My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

@bt_uk Checked out that link but nothing helped. It’s internet is that bad I struggle with buffering when streaming while someone else is also using the Wi-fi. When contact is up I won’t be renewing

I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

We moved into the house in November. The previous owners had perfect internet. @bt_uk say they need to cut a branch down because they need to install fibre. Two deadlines already missed and now we have a date of Dec 23rd and no guarantee. Not good enough.
