Shows that their current training isn't working as it should as there is a massive difference between customer service from person to person

    @BTGroup @bt_uk having been with bt for years I phoned today to get help with a Wi-Fi issue. My option is to pay £20 a month more to solve the issue. It does not work in 3 rooms in the house and disconnects In others. They would not help me in any other way. #poorservice

    @bt_uk I was told to message you and I still haven’t received a response. I have also been spoken rudely and hung up on. Is this your idea of customer service. If you don’t want to be a customer anyone just say it.
