Each time I report the issue, I receive a new router, and now I have three routers, none of which work. An engineer recently came and discovered that the fault is in the line. They made an appointment to come last Monday, but they did not show up. Since then, I have been trying to contact them, and they keep promising to get back to me, but no one does. Much of the time, I end up speaking to representatives in India, who say they do not have the authority to resolve this matter. Can you please assist me? Thank you.
