    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @bt_uk I had an appointment booked to have my internet installed today between 8-1. No communication to say the engineer was going to be late and I can’t get through on the number provided. Is anyone there to help?!

    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @bt_uk Folks, we understand that things go wrong but when they do, it’s so important to keep customers updated. There has been no broadband in my area since 10am yesterday. Your status checker still says the issue will be resolved by 11:40am yesterday. That’s really unhelpful.

I have not formally logged a complaint - they are clearly self-complaining to cover themselves - madness

    @bt_uk My BT Internet was great while I was paying £43 pm. As soon as I negotiate my renewal down to £29pm, the speed slows down and it disconnects completely at least 3 times each day, even though I was told everything would remain the same 🤔
