    @bt_uk seen a few people say there connect isn't good so did the check thing, say there's no issues but my Internet keeps dropping out every 5 to 10 minutes at a time???

    Wow. @bt_uk are ‘sorry I find my bill confusing’. It’s not confusing. I’ve never had a landline plugged in but being charged for random calls to the talking clock for two months. A burglar perhaps? 😡

    Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

    @bt_uk This is poor customer service. I’ve provided the address etc. in a DM for fault and you’re just replying to the timeline. Or tell me if there is an issue in the area of L15 (Liverpool) if you can’t be bothered to read my DM.

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

    @bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻

    @bt_uk She is told that open reach are coming, they have been several times to draw lines and dig but never successful then keep saying they will come back and it will be sorted yet it never is.

    @btsport When trying to sign up for a monthly pass, if you're using Chrome, it errors once you get to the payment stage. Claims you're aware of it, clearly not the case. Works in Edge because it is less stringent about referrers and CORS policy.

    @bt_uk Thanks. It says there are no known problems in my area. When the Hub cuts out it appears to go green, orange, purple before returning to blue - but I'm not really sure about the order the colours appear.
