John Vanderwerff+ (@jvblueboy) reported from Birkenhead, England@bt_uk wouldn't give me their special offer open to new broadband customers. Loyalty counts for nothing. Pete Shaw (@Fireypop) reported from Garston, England@bt_uk I’ve been through this with your support Dept but they just say you are getting the 13M/bs (yes that was 13M/bs in 2020) we promised. Ultimately this doesn’t help with the issue we have which is if someone is watching a video the rest of the family can’t use it.

Name Cannot Be Blank (@bdpscouse) reported from Liverpool, England@Luke__W__ @btsport BT is a shocking company lad. Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. Plus they would take your commission off you for anything.
-

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
The Real Philip Lyon (@phillyonskem) reportedEvery time I have to contact @bt_uk about our business phones, it says webchat is the best option. And every time, without fail, after a least a half hour webchat they tell me I'll need to ring such and such a number. Absolute joke of a company to deal with.
-
Large Vodka (@mizmuggle) reported@bt_uk I’ve already done this. It’s says network fault and the date for resolution keeps getting pushed back. It’s not acceptable and can’t get through to an actual person on the phone.

huw (@jonsie) reportedMessaging BT Customer Service over web chat is akin to NASA communicating with Voyager .... send a message, waiting ... waiting ... waiting @bt_uk
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk Why can’t you @bt_uk send an engineer out to sort it out? Surely if you’re getting multiple requests over a period of days about a particular account at least you can do is investigate or take in interest on whether the issue has been fixed?
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@bt_uk The options you’ve suggested don’t cater for someone who has very poor mobile signal and no WiFi, your auto tech checks say it’s working fine, but it isn’t. You’ve been contacted a few times during the week, several times today and still no resolution.
-
mrchrisjohn (@mrchrisjohn) reported@bt_uk Your two-factor authorisation is not working No text messages are coming through!!
-
lee davenport (@leedvnprt) reported@bt_uk I can't phone any bt number because the automated service doesn't put me through to an actual person, it just says that my service has been restricted and I need to pay. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
-
Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported@bt_uk someone has usurped your service providing to me and you dealt with it using poor communication with insufficient information for anything to be done.... i shouldnt have to spend 4-8 hours each month ensuring you did your job. a job which btw i did in my 20s without mistakes.
