@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

@Swirlingfire @BTCare The core service was the broadband, which mostly worked, it was the bundled extras like the back-up mobile WiFi through EE which were useless as I have no EE coverage in my area so luckily I never needed it

@bt_uk BT TV box not working again. Followed the instructions online to reset and now I’m stuck on a waking up screen. It’s 4K recordable box which I’ve heard from an engineer are always experiencing problems. Why issue them if they prone to faults? 🤯
