Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@bt_uk That's it? Due to BT's ERROR we are without broadband for a month in a poor reception area. If you turn the signal off why can't you turn it on again? Why do you just say "computer says no". Why would I ever trust BT again when they refuse to sort their own mistakes?

@bt_uk Nope, it doesn’t explain anything. It doesn’t tell me the difference between basic and premium. It doesn’t tell me anything in detail as your customer service did. They said about the VAT. And personally I’d believe a person rather than a link that sends you round in circles.

@collyer_thomas @bt_uk Lost contact with a friend almost 6 days ago cuz of internet. I am seeing reports and complaints galore about outages across the UK. I am in Canada and outages this long would never be tolerated. All your ISP’s seem to be trying to say there’s no issue and just blame others.
