@bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

@btsport @EnglandHockey many thanks to BT for showing and supporting hockey on tv. Please however explain to the director that the game never stops and so to stop cutting to suspended players etc. And show the game that’s continuing.

@bt_uk Sort of - I was told by 3 ppl at BT it was an area outage but later found out that was incorrect & that while fixing my neighbours line, a fault was caused to mine & my other neighbours line. It’s still not been fixed but I have spoken to someone & at least been given a date.

@bt_uk Disgusted with continuous connectivity issues and being told by bt helpdesk there is no issues in the area when other resources tell us otherwise. Now left without Internet in the house for at least 24 hours. Great service to be working from home!!!

@bt_uk BT SMT your team seem unable to fix my broadband. It’s now been 1 week!!! My two teenage daughters in the midst of their GCSEs are being impacted hugely being unable to access on-line revision documents. It is being made worse by the appalling communications, ironically!!
