@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

@bt_uk I have been informed your routers physically are NOT able to process speeds over 300MB yet you are selling that service to your customers. Open Reach also informed me of that fact which I find disgusting mis-selling

@bt_uk I've done that and got an auto-reply and have no idea if a real person is going to answer as well. It appears as if you can't cancel any services online and need to call you. So far I've been on hold for 45 minutes....it's very frustrating

Just had our quote back from @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp for 10mb broadband under the ‘Universal Service Obligation’. It comes in at an unbelievable eye watering £410,513.00 to install! @Ofcom need to look at how a BB service can cost more than a house…!
