@bt_uk who do we contact to sort out the phone line at my Grandma's house, a building site next to hers has brought the wire down. She has been off since last Wednesday, had 2 engineers here and still hasn't been reconnected!! Also told to cancel her holiday

@adampettit1972 @bt_uk BT are awful imo, they tried to hike my parents' charge by 30+%, we moved to Vodafone for our broadband and are paying less than what BT were charging before they tried to scalp us. Customer service was better with Vodafone too and they changed us over exactly when scheduled 👍

@PaulWooding3 @bt_uk New build sounds like FTTP, should have a solid green PON light and power light. Under the bar code is a serial number, note it down and call BT as you won’t be able to do this online.

@bt_uk Your terrible customer service is a large part of why I decided to change - this episode confirms it. I have at least 2 other accounts still with yourselves elsewhere but it will be my priority to end all those services and never use you again.
