@bt_uk I’ve been trying to contact BT for the last 3 consecutive days - unable to get hold of anyone and end up putting the phone down cos of the potential call charges. Is there any way I could live chat with someone to process my changes?

  • SteveyAsp Steve Aspinall (@SteveyAsp) reported from Queensferry, Wales

Anyone who has a BTSport contract coming to an end….Make sure you ring them and check near the date of ending/renewal….I called to cancel mine and they said I had a £300 fee to pay as it was in contract and I’d agreed a new deal 2 days ago…..Which of course I hadn’t

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

  • theguywhosaw1 Ross is TheGuyWhoSaw (@theguywhosaw1) reported from Tarvin, England

@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

  • Fireypop Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England

@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

@RobPalmer80 @bt_uk I had exactly that problem but we have the BT mesh dish extender things. I plugged the Q and mini Q box into a dish each with Ethernet cable and it’s stopped happening. Without it it had started to happen once a week at least.

  • monaghp Paul Monaghan (@monaghp) reported

@bt_uk Hi. EE who you both own and whose platform BT provide the BT Mobile product and services support e-sim for the Applewatch. I am told BT don’t support it. Is this a product/marketing decision or a technical decision ? @apple_uk

  • Owen_Thompson11 Owen Thompson (@Owen_Thompson11) reported

  • mayhemstories Jan Domagala (@mayhemstories) reported

@bt_uk Why is it if I'm a new customer the package for my area is almost £10 cheaper than I'm paying now but if I upgrade as an existing customer I pay £6 more than I am already paying? That is an insult to customers who have been loyal.

  • WalsallBonsai Walsall Bonsai (@WalsallBonsai) reported

@bt_uk @yogivedd24 I'll just connect my PC to my iPhone on EE via a USB port if the worst happens - just the same.
