    @bt_uk This is poor customer service. I’ve provided the address etc. in a DM for fault and you’re just replying to the timeline. Or tell me if there is an issue in the area of L15 (Liverpool) if you can’t be bothered to read my DM.

    Just let fighters get knocked out n all, why on earth would a ref jump in and stop a fight when a man is still on his feet? If he is done he will go down? Whole basis that boxing was based off right? Just shite to watch now🚮, get the proper fighting on @btsport

    @bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

    @bt_uk seen a few people say there connect isn't good so did the check thing, say there's no issues but my Internet keeps dropping out every 5 to 10 minutes at a time???

    @bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

    @btsport why don't you interview the referee and see what he has to say about the decision to give a penalty against Liverpool player Andy Robertson. Now that would be interesting, instead we get Jurgen ranting saying it was a terrible decision. Of course he will say that.

    @btsport @EnglandHockey many thanks to BT for showing and supporting hockey on tv. Please however explain to the director that the game never stops and so to stop cutting to suspended players etc. And show the game that’s continuing.

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    Hey tweeps stay clear of @bt_uk awful service send you crap phones. And been told it is acceptable to charge your phone 2-3 times a day. Surely that can't be right.

    @SkyNews Outrageous.Some of the best games are the supposed top 6 v teams out of it. Last week Leeds v City example.plenty trying to get in top 6 like Leeds/Everton. The worst games are often top 6 v top 6. I’ll stop paying for @SkySports @btsport if this happens #europeansuperleague

    @BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

    Since upgrading my contract (to the iphone 12 pro)I have nothing but issues with BT Sport and the large screen. I have rang 5 times to get the issues resolved and all I am told is that it keeps getting dropped off my account. I want it to be working @EE @bt_uk @btsport

    @bt_uk hi, i changed my broadband package on friday 13th and was supposed to be sent a new hub the following monday. The new hub hasn’t arrived but a letter and a bag to dispose of the old one has. Could you possibly track down the whereabouts of the hub or send out a new one pls

    Once again driven to contact @bt_uk via Twitter as it's impossible to connect via chat or phone to discuss why my FTTP service is so slow and to try and get more wifi discs delivered. Very frustrating - would the BT Twitter fairies please tell me how best to proceed.

    @bt_uk Text I got back was that it's all working fine from Exchange to Hub and to check my wifi settings. 1) Not on Wifi. Using ethernet cable and getting 16mbps. 2) The results on hub manager are showing exchange to hub of 16mbps. I pay for 50mbps, so fix it or I'm leaving.
