@bt_uk I’ve been on to your call centre as the service isn’t what we were promised at the time of buying. We were promised good enough bandwidth to cover all of our needs but this claim was extremely optimistic and far from the truth.

@vwdaz @bt_uk Same here, they sent an engineer out yesterday who told me he couldn't enter the property. What a waste of time all round. I took a day off (NHS) for that aswell. Really poor service so far.

As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

Hi @bt_uk, hoping you can help with my broadband speed, for almost 2 weeks we’ve had awful broadband speed, whenever we test the speed it says 20-30mbps, but if I try to use it, it’s running at 3mbps, tried to use your live chat but it’s busy every time
