W (@tweetJumpy) reported from Birkenhead, England@Realaldo474 @Carra23 @btsport The reason that Liverpool’s away form doesn’t look as good is purely down to match fixing at Everton where a perfect goal was deliberately ruled off side and a penalty at Brighton which never was.

Craig Goddard (@ChemTeachCGO) reported@bt_uk It seems that since it moved to HBO Max, this is no longer the case & is now baked into my contract alongside broadband. I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.

-
Dustfuch (@Dustfuch1) reported@bt_uk please tell your call handlers to stop the hard sell once youve asked to leave. 4 times i had to tell them to stop trying to sell me things, and they still kept me on hold and transferred me to a "manager" to let me cancel. Frustrating isnt strong enough
-
Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@robincornelius @bt_uk @ThreeUKSupport Hi Robin, is that affecting EE customers do you know as mines been down all morning and when ive phoned up they are saying there’s nothing wrong and I’m saying well there definitely is as nothing it work?.
-
Alex (@valdowine) reported@bt_uk we’ve been without broadband in Bramley, Guildford for 4 days now and customer service says it’s OpenReach “plans” to restore service by 31st of August? This is unacceptable.
-
Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported@bt_uk Your "digital voice" switchover system keeps making orders by itself and then cancelling them by itself. I've phoned you twice, but your "support" is rude and uninterested and just tries to upsell products I don't want and trick me into agreeing to an 18-month contract that I don't want. I'm out of contract, so if BT places any more unsolicited orders, sends any more threatening emails or sends me any more unsolicited items, I will be One Touch Switching to another provider. Zero tolerance. No DMs. Sort it in 24 hours, or you lose this customer.
