Daily threats of losing your job if targets arnt met, no real support other than shouting team leaders and pushed to oversell to people who don't need it and can't afford it. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.
