    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @bt_uk Patience has gone Nicola. This issue was first raised on the 16th. It’s been two working weeks, and people need to work to get paid. How would BT react to not being paid for 2 weeks? I pay a premium to get a premium service. Right now, I’m not getting what I pay for

    @bt_uk I am having a nightmare with BT at the moment. Two no show engineers and an open complaint. My broadband drops 20+ times a day while I am working from home. Next engineer avail 2 weeks away 😡 But every person I have spoken to has been helpful, empathetic and kind.

    @bt_uk That is rather missing the point? You cold call for an upgrade that doesn’t make any difference in my area, I cancel, you continue to bill me and claim you have no record of complaint or cancellation. And then suggest that I sign a new contract to get out of it?
