  • tasted_flight James Goggin (@tasted_flight) reported from Northwich, England

@bt_uk looks like you’re forcing this customer to cancel & go elsewhere. Can’t order new fibre/phone package as option wanted is apparently only available to “new” customers. At least we know your views on existing customers

@bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

  • gaz_lister Gary Lister (@gaz_lister) reported from Moulton, England

@bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

  • emstoth EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk I was told when I organised it I would have signal here...I’m only a few miles out of Manchester City centre. Should both mini hubs work regardless, it isn’t just one of the other?

  • leehow2 Lee Howarth (@leehow2) reported from Urmston, England

Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

  • emstoth EMMA STOTHARD (@emstoth) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk Thanks - I’ve been sent two though. I need a particular one to work as another is packed away. It’s just constantly showing a red no signal light.

  • Harkness7 Martin Harkness (@Harkness7) reported from Runcorn, England

@btbusinesscare any known issues in 01928 area?

  • leehow2 Lee Howarth (@leehow2) reported from Urmston, England

@BTCare your app is garbage! I've already tried once today to buy a monthly pass without success and it took me two hours on the phone to get a refund. My Mrs has just tried to buy it and the same thing has happened to her - doesn't recognise BT ID or Password. Why can't you make

  • wanner316 wayne peers (@wanner316) reported from Golborne, England

  • LeedsViking Steve Mc (@LeedsViking) reported from Warrington, England

Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

  • BoundinForward BoundinForward (@BoundinForward) reported from Liverpool, England

@btsport why don't you interview the referee and see what he has to say about the decision to give a penalty against Liverpool player Andy Robertson. Now that would be interesting, instead we get Jurgen ranting saying it was a terrible decision. Of course he will say that.

  • Stirling061 Ian Stirling (@Stirling061) reported from Salford, England

@skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

  • JohnMc_91 John McCormick (@JohnMc_91) reported from Widnes, England

@SkySports and @btsport cheeky ****** ***** £15 per game knowin we cant even go out to watch it never mind cant even go the grounds🖕🏻 get us back in the ****** grounds

  • dazchad Daz Chadders (@dazchad) reported from Urmston, England

  • Stephlarby Steph Larby (@Stephlarby) reported

@bt_uk Can you please tell me if I took out a 2 year contract with you because I thought it was 18 months. Also surely you are in breach of contract by not providing the service that I am paying for. It took 11 hours to update and install my mobile. That can’t possibly be right.

  • vestachowmein David (@vestachowmein) reported

@bt_uk I feel terrible for the really helpful people on the end of this, because it is not their fault, but BT "aims" to fix the problem by 6pm on MONDAY! I trust they will compensate me for the cost of the 4G I will have to use to replace the broadband connection they have disabled.

  • J_Knighty91 Knighty (@J_Knighty91) reported

@bt_uk Fella, I go through this with you guys regularly and here we are back to square one. Such a poor service.

  • PeteYourDoom Peter 🐈🎸🕹️ (@PeteYourDoom) reported from Hartlepool, England

@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

  • Stephlarby Steph Larby (@Stephlarby) reported

@bt_uk Does this still apply if you are not providing the service that I’m paying for?
