@bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@Realaldo474 @Carra23 @btsport The reason that Liverpool’s away form doesn’t look as good is purely down to match fixing at Everton where a perfect goal was deliberately ruled off side and a penalty at Brighton which never was.

@BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

@bt_uk I text that every 2 months when problems occur like clockwork. You send out an engineer, I take a day off work and he claims nothing is wrong and leaves. It goes back to normal for 2 months and repeat. I need the wiring checked.

If you are with @bt_uk and they say they are upgrading you to digital voice, don’t accept it. It’s utter ****. Every time you want to restart your router or turn it off the phone loses its config settings and is useless. BT then have to resend the settings to your router.

@bt_uk Hello again. Checked this morning and we are back on the 4G backup. Restarted the router and now back on the landline-supplied broadband. Evidently there is a problem somewhere causing this to keep happening so would be grateful for further advice/assistance. Thanks.

@bt_uk Thank you. They keep on being promised a callback but it never happens. Eg someone was due to call my dad between 6pm and 8pm last night. No one did. Can you guarantee someone will phone this time?

@bt_uk Don't want to be rude mate, but of course she reached out to you. Apparently now coming Monday morning, unfortunately heard this on multiple occasions so we won't hold our breathe.... Another day of waiting around to see if an engineer actually turns up.
