@bt_uk Bt is so out of zinc Jordan all companies I have spoke today have offered help,contract I have or not . Government have said all in it together , clearly BT not. I’m pursuing further I have copied BBC outlets and Martin Lewis as well

@vwdaz @bt_uk Same here, they sent an engineer out yesterday who told me he couldn't enter the property. What a waste of time all round. I took a day off (NHS) for that aswell. Really poor service so far.

As for @Ofcom I suggest the home move process is reviewed and special attention is paid to the relationship between the network operators and the retailers. Perhaps other providers such as @BTCare and @TalkTalk and @Plusnet could tell me whether they could do any better. 14/END

@bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

@bt_uk no im a renewing customer you have a fancy page telling me its gone down just over £1 which means for my fibre i pay 69.99 a month but new customers can have the exact same for £49.99, as you can appreciate im currently thinking im off to @EE full fibre 900m £50
