  • StetheH Ste the H ⚽️🥊 (@StetheH) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

  • joanreece jo m b (@joanreece) reported from Liverpool, England

Game is crap but cant even watch it now thanks to the **** @btsport its buffered no less than 50 times and now gone off completely!! £25 down the drain 😡😡😡😡

@bt_uk It would be great if you could cancel my contract and put us out of our misery Dee.

  • Kjones1892 Keith Jones (@Kjones1892) reported from Halewood, England

@btsportfootball @btsport must admit, the crowd noise does help. Wasn’t keen on the idea but it’s sounds good. You forget after a while there aren’t actually any fans there.

  • othemightyi lozza (@othemightyi) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk wireless. unfortunately i don't have the capabilities to do a wired test as my laptop is broken.

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

  • BeerGuzzler1878 BeerGuzzler (@BeerGuzzler1878) reported from Liverpool, England

@gedpquinn @mrjakehumphrey @btsport Watched it and never again. Absolute ****

  • MattHellen matt hellen 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@MattHellen) reported from Buckley, Wales

@bt_uk How long does it take for you to respond to a complaint raised online? It’s been nearly a week now.

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

  • jonh64 Jon H (@jonh64) reported from Garston, England

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

  • steve_goulden Stephen Grumpy (@steve_goulden) reported from Garston, England

Macca should shut ******** up he’s one annoying prick @btsport #CHEMCI

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

  • BoundinForward BoundinForward (@BoundinForward) reported from Liverpool, England

@btsport why don't you interview the referee and see what he has to say about the decision to give a penalty against Liverpool player Andy Robertson. Now that would be interesting, instead we get Jurgen ranting saying it was a terrible decision. Of course he will say that.

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

  • StetheH Ste the H ⚽️🥊 (@StetheH) reported from Liverpool, England

**** @bt_uk off people. Rob you blind.

  • Garycpos Gary CPOS (@Garycpos) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

  • Worldcu55617750 HolisterJames (@Worldcu55617750) reported

@bt_uk BT will never call back as always calls end up with different CS member. And when fault is BT then will pass buck to BT fiber. Just like this tweet response pass the buck. Fake promises of refunds. Its after 30days of poor service not 24hrs.

  • amjadh1967 Amjad Hussain (@amjadh1967) reported

@bt_uk been without phone and broadband for over 24 hrs, can you help getting it fixed as a priority as it is an external fault

  • tracey_baker TraceyB/tonigunk (@tracey_baker) reported

@bt_uk Na, was attempting to play Crash last night with friends. Offline worked great, online sucked...... and no, it wasn't my WiFi. We all had the same issues.

  • hayesbryan Bryan Hayes (@hayesbryan) reported

@bt_uk shocked and appalled by your cust. service. Moved house 5 weeks ago, still no internet. Told it will be another 2 weeks. Previous owners were BT customers. 7 weeks to switch to us? 20+ hours of calls with conflicting advice every time. Absolutely useless

  • SteeleNathan Nathan Steele (@SteeleNathan) reported

@bt_uk is there a reason that I’m auto forwarded from the MyBT homepage when I login to email? I can’t access MyBT homepage at all!

  • bigchesh247 Mark Cheshire (@bigchesh247) reported

@bt_uk why can my internet be consistent like you said it would? I pay you consistently! So why can you not provide me the same in your service?

  • Sharonkuhl Sharon Ducker (was Kuhl) (@Sharonkuhl) reported

@bt_uk YOU ARE A JOKE, you send a mini hub and now my 77 year mother needs support to get it working, your replying to my PM “is there someone close by to help” TIER 4 #venerable PLEASE CALL HER

  • AdamB49386593 Adam Black 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@AdamB49386593) reported

@Walker277 @btsport @BT Exactly. It’s more annoying when you see people paying £100 a year for like 1,000,000 channels and never miss anything. What annoys me with them is they didn’t even try to help with it. Shame.

  • jakekervick Kervick (@jakekervick) reported

@bt_uk your internet is so ******* bad at the minute. 😤🤬
