@BTCare hi. Upgraded my service with you and took Halo out but since replacing the old smart hub and getting new one with disk extender the signal has been worse and broadband slower. What has gone wrong and can we revert back to old system as it was less prone to signal failure

@bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

Take aways from this #AUSvENG test. @btsport forces England fans to listen to constant aussie commentary, which is annoying. @root66 focusing on bowler length when England batting is the real issue. @englandcricket need to work on fielding and finding someone who can open.

Phone line down so no internet, reported 27th Nov, now 19th Dec still not fixed despite 2 engineers coming out, cable has come down on the road not rocket science, no updates since 3rd Dec, were in Leeds not a remote island, this is beyond a joke @BTGroup @bt_uk @btcomplaints
