@bt_uk had two engineers in the past 3 weeks come and “fix” my #BT internet, which constantly loses service and flashes orange for extended periods of time. Outrageous. Worst internet provider ever. Do not use.

@bt_uk joined BT 24 oct when moved into new flat. Fault with ONT box. Had 6 appointments engineers haven’t shown up for & 3 that have been cancelled because my service is “fixed” even though nobody has been near my flat to change the ONT box. Ridiculous and frustrating service 😠

DO NOT TRUST @bt_uk AS FAR AS YOU CAN THROW THEM. CHECK @bt_uk AREN'T FLEECING YOU!!!! BT continue to fleece a pair of terminally ill pensioners. FOR 3 YEARS (!!!!!) where they have originally mis-sold to them and now are failing to deal with the problem.

@bt_uk Thank you - my complaint was also closed yesterday with no explanation- and I don't appreciate the notes from the wholesale team saying the engineer arrived when we were not home - this was not the case, I called 3 times on the day of appointment and we were waiting.
