What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. Plus they would take your commission off you for anything.
