@BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

@Waltham_Bear @bt_uk Clause 127.1 of @bt_uk agreement, titled “got you by the short & curlys” says you can’t leave, even when they breach contract by failing to provide the service. If you went to a restaurant and they dropped your steak 4 times on the way to you, would u be expected to pay 🤔

@bt_uk Alannah, im sorry, but 3 days we have been due an engineer, and 3 days we've had to contact you. A lack of resource is not my problem. Don't book appointments with customers if you don't have staff to fulfil them. All booked weeks in advance, and not one person contacted us first
