    @bt_uk He said he was from BT and wanted to reduce my price for BT sports by adding phone and broadband .... he was very rude. I told him my employer pays for my line rental and broadband, he basically called me a liar

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

    @bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

    . @BTCare is awful. No internet since Sunday. Mini hub sent, received today but in the meantime received a message to say it had been switched off. On phone for hours. Promised they’d switch mini hub back on. Haven’t. Now an email saying they’ve sent another mini hub. Useless

    @bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

    Anyone who has a BTSport contract coming to an end….Make sure you ring them and check near the date of ending/renewal….I called to cancel mine and they said I had a £300 fee to pay as it was in contract and I’d agreed a new deal 2 days ago…..Which of course I hadn’t

    @bt_uk your coverage of the biggest fight of the century has been crap at best. Audio and visuals totally out of sync. Randomly cutting from the ring back to the guys in the studio. For £25 you need to do a lot better next time because that was amateur at best!

    @btsportfootball @btsport must admit, the crowd noise does help. Wasn’t keen on the idea but it’s sounds good. You forget after a while there aren’t actually any fans there.

    @bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

    I don't like to moan on social media. But there's no denying that big brands, like @bt_uk, can be hard to deal with when something goes wrong. Months back we had a phone outage for a few days. We had messages that we'd get a credit for the loss.

    @bt_uk Yes I'm aware of your response, but it's still hasn't solved the issue! I've had all my equipment tested by one of your colleagues but its the area tht is the issue! I've been onto open reach and there are no plans for Fibre in my area, so what else am I supposed to do?

    @BT_UK It is now eleven days since my last email, which was sent to point out that eleven days had passed since I had sent my previous email. So that is now 22 days since emailing and receiving no response. Meanwhile, I continue to be charged for a service that I cannot access.

    @bt_uk My Internet has been well below contracted speed since 07/06, I opened a complaint as I was getting nowhere with your customer services and have been promised multiple times management calls to discuss it. Please manage expectations better and help sort this out ASAP
