@bt_uk Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box. I’ve not been able to use my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either.

Hey @btsport do us a favour and take all the NHL coverage or don’t take any! I pay for @NHL Gamecentre, @PremierSportsTV yet can’t watch @penguins tonight as I don’t have a BT subscription. You should not need 3 subscriptions to watch NHL in the UK. Shit for the fans again @NHL

@bt_uk So for information; apparently yes it is ok for BT to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice with no actual reason stated or any compensation despite the fact holiday was taken & everything is now live so we are now paying for BT but only recieving half a service🤦

@bt_uk Thank you. She spoke to 4 different advisers, and had to start from the beginning every time. Finally someone has agreed to go and figure it out and call her back rather than keep her hanging on. If they don’t I will let you know. The service so far has been really disappointing.
