    @philboze @BTCare Do you know about 61998? Text them FIX and your phone number and your BT ID and it’s an automated fault finder which will flag issues to the bt/Openreach engineers. It works really rather well.

    @BTCare - your “unbreakable” broadband has just gone down AGAIN in my home. This is the 4th time now in two weeks. It’s unacceptable. It’s not ticking over to EE either.

    @bt_uk Is there a problem with the internet in Honiton, Devon at present? I'm having to hot spot off mobile as the connection is so poor. Please don't refer me to check internet connection status on the website, as it asks me to put in a landline, and my acc doesn't have one.

    @bt_uk Hi, my BT wifi disc broke. Just been on phone to BT they say I don’t have one and don’t subscribe to one. I was sent it by BT and BT engineer fitted it over 1 year ago. So I’ve been burning electricity for nothing! It apparently was never working becuse no subscription.
