    @bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

    @bt_uk you never told me that when I upgraded to BT fibre that it wouldn’t work as well as my old broadband, the connection is terrible #help

    @bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

    @bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

    Hi @plusnethelp if there anything you can do with our @btsport the picture jumps (a lot) during live play & recording. It’s really frustrating & it’s not a problem we have with any other channels but we don’t know how to stop it happening.

    @bt_uk is there a problem with the smart controls app ? Getting notifications but everytime I open the app the camera won’t connect and I can’t actually see anything ? Using it to keep an eye on my elderly pet so would be nice to make sure they are actually okay when I’m out

    @rachellucie @bt_uk No but they were abused in other ways. To say the whole nation throws this back at black people is way off the mark I was just as gutted for the lads that missed these penalties as for the previously mentioned lads. Never once did the colour of their skin even enter my head.

    @bt_uk sadly your service has not lived up to expectations..1st engineer sick, 2nd need a cherry picker to put in a line, 3rd wait for it, need a cherry picker, 4th no cherry picker, no show. No idea about 6th attempt this week to install a phone line.

    @btbusinesscare Staff are waiting after hours for engineer. Still. The fault was reported at 1400 yesterday. I think the public need to know just how poor the service from yourselves is in this area. Once resolved we will push for a written apology to share with patients. Unforgivable.
