If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

Months back we had a phone outage for a few days. We had messages that we'd get a credit for the loss.
