    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    Game is crap but cant even watch it now thanks to the **** @btsport its buffered no less than 50 times and now gone off completely!! £25 down the drain 😡😡😡😡

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

    @bt_uk I had an appointment booked to have my internet installed today between 8-1. No communication to say the engineer was going to be late and I can’t get through on the number provided. Is anyone there to help?!

    @BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

    @bt_uk BT Broadband went down on Wednesday last week. Thursday engineer went to exchange but not my house. Friday engineer called in sick. Monday engineer not available. Today’s enine ran no show with no explanation available to BT Fibre customer team. Now rebooked for Friday 🤬
