    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk we have experienced ongoing issues with slow broadband for over a month. Numerous engineer visits, most recent being today. Still no fix download 1.4mb. A BT advisor promised to update today but didn’t. No 4g mini halo offered either. please escalate with open reach.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I need an internet service. I tried to switch to @bt_uk on a fibre promise, but now they can’t even offer basic broadband. I don’t know what they’ve done to the line. How quickly can you get me back to a Sky service? I still have all the Sky equipment set up here.

    Bored of being fobbed off @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No WiFi since December 18th, consistently promised fix dates and still no resolve. Escalated again today, no one will contact us till next week - promed today it would be fixed. If you're in Edinburgh just go with @virginmedia 😩

    Had the worst customer experience with @bt_uk should of had our broadband contact on the 16th December still no broadband , now sat waiting for a phone all again from the order team #nothappy #wasteoftime
