    @bt_uk loving you guys right now. Problems with losing connection on & off for past year now, multiple engineers out, no faults on the line, so get a brand new hub2 today. Made it through the rugby now for past 2hrs the connection is dropping off. Suppose another call needed hey?

    @bt_uk we’ve been without internet for the past month due to port damage/ network outage. Despite numerous escalation calls via Sky, we are still waiting for a specialist engineer to sort the issue and no further updates. Can this be flagged ASAP?

    @bt_uk seen a few people say there connect isn't good so did the check thing, say there's no issues but my Internet keeps dropping out every 5 to 10 minutes at a time???

    @bt_uk It was a second no show from the home tech expert to assess my elderly Mum’s needs. We’ve given up…I took Friday off to be there and no show today either. Disappointing service, I’m afraid.

    @btsport @EnglandHockey many thanks to BT for showing and supporting hockey on tv. Please however explain to the director that the game never stops and so to stop cutting to suspended players etc. And show the game that’s continuing.

    @EE @bt_uk hi, I renewed my contract and was told I get bt sport tried to sign in on my smart TV but says I need to upgrade? When I look it says watch on small or big screen

    @bt_uk @TimothyJBrown27 According to SONOS customer support (which is excellent) there IS a specific problem with Smart Hub 2 with the latest firmware upgrade (the point at which the disconnect issues started). The short term fix is to turn off 5 GHz on the router - but this is not a great fix.

    @btbusinesscare Had a service visit in December where your engineer replaced the master plug, presumably classed as your equipment? less than 30mins on site this month I have been build £245+vat for this visit, The plug was faulty as fault rectified. plug = BT equipment?

    Just been told @bt_uk are charging me £372.40 for leaving my contract early! 🤢🤮 It is not my choice to leave. It is not my fault that where i'm moving to already has a contract with @virginmedia Seriously BT you want me to pay you £372.40 for a service you won't be providing?!

    @bt_uk We have had that many visits from engineers I've lost count. We've had the hub replaced. Line from the pole in the street to the house replaced. The junction box in the house moved. It improves for a little while but on the whole it's terrible.
