@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@bt_uk No problem. Plusnet won't even let me check if there is any cancelled engineer Appointments to allow me to pull my appt forward from 3 weeks. I couldn't order earlier as didn't know when we would complete but now got 2 weeks of WFH with no Internet 😟

Wasn't told on the phone we'd need an ariel in each room to get normal TV, so now i can literally only watch Now TV in my bedroom..only I cant because it keeps saying I'm streaming it downstairs still when I've turned the box off there
