    @bt_uk Bt is so out of zinc Jordan all companies I have spoke today have offered help,contract I have or not . Government have said all in it together , clearly BT not. I’m pursuing further I have copied BBC outlets and Martin Lewis as well

    @BTCare I am@getting increasingly annoyed I made a complaint since then I have received a series of txt messages where I constantly have to re identify myself and repeat myself I made it 100% clear what needed to be investigated in initial complaint!!!

    @bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

    @lottyburns @bt_uk Any of the other fibre providers swing by you yet? Look for companies like Gigaclear or Hyperoptic. Otherwise you are limited to those that use Openreach infrastructure such as Sky, TalkTalk etc. Zen have a very good rep for service. I'm with BT, can't wait to leave!

    @bt_uk Not yet done this but amazingly, after my landline was supposedly tested last week, now it doesn't work! Currently on hold to report it "because you are very busy", for over 20 minutes,despite being told 5 to 10 minutes. You are supposed to be a communications outfit!

    @bt_uk I’ve looked at that, it says guaranteed coverage from basement to attic, I want stronger signal in my man cave (hobby centre) currently with hub in lounge I get full cover in conservatory but only 1 or 2 bars in the cave. Which comes with the Wi-fi booster disc? I have fibre2

    If you want to raise a complaint on the @BTCare website they extol you to 'give us a call' to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. They list: 0800 432 0137 Monday-Sunday: 8am-8pm - That's a 'No Longer In Use' number for @AmericanExpress
