I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

@BT fibre one connection in SE8 5RZ is so slow i don`t even get speed, we are in an age of full fast fibre, this is just becoming a joke now there are other compaines with 100mbps download & upload with straight to home full fibre speed ,@bt_uk still use older line but no speed

So @bt_uk one week has passed and still no confirmed date for landline being fixed. No mobile signal here so cut off from 80+ y.o. parents incl one recovering from Covid. Poor service, no sign of engineers @WeareOpenReach.
