Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

Paul Oehme (@PaulOehme5) reported@bt_uk Was able to connect even when I got the first txt saying that there was a problem with broadband in my area that why I was confused as I have a TV service that requires Internet and it is has a ethernet cable and my mobile was connected to WiFi all the time.
