Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

@bt_uk Many thanks. I can't log on because I'm not a supplier. From speaking to the police, the drivers were apparently ok which is a huge relief. Otherwise I wouldnt have been so forthright as to upload a photo. But thought it would help you guys locate the problem.

Reported a fault with my @BTCare broadband on Friday, got it assessed and a true fault was detected. Engineer booked for today, 8-10. 730, engineer called to say he's on his way. 840, problem fixed (new master socket) 👍🏻

@bt_uk Absolutely outraged with BT’s service. Reported an internet fault on Saturday afternoon with a promise of it fixed on Monday. Missed overtime on Saturday, had to take a holiday day off work on Monday. Called to get an update to only be told it won’t be till Thursday!??
