@bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

@bt_uk omg what an absolutely rubbish company for customer service. Placed an order in July and still not what I asked for. Engineer booked yesterday, stayed in for 2 hours but did not arrive. Tried to call but in a queue for over an hour. Shocking service no one cares.

@bt_uk As you know they won't modify the contract in the 14 days cos YOU sold it to me. Only option is cancel my contract, send back my phone and reorder the 15/30 gig deal. I'm not accusing you of trickery, but the customer is paying the price.

@bt_uk I have BT Halo 3+ with Hybrid connect. The Hybrid won't connect to the hub. We can connect to wifi but no internet connection. The hub is broken! I've been on the phone to BT for 1hr 46mins and they REFUSE to send me a mini hub.
