@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

@bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

Anyone who has a BTSport contract coming to an end….Make sure you ring them and check near the date of ending/renewal….I called to cancel mine and they said I had a £300 fee to pay as it was in contract and I’d agreed a new deal 2 days ago…..Which of course I hadn’t

. @BTCare is awful. No internet since Sunday. Mini hub sent, received today but in the meantime received a message to say it had been switched off. On phone for hours. Promised they’d switch mini hub back on. Haven’t. Now an email saying they’ve sent another mini hub. Useless

@bt_uk so, BT, during our house move, you assigned a new landline number after saying I was keeping my old number(MY BUSINESS NUMBER).Now on the phone, someone is extremely disinterested and saying you no longer have our old number for us to have(customer of 15 years).

@bt_uk Disappointed agreed to upgrade to FF agreed engineer visit 12th april BT changed date I cant male. no engineer are available until 14th June which means I will be out if contract. Not customer service I remember!
