@bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

Do you think anyone @bt_uk has ever used their TV box? Have just switched from Sky. The BT TV remote and responsiveness of the interface is so, so bad.
-

@DalaiPalmerMCR @btsport That’s true but I guess you can’t make a stupid person intelligent in such a short space of time. Enjoy being on the bandwagon again this season! Cya 👍🏻

My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

@jimwilkz @btsport Worst part of it is Glenn McGrath attempting to be nice and gracious when talking about England. Jeez, he was the biggest 'Pommie' basher of them all!
-
Chloe Pitchford Music (@c_pitchford) reported from Liverpool, England
@bt_uk Hi, we are a new customer and 3 months without internet and a botched garden isn’t ideal. And honestly if you are working on it we wouldn’t know as you’re keeping us waiting for a call until next Monday - you aren’t even providing a solution, just a call in another week 👎🏻
-
Craig Cooke (@storm_imaging) reported from Adlington, England
@bt_uk hi. I moved home and had my services transferred. No problem. Today I have received an email saying I will be charged for ending the contract early and received another email about returning kit?

@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

I'm supposed to get around 70mbs download and 20 upload but struggling to get 35mbs and 3 upload, been like this for weeks now. Got Halo 2 @bt_uk live in DL1 2LA. Sick of reporting it. Anyone help?
-
MJKM 😊 (@MJKM) reported
@Portal_Queen @bt_uk Yep, this is us. I’m swapping to Sky because the service at BT is atrocious. There is not a day goes by when our connection doesn’t drop out, and it’s often many times a day.
-
Batesy (@pablobates68) reported
@bt_uk This is a load of crap. The WiFi in my sons room is as bad as ever and we have not long upgraded but all you'd say is the walls are in the way or something. Even doing a test says that all is fine but it is not!!!
-
Graham Allen (@original_addick) reported from South Darenth, England
Hey this is bad practice @bt_uk @BBCNews disgusted to get a call today from BT trying to sell me BT Halo and using challenges of internet demand during Covid as a sales technique.
-
CorpralHicks (@CplHicks101) reported
Hi @btsport I have BT broadband but don’t want the TV service what is the cheapest way for me to get the BT sports app please?
-
Dani Life (@dj_life22) reported
@BTCare internet speed is awful and I’m meant to have fibre, yet for the last week, I can only use one device at a time and sometimes not even that.
-
Dr H (@Toadhall22) reported
@bgir @bt_uk I was quoted 3 Mbps in their fine print but told to expect 7 - 11. I get 6-7. Quoting 3 Mbps means they don’t have to act to improve. How 3 Mbps can be considered a fit for purpose service in 2021 astonishes me...
-
John Cattermole (@JohnCattermole2) reported
@bt_uk I don’t think yous will be able to solve the problem as it’s a human eating the cables and not an animal, but I don’t know if this is the main worse of the issue. If one of ur engineers is a hitman and is able to eliminate the suspect for me that would help
-
MJKM 😊 (@MJKM) reported
@bt_uk Have I reported the fault? What do you think? On one occasion we lost connection 27 times in 24hrs! That info confirmed by your own staff. No, we’ve had enough, having always been a BT customer, we’re in the process of moving to Sky. Your customer service is non-existent.
-
LaLiLuLeLo (@IamSaladin08) reported
@bt_uk Moved to a new flat Nov 28th and said that the internet is "activated". It has been a whole month and still no connection instead we got sent a BT mini hub whilst we waited for the engineer to come over only for the service to cancelled for unknown reason.
