  Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

  I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

  @bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?   @bt_uk Thank you, but these were engineers, who wanted to gain access to my home even though I hadn't approved a visit. When asked for ID, they became rude. They left and then attempted to come back later. Again, with no ID or any official looking job sheet.

  @bt_uk hello BT. I was a BT customer for years but was shifted onto EE. I have a broadband package with them and 2 sim only deals (originated as BT sims) If I change back to BT would I still get the mobile discount with EE being the same as BT or would that change??
