    Hey tweeps stay clear of @bt_uk awful service send you crap phones. And been told it is acceptable to charge your phone 2-3 times a day. Surely that can't be right.

    @bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

    @btsport @EnglandHockey many thanks to BT for showing and supporting hockey on tv. Please however explain to the director that the game never stops and so to stop cutting to suspended players etc. And show the game that’s continuing.

    Had @bt_uk full fibre for a week not seen full speeds some of my devices won't connect to internet and service been crap hope to get back to copper

    @bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

    @bt_uk BT is awful, customer service is just a cyclical round of nonsense. Ofcom are complicit who protect the bad service. I had piss poor, below par service throughout my contract, numerous engineer visits and no improvement. Changed provider 32mg vs 15mg from new vs BT.. ********.

    Hello @bt_uk you’ve estimated over a week to fix my landline and broadband. I’m guessing you will reduce my bill? On line fault tracker fair enough but be good to have option to speak to someone find out what fault is. As a teacher I need to be online!

    @bt_uk I've had my broadband cut off at home. Home move pending. I set up moving dates, then changed them when those dates changed. Looks like you've disconnected me on the original date regardless. Can you help get me reconnected asap? My wife needs to work from home.

    @bt_uk I'm not with BT and I have reliable WiFi not only in every room but also down the bottom of the garden in my garage so you're statement is not strictly true is it.
