@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

Anyone who has a BTSport contract coming to an end….Make sure you ring them and check near the date of ending/renewal….I called to cancel mine and they said I had a £300 fee to pay as it was in contract and I’d agreed a new deal 2 days ago…..Which of course I hadn’t

@btsportfootball @btsport must admit, the crowd noise does help. Wasn’t keen on the idea but it’s sounds good. You forget after a while there aren’t actually any fans there.

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to contact BT for the last 3 consecutive days - unable to get hold of anyone and end up putting the phone down cos of the potential call charges. Is there any way I could live chat with someone to process my changes?

@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

@bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?
-

@bt_uk I've tested also on wired connection. Quite clearly shows the issue as speeds from your network reaching my hub is the issue. Not connection speeds to my devices

@bt_uk Just been told by my mum that you have credited £8.06 for not fixing her phone within 2days. So the fact it was nearer 6 days and you were keeping updated by leaving messages on a phone that's not working has been ignored. Again well done for rubbish customer service.

@bt_uk Given the issues I’ve had with your company I hope it’s 4 hours not 24. It has been saying since at least 8th December that there is no broadband connection, done everything advised but still saying it. Can get bt sport documentaries through bt player and get sport through phone

@bt_uk hey, one of your customers mistakenly put my email address in, and I’ve been receiving all of their details, address, etc. I called and reported last week, but it’s still happening. Can you remove my email from that customer? Seems like a data protection issue!
