Ordered @bt_uk broadband at the start of December with an installation date of 11 January. Not great but understandable in current circumstances. Just had text message saying new activation date is 8 March. Very poor.

As for Leicester, I'm not sure that was the spending that stopped them,sokw bad decisions at that club recently

@bt_uk Full fibre 900 service with just ongoing problems of slow speed constant drop outs. I have put up either it for a few months now but its getting worse. I replaced Virgin Fibre with this . Bad decision.

@btbusinesscare I’m still waiting for a call back from your team about a phone I ordered online (they need to do a security check or something). I had an email saying I missed their call and I replied saying I’m available yet I never got a call back. This was 4 hours ago.
