  • RayWaring Ray Waring (@RayWaring) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to contact BT for the last 3 consecutive days - unable to get hold of anyone and end up putting the phone down cos of the potential call charges. Is there any way I could live chat with someone to process my changes?

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk It would be great if you could cancel my contract and put us out of our misery Dee.

  • SteveyAsp Steve Aspinall (@SteveyAsp) reported from Queensferry, Wales

Anyone who has a BTSport contract coming to an end….Make sure you ring them and check near the date of ending/renewal….I called to cancel mine and they said I had a £300 fee to pay as it was in contract and I’d agreed a new deal 2 days ago…..Which of course I hadn’t

  • RickVNasties Rick Owen (@RickVNasties) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk I had an appointment booked to have my internet installed today between 8-1. No communication to say the engineer was going to be late and I can’t get through on the number provided. Is anyone there to help?!

  • becsgriff Rebecca Griffiths (@becsgriff) reported from Ruthin, Wales

@btsport any chance of answering the phone so I can cancel this is ridiculous

  • jonh64 Jon H (@jonh64) reported from Garston, England

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

  • BeerGuzzler1878 BeerGuzzler (@BeerGuzzler1878) reported from Liverpool, England

@gedpquinn @mrjakehumphrey @btsport Watched it and never again. Absolute ****

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

  • StetheH Ste the H ⚽️🥊 (@StetheH) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

  • Garycpos Gary CPOS (@Garycpos) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

  • othemightyi lozza (@othemightyi) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk wireless. unfortunately i don't have the capabilities to do a wired test as my laptop is broken.

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

  • Bumpydogo Paul (@Bumpydogo) reported from Liverpool, England

TodaysTwitter sponsored ad is @bt_uk Say's 'BT like never before'. Maybe cos there's no Sport.

  • StetheH Ste the H ⚽️🥊 (@StetheH) reported from Liverpool, England

**** @bt_uk off people. Rob you blind.

  • Kjones1892 Keith Jones (@Kjones1892) reported from Halewood, England

@btsportfootball @btsport must admit, the crowd noise does help. Wasn’t keen on the idea but it’s sounds good. You forget after a while there aren’t actually any fans there.

  • steve_goulden Stephen Grumpy (@steve_goulden) reported from Garston, England

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

@bt_uk I would if bt wifi would load the page! Any time I try to use your customer service pages whilst on the WiFi, it says “server cannot be found” 🤔

  • UkJon jon wood (@UkJon) reported

@bt_uk i see you have a deal where ee take over broadband if bt goes down … can you do it the other way … where we get EE as main supply but have BT as the back up … we only get 5-10mps and potentially double that on EE but we want your security

  • JordanG78435789 Jordan Gardner (@JordanG78435789) reported

@bt_uk Don’t go with BT if you want your internet to actually show up. They work with OpenReach who never send engineers when they apparently book them in. Most providers work with openreach other than Shell Energy. Wish I went with Shell as it’s two weeks past the installation date.

  • viola2727 Piero Gasparini🇬🇧🇮🇹🇪🇺🖖 (@viola2727) reported

Bloody, buggering @bt_uk forcing me to have Digital Voice!! I just wanted to renew/upgrade my Broadband!! So, from 3 phones in the house, I'm down to one!! And that doesn't want to pair with the hub!! I've asked for 2 more phones...

  • AdamPrtn Adam (@AdamPrtn) reported

Astonishing. I phone @NOW today and actively threaten to leave citing I have @bt_uk installing my new connection on 1st March. They finally now put their foot down and seek a manager to call me back. How convenient. I've waited weeks for this to happen, had emails ignored

  • WhiteDogJewel White Dog Jewellery (@WhiteDogJewel) reported

@viola2727 @bt_uk We just use our mobiles as never use the damn phone, it’s just the oldies who call it. Tbh I would’ve happily kept an old corded phone just for emergencies with no calls inc. just a basic service. This is power out, no phone, no thought.

  • lou_everett1 Lou Everett (@lou_everett1) reported

@bt_uk my broadband has been down since 3pm on Friday. The service checker had given us a fixed time of 7pm this evening but this has now changed back to unknown. Please can I have an update. I work from home and the kids are on their holidays so this is very frustrating.

  • scottyt5089 Scott (@scottyt5089) reported

@bt_uk fibre that never works jokers, breech of contract no termination charges will be paid, c ya

  • Rose_E_Cook Rose Cook (@Rose_E_Cook) reported

@bt_uk Estimated 'fix date' today and still no updates or contact from engineer. Will you let me look for another provider yet or still happy to keep taking my money and providing an appalling service and customer experience? @bt_uk

  • viola2727 Piero Gasparini🇬🇧🇮🇹🇪🇺🖖 (@viola2727) reported

@WhiteDogJewel @bt_uk That’s exactly my thinking! According to the rep I was “chatting” with, the new tech is so reliable so it rarely goes down. We have experienced our broadband going down as I’m sure you have too, what happens then?? I put that to the rep and got the reliable tech spiel again!!
