    I don’t know if there’s awards for terrible customer service but I’d like to nominate @BTCare and @WeAreOpenreach told 4 hours to get our internet back online…6 days ago. Not so much as a courtesy call let alone an answer for what’s wrong or why it’s taking so long

    If anyone’s having issues with #BTmail on Apple or other email clients, check if you’ve set up 2FA in BT. I think it’s stopping 3P clients from working correctly. The guy I spoke to from @bt_uk yesterday told me it wouldn’t but, the proof of the pudding… Views?

    @bt_uk Yes!! You are. A major outage since last Tuesday. But I only logged the fault yesterday, the whole street was out so didn’t think much point in calling before. It was Only when I ran out of mobile data I called for help to find I’m entitled to no help at all!

    @bt_uk Hi, we need a broadband issue addressed due to fale sale information from BT staff. On the 2nd June a BT salesperson knocked on our door and tested our internet speed and told us the internet speed was below our contracted level.
