just don’t get good WiFi/broadband’. I live in central london.

So thanks @btsport I have my debit card stolen and am a victim of on-line fraud. You immediately stop my service and then point blank refuse to waive the reconnection fee if I rejoin. Wow. I’m done.

@bt_uk I cancelled my service before it started, back in February. Returned the unopened kit straight away. FIVE MONTHS later, in July you contact me over email and text telling me you're charging me for not returning the kit. I can't find the receipt, so you're charging me. HELP
