@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

@bt_uk Internet flakey in CB4. Not completely down, but bandwidth down from 60Mbps typical to 5-15Mbps, and streaming video is stop/start, as are web page loads

So because i'm swapping internet companies, my internet speeds dropped from 16mbps to 2mbps. @bt_uk that's kinda bad.. I'm still paying for the full speed until the switch over, so why reduce my speeds?

Has anyone else had horrendous service from @bt_uk ? @OpenreachHelp I should have had Fibre installed on 1st March, however, I’m still waiting. They are a most dysfunctional organisation. No one will take ownership of the issue. Abject service.

@bt_uk @al_tailor Absolutely disgraceful that a family who is depending on WiFi for schooling and the livelihoods cannot get the service or communication they need. BT needs to resolve this for them and provide compensation for their loss income.
