@vwdaz @bt_uk Same here, they sent an engineer out yesterday who told me he couldn't enter the property. What a waste of time all round. I took a day off (NHS) for that aswell. Really poor service so far.

@bt_uk Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box. I’ve not been able to use my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either.

Hey @btsport do us a favour and take all the NHL coverage or don’t take any! I pay for @NHL Gamecentre, @PremierSportsTV yet can’t watch @penguins tonight as I don’t have a BT subscription. You should not need 3 subscriptions to watch NHL in the UK. Shit for the fans again @NHL

@btbusinesscare Which complaint number would you like i have 4 running have over 50 calls been going on for 6 month and now been told by a BT expert I've been miss sold could make this up. I am not sure what goes on in the complaint dept support however i can assure you they need retraining.

My communication problems are getting worse! @bt_uk can't check a number unless you know who provides that number! Just dial it for me? No, you need to know who provides the number. So how do I do that? Drive 200 miles and knock on the door to ask them ... #progress
