As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

@bt_uk He said he was from BT and wanted to reduce my price for BT sports by adding phone and broadband .... he was very rude. I told him my employer pays for my line rental and broadband, he basically called me a liar

So it’s a week after I went into the @ee shop in Eastbourne to get a new phone. They were on phone to customer services for 2 hours .. nothing doing so I rang my existing provider @bt_uk the following day. Took an hour to get through .. 1/n
