@bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

@bt_uk Around 30+ people i know are all having the same issues with BT Wifi. Raised an issue with support and got told they are all separate issues apparently. Magically, everyone appears to be having the same issues at the same time. Can't wait for my contract to end finally in July.

Hi @bt_uk our phone line went down last night and has gone off again this morning after an hour or two working. We rely on our broadband to provide services from our home office. You are installing new hardware locally, have your engineers killed our internet? WF9 postcode.

@bt_uk No faults shown there, our service is Sky but your engineers have been here in the town all week digging up the roads and installing new cables for fibre and I suspect they have killed our local lines?
