  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

  • StetheH Ste the H ⚽️🥊 (@StetheH) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

  • MattHellen matt hellen 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@MattHellen) reported from Buckley, Wales

@bt_uk How long does it take for you to respond to a complaint raised online? It’s been nearly a week now.

  • BoundinForward BoundinForward (@BoundinForward) reported from Liverpool, England

@btsport why don't you interview the referee and see what he has to say about the decision to give a penalty against Liverpool player Andy Robertson. Now that would be interesting, instead we get Jurgen ranting saying it was a terrible decision. Of course he will say that.

  • RayWaring Ray Waring (@RayWaring) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to contact BT for the last 3 consecutive days - unable to get hold of anyone and end up putting the phone down cos of the potential call charges. Is there any way I could live chat with someone to process my changes?

  • othemightyi lozza (@othemightyi) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk wireless. unfortunately i don't have the capabilities to do a wired test as my laptop is broken.

  • Kjones1892 Keith Jones (@Kjones1892) reported from Halewood, England

@btsportfootball @btsport must admit, the crowd noise does help. Wasn’t keen on the idea but it’s sounds good. You forget after a while there aren’t actually any fans there.

  • Garycpos Gary CPOS (@Garycpos) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk It would be great if you could cancel my contract and put us out of our misery Dee.

  • steve_goulden Stephen Grumpy (@steve_goulden) reported from Garston, England

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

  • RickVNasties Rick Owen (@RickVNasties) reported from Liverpool, England

@bt_uk I had an appointment booked to have my internet installed today between 8-1. No communication to say the engineer was going to be late and I can’t get through on the number provided. Is anyone there to help?!

  • StetheH Ste the H ⚽️🥊 (@StetheH) reported from Liverpool, England

**** @bt_uk off people. Rob you blind.

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

  • jonh64 Jon H (@jonh64) reported from Garston, England

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

  • BeerGuzzler1878 BeerGuzzler (@BeerGuzzler1878) reported from Liverpool, England

@gedpquinn @mrjakehumphrey @btsport Watched it and never again. Absolute ****

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AbbeyGale99 Abbie Ruth Sharland (@AbbeyGale99) reported

@bt_uk I got a new router today after I’ve had problems with the old one, but this still hasn’t solved the issue! I’ve been offline for 7 weeks now and I need to it to study my a-levels. Your service is getting really ridiculous now.

  • NPapadopoulou_ Dr Nataly Papadopoulou (@NPapadopoulou_) reported

Hi @bt_uk it seems there is an outage in Leicester/Leicestershire since this morning. Is this predicted to last until Friday? What are the options for those who need to be connected for work, and other reasons?

  • AbbeyGale99 Abbie Ruth Sharland (@AbbeyGale99) reported

@bt_uk I’ve got a new router after having problems with the old one, but it still has not solved the problem. I’ve sent you a DM.

  • katie_bennett7 Katie Bennett (@katie_bennett7) reported

@bt_uk You have taken our first direct debit payment but we are still waiting for internet to be set up. It was activated on 19/08 but doesn’t work. An engineer is coming on 06/09 but surely we should be refunded for the period with no service?!

  • erase02 Phil Rogers (@erase02) reported

@bt_uk where can I find your plans for the new service you'll be rolling out in my area? Currently I'm connected directly to my local exchange no FTTC/FTTP, presumably there is a plan if you're switching analogue off in 2025?

  • SteveKCostello Steve Costello (@SteveKCostello) reported

@bt_uk Why is it you have no customer advisors available for cancellations, but you do have advisors available for sales?

  • Patrici26077567 Patricia 🌸 (@Patrici26077567) reported

@bt_uk Just spent 30+mins on phone pointing out that you have charged £77 today on a supposedly closed account. Got nowhere with the adviser. Now got an email saying the complaint is closed! No it isn't, but guess what? No chance of getting through on the phone. Terrible service.

  • Josefsinclair Jo (@Josefsinclair) reported

@bt_uk your call waiting music is outrageously ****. I’m a captive audience, this is abuse. I will require therapy and 2 years off work to recover. Fire the music decider they are a bastard

  • Danny__Bell D•DoT (@Danny__Bell) reported

@btsport the worst company to call. Can’t even hold for someone they just say they’re too busy…and hang up. Brilliant.
