Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

All I get (when i eventually speak to a human) Is you're aware of a major incident but the estimated fix has slipped from last night to tuesday! Been down since Friday lunchtime.
