    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to contact BT for the last 3 consecutive days - unable to get hold of anyone and end up putting the phone down cos of the potential call charges. Is there any way I could live chat with someone to process my changes?

    @OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

    @bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

    @bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

    @bt_uk Ironically my internets so slow it won't perform the search on the web page. fibre to the cabinet but it is too far from the houses.have investigated the options available. BT wanted over £11000 to sort it out using a gov subsidy. Still doesn't answer my question on unfair costs

    @bt_uk But we don't receive the same level of service as anyone and it's not a case of changing provider it's a case of poor infrastructure. My original comment is people will get cheaper internet on UC. however there surely should be a reduction in cost when it is so poor

    @bt_uk Was promised on the 1st July and yet again the promise was broken. Had a call from BT this morning, couldn’t answer the phone so left a message to say they would phone back on Tuesday. This is beyond ridiculous now!
