Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?
