    @bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @bt_uk This is poor customer service. I’ve provided the address etc. in a DM for fault and you’re just replying to the timeline. Or tell me if there is an issue in the area of L15 (Liverpool) if you can’t be bothered to read my DM.

    @bt_uk seen a few people say there connect isn't good so did the check thing, say there's no issues but my Internet keeps dropping out every 5 to 10 minutes at a time???

    Hey tweeps stay clear of @bt_uk awful service send you crap phones. And been told it is acceptable to charge your phone 2-3 times a day. Surely that can't be right.

    @EE @BTCare hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

    @bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

    @btsport @EnglandHockey many thanks to BT for showing and supporting hockey on tv. Please however explain to the director that the game never stops and so to stop cutting to suspended players etc. And show the game that’s continuing.

    @bt_uk Morning. I ordered phone/broadband for my elderly mother, activating today. I was horrified to discover answering service is now £3.54! I'm pretty cost adverse & didn't see this clearly mentioned upon ordering. Is this fee correct please?

    @bt_uk once again my internet is not working in the GL52 area , at least once a week it fails so catatonically that it makes it impossible to work - and every week I’m ignored , it’s daylight robbery to be paying nearly £400 a year for this ‘service’ 🤯

    @bt_uk I've ran all the tests. It'll be working perfectly until about 6:30 in the morning before becoming really slow, and unresponsive...until about 17:00 when it gets fast again. This has only just started happening too.

    @bt_uk Thanks i should also have said the unhelpful and very rude customer service who refused to help or give their name for accountability doesn't make me want to buy a BT product again.
