My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

@bt_uk my 1571 service isn't working properly. I press 1 to listen to messages, it says I'm pressing 8. I say "one" after the beep, it says I'm saying "eight". I assumed it was my actual phone but I've now replaced it with a BT one and it does the same. Help please!

I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

@BT_UK 'upgraded' us to #digitalvoice 29.09.2021. Consequently #DownhamMarket Rectory now has no telephone service until further notice. An engineer is coming (??) on 04.10.2021. This is far from my first problem! BT is an expensive provider, giving a 👎 service. Go elsewhere.
