    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    @bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

    Hello @btbusinesscare I’ve wasted hours of my life, and raised my blood pressure all afternoon trying to connect new Cloud Voice kit and set up an account. You’re the worst in the world. I can’t believe I’ve been stupid enough to sign up with you again. All that time and kind telephone help, and still unable to log in. If I still drank I’d be hitting the brandy.

    @btbusinesscare I am so disappointed with the lack of service I have received. We moved premises on 31/07/25 and to date still no broadband or landline. Disgusting, and you are still charging me monthly which should have been refunded. Your admin is disgraceful also.

    @btbusinesscare we are a small business in Edinburgh. Our phone line and internet has been down since the 6th of October. The fault has been reported numerous times but alas to no avail. It seems BT is not interested in our loss of business. The Garage Edinburgh.

    @bt_uk is officially the worst internet in the UK We’re paying £80 per month for a laggy internet connection where you can’t even watch a simple stream. I will be calling up to cancel tomorrow morning It’s ridiculous!
