    @bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

    @bt_uk I had an appointment booked to have my internet installed today between 8-1. No communication to say the engineer was going to be late and I can’t get through on the number provided. Is anyone there to help?!

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @bt_uk I gave up after 30 minutes on hold today trying to make a change to a BT Sport subscription, which I can’t do online. You then ignored my DM. Please help me as I don’t have time to call you again.

    @bt_uk looks like you’re forcing this customer to cancel & go elsewhere. Can’t order new fibre/phone package as option wanted is apparently only available to “new” customers. At least we know your views on existing customers

    @bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

    @bt_uk BT is the worst organisation when it comes to service either to customers or staffs. I left BT on 7th Dec 2020 and now it's been 70 days and I have' received my experience letter and settelment amout. I am chasing them since 25th Jan 2021 and they have not yet provided any update

    @bt_uk was promised by a member of staff my phone would be fixed by today m, 14 days without a phone. I am a carer to disabled people due to no landline this involved emergency services having to be called on Thursday -this is not acceptable. can not get a straight answer from BT

    NEVER EVER GO WITH @bt_uk worst customer service ever had. Decided to simply not turn up for Internet appointment and now have given us 24th as a date. Complaint as it stands up to £165 and not a chance accepting that, 100 things have gown wrong before them messing up with this.

    @bt_uk What's the point in this? This can't be looked into any further, a team leader is looking into this and has submitted an expedite form, its standard fibre it was meant to be fibre 100. But I'll drop you my details so you can read ALL of the complaint and have a little laugh.

    @Worldcu55617750 @bt_uk How will that benefit your life? Yes, it's 30 days because they need a chance to try to identify the problem. Some problems are more complex than others. It's ignorant to think these things are just sorted overnight.
