Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

@iannock Same issues with @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp - meant to have been installed 29/10/21 - network fault. Promised a fix in five days… didn’t happen, promised resolution by 21/11 didn’t happen and now told they plan to work on network on 10/12/21 - left with no broadband at all.

@bt_uk I've already stated the issue in a previous tweet, BT are trying to make us pay a £250 cancellation fee when they have consistently failed to meet the terms of that contract and are now threatening us with debt collectors.
